• Stephan (10/5): Geweldige ervaring en komen zeker terug. - Rustige locatie net buiten het centrum. Met het OV voor de deur is het prima reizen. Auto staat veilig in de garage en hier is geen omkijken naar. De sleutel midden in het centrum van Praag ophalen bij het gelijknamige hotel. Weinig ruimte om naast je bed te staan. Geen normale glazen in de kast.

• Piddubna (8/5): Тепла, зручна квартира, але бажано замінити матрац. - Простора квартира з усіма зручностями. Ванна кімната та кухня укомплектовані всім необхідним. Наявний підземний паркінг в будинку, на який авто спускається на ліфті. Неподалік зупинки громадського транспорту. Матрац двоспального ліжка дуже скрипить, неможливо рухатися без шуму. Враховуйте, що ключі від квартири треба попередньо забирати в готелі в центрі міста. Пішки дуже далеко до центру міста, краще використовувати громадський транспорт.

• Anton (10/5): - Good place for relax with comfortable mattress, quite street (windows in the garden) and own parking place underground. A few minute from tram stop. You need pick up keys in another place. At the hotel Seven days.

• Dejana (6/5): Check in on other location, only one towel per person - Spacious and nice apartmant Only one towel per person, we were there for 2 nights. I thought they forgot to leave more towels, so I messaged them, but they replyed that they provide only one towel per person. So one towel for your hair, the same one for your body and the same one for your face and hands? I really don't understand why is it so problematic to put 2 towels per person. I saw a review from 2023. with the same question, and they said they will change that. But now, two years later nothing changed. So it is clear to me that they don't care what their customers need. Not being customer oriented is enough for me not to visit again. Also, check in is so far away from this place, you need to take taxi (about 15-20 minutes drive one way, depending on traffic), it is not walking diatance.

Registration was at one location which was very difficult to access due to no parking in the city.The apartment was 15 minutes away

• Vladimir (10/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты! Бронировали летом, семьей 3 человека. Сразу предупредил отель что будем с ребенком. При заселении Диван был уже разложен и застелен! Дом, новостройка, расположен в очень тихом районе. Рядом остановка трамвая, так что до центра добраться не составит труда. Парковка дополнительно не оплачивается! Она подземная с выделенным парковочным местом. С паркинга лифт прямо на этаж где находится квартира. Сама квартира оставила очень положительные впечатления. Окна выходят во двор, поэтому ночью даже с открытым окном очень тихо. Кондиционера нет, есть вентилятор, он мощный, нам хватало его и открытого окна. Хотя днем в Праге было +30, в самих апартаментах было не жарко. Из удобств есть все необходимое: Стиральная машинка Посудомоечная машинка Микроволновка Набор посуды и кастрюли Средства моечные тоже есть! Ванная комната с совмещенным сан узлом. Но очень чистые. В общем понравилось всё. Рекомендую эти апартаменты, с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще раз, если будем в Праге! Единственное неудобство, что ключи забирать нужно в отеле в центре города. Но это было не критично, мы приехали на автомобиле.

• Dirk (10/5): Comfortable apartment even for longer stays - Stayed there for two weeks. The apartment offers enough space, the equipment is good. Large bed, kitchen, clean bathroom with washer/dryer. And a parking lot in the basement. 10 minutes tramride to get groceries, mini market just around the corner. Fast Wifi connection.
• Sonja (9/5): Convinced stay - The apartment was lovely and quite spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer/ dryer, which were is very handy. The parking space was another major plus. The location was convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to supermarkets and approximately 45 minutes to reach the Old Town, making it a practical base for exploring the area. The main downside of our experience was the process of picking up the keys. Since the keys had to be collected in the Old Town during peak traffic hours, it almost added an extra hour to our journey, which was quite inconvenient.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable, it has a large sofa bed, so 3 people can easily stay there. Well-equipped kitchenette. The apartment has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and a very good fan, which completely replaces air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartment has a very good location, a few steps to the tram stop of line 7 and 12 minutes to the Andel metro station. It is located near the metro station, also there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops nearby. Parking included in the price of the room - car exit by elevator. The downside is the lack of a large mirror, and there was only one wine glass. I suppose the owners could invest in a key box with a code - collecting keys in the city center can be troublesome.
• Obaid (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was spacious and nice looking. Bathroom was great, easy to use washing machine, large bathtub, large sink area to put products for easy access. There was a good amount of kitchen tools which made cooking easy and fun. A great couch to relax on. The apartment was too warm, as if the heating was stuck on high, which made it difficult to sleep and relax at nights without the fan. There was a lot of large pieces dust under the couch as if it hadn't been vacuumed under there in months. I also found a big chunk of rotting fruit under there.

• Norbert (8/5): Very good - cozy place grate deal for the price. Very good location for traveling by car. They have a great parking spot little noisy during the day on the floor but was nothing to care about at night.
• Alexandru-eusebiu (9/5): Good location for visiting Prague - Modern looking building, free underground parking, cozy and silent place, great utilities, nice location near city center. Overall great experience. We had to check in and pick up property keys from a hotel that was about 3.5km away.

The keys need to be picked up from a different place (hotel) in the downtown area, which is about 15-20 minutes driving from the apartment. Although there is a parking lot across the hotel that is free for the period of 15 min.

• Hakan (9/5): Superb - Its a clean, new and modern studio Staff was very helpful, even i didnt read the instructions properly and forget to go to hotel to take apartments keys, they sent me the keys via car:) Thanks for your support Ahmed I would expect to find/have shampoo, body gel etc in the bathroom. Nobody wants to carry those staff in their luggages:)
• Mitretooo (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment and well equipped kitchen. Close to tram station. Booked three months before arrival, to arrive at the suite to find the door locked. After contacting through booking.com I get information that I have to go to the center of Prague in a location where you don't have a parking lot to get your keys. Very disappointing.
