• R (1/5): - Nic. Apartament nie jest zgodny z apartamentem ze zdjecia. Mieszkanie bardzo brudne: brudne podłogi, brudne ściany, zwisające pajęczyny oraz śmierdząca łazienka oraz grzyb na ścianach. Zdezelowana plyta indukcyjna na ktorej nie dalo sie jic ugotować, wgnieciona lodowka a co najważniejsze zepsuty zamek do drzwi wejściowych. Host próbował mi wmówić ze to moja wina. Kontakt z hostem bardzo utrudniony. Odebrał pierwszym razem telefon ale wyłączył sie, ponieważ nie chciał słuchać ze mnie oszukał z tym mieszkaniem. Później juz jje odbierał. Mało tego, booking mnie bardzo zawiódł, ponieważ nawet jako pośrednik nic nie zrbili w mojej sprawie. Mało tego, powiedzieli ze wiedzą o sytuacji z tym mieszkaniem, a mimo to dalej ono widniej w ofercie najmu. Dodatkowo musiałam zapłacić podatek dla tego właściciela (jakaś opłata klimatyczna) płatność oczywiście gotówką, bez paragonu. Koszt 30€ BARDZO NIE POLECAM!

• Lenny (5/5): Blízkost Národního divadla, jinak špína - Jediné pozitivum je umístění, neboť jsme chtěli navštívit Národní divadlo a ubytování je jen o ulici dál. Předání klíčů o pár zastávek tramvají není moc pohodlné. Při otevření dveří do apartmánu vás uhodí do očí absolutně špinavé střešní okno. Okna nejsou v celém apartmánu umývána asi několik let, žaluzie na nich nefungují, takže slunce vás budí velice brzy. Kuchyň velmi špinavá, lepivá, na gauči v obývací části přehoz s fleky. V jedné koupelně se loupe strop. Podlahy tragédie.

• Smykova (5/5): - Сама квартира не плохая и месторасположение. Никто не предупредил, о том что туристический налог нужно платить исключительно наличными в их валюте или евро, что мы не смогли заранее подготовить. Ключи нужно забирать по совершенно другому адресу самостоятельно, - это самый огромный минус. Когда вы уставшие и если вы с чемоданами , это дополнительная трата времени и денег на такси, а еще такси прямо к офису подъехать не может , там туристическая зона. В любом случае нужно идти со всеми вещами за ключами, но я думаю это из за того ,что им налог нужно только наличными оплачивать. Ну и хозяева не идут на встречу, так что если вы хотите заселится не много раньше , или же выехать не много позже , то не ждите , что вам дадут такую возможность. Так все очень категорично. Еще могу добавить, что вся посуда была очень мокрая грязная в посудомоечной машине, видимо сама машина попросту не моет нормально. И свежее белье только на одной кровати, остальные подушки в шкафу были с чьими-то волосами.

• Jan (2/5): Horrible Trap Apartment - Enough light in the Apartment -the Fissility whose the same like on the Pictures but in a Horrible quality. -Every Wall have Damage -It stinks there -We whose a Week….it have there nothing to change -the Bed-sofa have nothing to Sleep. -the Office is 15min. walk on horrible Streets. -the Doors are so wrong places that you can’t really open it completely -there is just one Bag for Trash there -on the Coach is a white stains (probably Fab) -the stare hanging around and are in a horrible condition
• González Palomo (8/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, la limpieza está bien aunque las sábanas y la cama que nos pusieron en el salón estaban un poco viejas y rotas. Las llaves se recogen a 1km del apartamento y las imágenes no correspondían mucho con el apartamento que nos asignaron

• Kristian (2/5): - Ubytovanie nebolo vobec ciste, nebolo povysavane, pozmyvane, postele boli špinavé, povlecenie na posteli plne vlasov, od omáčky flaky, obliečky na periny taktiez spinave a dokonca derave, kupelne na tom neboli o nic lepsie, vaňa špinavá, strop cely opadava a vypadavaju kľučky z dveri.
• Csilla (3/5): Nicht für Familien! Nur Partypeople - Große Doppelbetten; volles Equipment; recht großzügige Wohnung für den Preis. Sauber Einbruchspuren an der Wohnungstür & nur behelfsmäßig repariert. Genauso die 2. Tür im Treppenhaus wurde scheinbar aufgebrochen. Auf Nachfrage, ob es vor dem Fenster im 1. OG zu Lärm kommen könnte durch Bar, Restaurants oder Mieter, wurde von der Rezeptionistin mit „Nein“ beantwortet! Ich verwies auf die beiden Kleinkinder, dass wir eine Wohnung in höheren Etagen brauchen, da es in der Innenstadt nachts natürlich etwas lauter sein kann. Sie sagte es sei kein Problem dort mit Baby und Kleinkind als Familie dort zu sein. Tatsächlich war bis Mitternacht Fettgestank und Gröhlen mit lauter Musik aus dem Biergarten hinter dem Haus. Bei Nachfrage bei der Rezeption, ob Tausch Unterkunft möglich, wurde unfreundlich mehrfach das Telefon aufgelegt! Die ganze Nacht Türknallen der Haustür und Licht vom Treppenhaus ins Zimmer! Als Rezeptionist muss man doch seine Mietobjekte kennen oder die Situation ehrlich beantworten UND mit Beschwerden professionell umgehen! Ein NO-GO an Kundenservice und Gästebetreuung! Zu Parkraumbewirtschaftung in Prag hatte sie auch Fehlinfos gegeben und auf konkrete Nachfrage erst zugegeben, dass nur Locals dort parken dürfen.
• Erik (4/5): - Lokalita bola vynikajúca. Vchodové dvere vhodné na výmenu. Vrzgajúce vchodové dvere a tiež dvere do kúpeľne + rozbité zamykanie dverí do kúpeľne. Nečistota pod posteľou. Nefungoval touster.

• Steve (3/5): Good Luck! - Air conditioning worked. Pin for the house is not the same place where you pick up the key. Another 10 minutes drive from the pin. Elevator didn't work. They didn't even have the decency to apologize or acknowledge my messages. I am in excellent condition and carrying suitcases up 5 flights of stairs is unacceptable. Holes in the kitchen wall, lights in the bathroom didn't work. I have traveled all around the world and this was one of the worst experiences.

• Maurizio (1/5): Bad - Flat was dirty, bedroom had no curtains, poorly furnished, no internet. It was not the same as shown on photos. It was on 1st floor not a higher floor. Staff was completely unresponsive. I left the place immediately.

• Bálint (9/5): Very pleasant apartment - The accommodation was very tidy and comfortable. It was in a pretty good area, close to the city centre. Perfect for a group of friends or families. It was easy to find the place to pick up the keys, we were given a precise briefing about the accommodation. The insulation of the windows is not so good, and perhaps a better solution would be a blackout curtain in the bedrooms.
• Elisa (6/5): Pleasant - The position is excellent and in general the apartment was nice. The bathroom was very small and in general less furnished. They provided just one medium towel per person and no big towels for the shower were available. Also a towel down or rug for the shower was missing, so that we had to use ours to dry the floor each time. The dishwasher was smelling and no towels for the kitchen were available. In our opinion the price was high, and in comparison, we paid much less in Paris in high season . However this was the standard for the city for Easter time, therefore the apartment was a good compromise at the end.
• Evdokia (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location. A little bit small but for the price it was comfy. It wasn't very clean, there was a bottle of sampo on the wall but it was empty so we had to buy our own after we realized it. Also there was only one towel for each person (usually the have two) and there was no towel for the shower and the kitchen.
