Quartiergeber bemüht , Kommunikation unzureichend - Die Lage im Stadtviertel war wunderbar - die Unterkunft ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Wlan gratis. Die Schlüssel waren in einer Schlüsselbox mit Code in einer Art Postkasten rechts neben einem großen Garagentor, das sich rechts neben der angegebenen Postadresse befand. Die Vermieter waren telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Eine einheimische Studentin half uns indem sie mit ihrem Telefon die Vermieter endlich erreichen konnte. Ohne Hilfe Dritter hätten wir die Schlüssel nie gefunden. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und ist unsachgemäß mit Isolierband angeschlossen (Foto). Ich schrieb den Kontakt an , sie telefonierten mit uns und waren dann sehr bemüht Wärme zu erzeugen, was am letzten Tag (Sa auf So) funktionierte und zu einem extrem überhitzten Raum führte. Heizung war nicht regulierbar. Die Fotos des Quartiers auf booking.com entsprachen nicht der Realität. Bei Buchung gaben wir unser Alter an, 2x 69 und einmal 79 Jahre. Im Quartier gab es ein Hochbett mit steiler Leiter und einem nicht dem österreichischen Sicherheitsstandard entsprechendem Geländer und eine Schlafcouch darunter. Was wäre gewesen wenn eine von uns über die Leiter oder vom Bett gefallen wäre?
• Svitlana (8/5): - The keys were in a lockbox, clear instructions provided. Location is great, close to everything, yet a quiet street. Apartment was clean, had a kitchen, the bathroom was ok, a little bit old. We had issues with the heat during the first half of our stay. It appears that the thermostat in the apartment is being controlled by the host remotely and no matter what we did, the temperature will not go up. Contacted the host promptly, they were responsive, tried to fix the issue but it took them 3 days. This apartment is great for travel during warm season but not so much during cooler weather, especially if you are travelling with young kids.

• Boris (1/5): Unprofessional behavior, hidden costs -be carefull - _ 1. I had an accident in the apartment, the door was closed and I was left outside in the corridor. I called the agency, they told me if the incident happened before 4 pm. it will be for free but now they need order "intervention" to open a door and it will cost 80 euros. I looked at their rules on Booking where sow if such case happen before 6pm. it will be for free. It happened at 5:45. p.m. when was my call. A few minutes before 6 p.m. some person opened the gate and I see a man on the street with a bunch of keys waiting for 6 p.m. pass and than will open the door. I sow him, the man had no choice, he entered the building and in 2 seconds unlocked the door with another key, charged me 80 euros without any document which was issued later probably when they were seen that I would make"problems". In my opinion, such behavior is inhospitable, unkind and unprofessional and leaves a very bad impression on the guests. In such situation guests not have a choice. Before, in 2 such cases on my travels, no one has asked to pay separately for opening the door with another key. Such rough behavior sends a message: We will do everything to take your money, no matter how or on what occasion even on unmoral way if have a chance. 2. This price on Booking has hidden costs. I received a message two days before the trip that I need to pay extra money for guest registration. How I know, this registration is responsibility of the agency because I am not in private visit, Im a tourist. Cost me 17 euros I think. I didnt see on Booking information about this costs. I hope the money earned on such unfair way will be spend on buying new or another sofa in the living room.
• Frank (8/5): Very good - Great location with a good parkingspot (MrParkit) next door. Great communication with the owner. Only thing that was missing was the airconditioning.

• Gabriela (9/5): The best Location in Prague - The location is 10/10, near the Charles Bridge, less than a 10-minute walk. The apartment is cute, and one particular applause for the shower is AMAZING after a long day walking in the beautiful streets of Prague. They don't have a capsule machine to do coffee, it's a easy way to do coffee on trips, but they have a french press. Other than that I don't have any complains.

• Bobby (9/5): Great place to stay with free parking near the Charles Bridge - Location was good with close walk to the Charles Bridge and little longer walk to old town. One of the only places to stay with close proximity to old town that has free parking. Parking was around the corner from the entrance. Bed was loft style that had stairs to climb. Great for us but not for everyone. Thermostat was broken and showed a constant wrong temperature.

• Nacho (9/5): Super - Locaton is really good, our kids enjoyed sleeping in same room as us and special mention to the bathroom with a fantastic shower. The host was really helpful. I didn't like the mattress on the bed, in my opinion it was a bit hard but it wasn't a big problem to rest.

No washing machine pods for the washing machine, so can't immediately use it. 3. The street is popular with tourists so.you might hear some passers by if you're a light sleeper. But I really liked it otherwise.
• Tsai-ying (9/5): Cold - The bed is super comfortable Nice Prague vibe Hot water shortage when I was taking the shower, and I got freezing cold. Some of my group members had no hot water to take showers. The heaters were sometimes OFF and then the room temperature got really low, it took hours to turn on again.

• Sara (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, all the main sights no more than 10-20min in foot. The apartment is well equipped and great choice for couples. Yes, it's on the ground floor but the street is quiet & you reallty can't see anything inside, we checked :) We booked 5 days in December, and it was warm and cosy - just what you need after spending a day in a snowy Prague!

Close to supermarkets and to restaurants. Honestly, there is nothing to improve, everything was perfect. I messaged the property owners, the staff many times with questions and I got a reply immediately, they were very helpful.
