• Andrew (9/5): Charles Apartment in central Prague - The location is excellent, in walking distance of key attractions and very close to an underground station. The apartment was clean, and well appointed.
• Julia (10/5): Wyjątkowy apartament - Super lokalizacja - z okna widać mały, urokliwy park, a do centrum można się spokojnie udać spacerem. Samo dostanie się do pokoju było bardzo proste, gdyż instrukcja udzielona w wiadomości była bardzo jasna. Na ogromny plus prywatny parking za naprawdę drobną opłatą w porównaniu do innych ofert. Pokój czysty - widać, że o niego bardzo dbają. Zdjęcia zamieszczone w ogłoszeniu są w 100% zgodne z rzeczywistością. Chciałabym także dodać, że jestem bardzo wdzięczna za stały kontakt poprzez booking. Naprawdę idzie się dogadać w każdej kwestii, a co było dla mnie najważniejsze - płatności. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Pragi to na pewno w to miejsce :)

• Marek (10/5): - Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane (metro B, tramwaje). Blisko park. Blisko starego miasta. Duży apartament stylowo wykończony. Dobrze wyposażony. Czysto i stylowo. Dostępny prywatny parking. Dość słaba klimatyzacja (właśnie były spore upały w czasie pobytu).

• Darcy (9/5): Beautiful apartment, beautiful city! - Beautiful apartment, absolutely stunning and great views onto the park. Easy tram links to the castle, you can reach the centre by foot, all amenities you might need nearby. Having a place to relax during the day was wonderful. Watched youtube on the tv, brew a cup of tea in the kitchen, relax. Wifi written on the paper in room didn't work for me but was given a different wifi by an employee which worked fine thankfully. Lovely place!

• Chambers (10/5): Exceptional - The decor fits the apartment, it’s close to the Centre. The stairs up to the bed and small pillows on the bed.
• Marcos (5/5): Passable - Location The people that manage the property were on holidays and there was no one left to cover them while away, so when I arrived at the apartment it was in complete disarray. I messaged them through this platform and got no reply (this was already around 5:30pm). I found a secondary contact number in the apartment and reached out to be told to wait a bit as they’d be sending a cleaner to take care of things. I was able to go inside the apartment only around 7pm. The internet never worked due a “major outage” that could only be fixed after my stay (I reported it on arrival and only got a response the day after around noon) The place needs a proper deep cleaning. The sofa displayed on the listing pictures smells really bad and the mattress has stains all over (I saw this because there was no bedsheets when I arrived at the property) I understand that people go on holidays. However, with a rental property listed on a site like Booking.com, you’d expect for them to have staff to take care of the property while they are away, or put the property on hold, as there was very poor and slow communication and lots of unnecessary back and forth that made my stay really uncomfortable.

• Ryan (9/5): Pretty Cool - Lovely old building and room with modern ammenities like the kitchen and bathroom. Very good location and great value for money. Has everything you need to stay long term and all works well. Pillows far to small and no support. Check in is something else with about 3 codes and 4 steps to follow, fine once you get to the keys. Staff got the dates wrong but was sorted professionally and quickly.

• Valeriia (9/5): A great value for money. - 10 munutes walk to the city center. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is equipped for cooking breakfasts. The switch in the bathroom should be fixed, it fell from its place every second time when were used. And a similar problem with a lock in bathroom.

• Artur (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartments in an unusual style. We really liked everything. Excellent location, close to the metro, the old town is within walking distance. Clear check-in and check-out process. The only problem was that the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping out or getting very slow, which could be a problem for people who want to work from there.

• Mona (9/5): Cozy little apartment in a very convenient location - Superb location and very neat and clean place, well equipped kitchen. Check out time could be more flexible - 10am is too early when travelling for leisure.

• Lydia (10/5): Exceptional - Could not fault this place - accomodation as described and shown in photos and host was very helpful, a very easy self checkin. Great location - close to public transport but also walkable to lots of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets etc. Apartment is beautifully furnished and added bonus of a washing machine and dryer. Will definitely stay here again, value for money.

• Didier (9/5): Superb - Very convenient, comfortable, fully equipped and classy apartment straight on Charles square. Quality kitchen devices, equipment and furniture. Air conditioning appreciable during the summer. The instructions to reach the appartment were clear, but the procedure was lenghty, looking a little bit like an escape game ;) - I arrived around midnight, still I could manage to get in without troubles ! The only weakness was the WiFi connection. There were two options: one slow, one fast - only the slow one worked regularly, the fast one was kind of unstable and not so reliable, at least on my two devices (2020 Android phone and 2022 Ubuntu laptop).
• Karol (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, accurate pictures and description, good contact with the host, TV with access to netflix. Poor WiFi coverage and slow speeds for mobile devices.
• Millie (10/5): Great location. The apartment was equipted with everything we could possibly need. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Othe - The building is beautiful. Everything was super close. Lots of restaurants and markets. The apartment was beautifully decorated. I loved it all.

• Livia (7/5): Good - The room has a gorgeous decoration, good appliances and it has washing and drying machine. It's a good size for a couple but wouldn't recommend for 4 people. The communication with the host wasn't good. the instructions for the parking weren't good and when we called they didn't reply. The second day we didn't have warm water in the room, they didn't answer our calls and took long to answer the messages. In the end they didn't fix the shower and we were left without warm water.
