• Beatrix (1/5): Elszúrták a karácsonyi ajándéknak szánt utazást!! - Hát erről nem igazán tudnék írni!! Egykor megérkeztünk de nem volt meg a foglalásunk!Végül levittek egy pincébe 4 főt egy 2 ágyas lyukba!! Ami penészes volt.Jelezném hogy ketten is asztmásak vagyunk! Este 10 után kaptunk a város másik pontján egy helyet ahol aludhattunk és másnap 11re át kellett mennünk egy újabb szállásra.Itt kaptunk 2 külön kétágyas dzobát ami mát elfogadható volt!Az ügyfélszolgálatnál panaszt tettünk de azóta sem foglalkoznak velünk!!
• Viktória (10/5): - Ďakujeme za úžasný a pokojný pobyt. Pán Filip na nás počkal aj napriek nášmu omeškanému príchodu. V pokoji nám všetko vysvetlil. Ďakujeme.
• Barbara (3/5): Mieszkanie w suterynie jest słabe. Odradzam. - Obiekt ma dobrą lokalizację w centrum miasta, blisko przystanków tramwajowych oraz niedaleko dworca kolejowego. Łazienka jest elegancka. Przesadą jest nazywać to miejsce apartamentem. To jest suteryna mieszkalna, żaden apartament. Jego poważnym mankamentem są schody wewnątrz i to od razu jest stopień! Przyjechałam po ciemku i wchodziłam tam po ciemku i cudem nie zaliczyłam upadku. Drzwi wejściowe nie są w ogóle wyciszone, słychać każdy dźwięk z klatki schodowej. To jest poważny mankament, bo nie da się tam wyspać. Rozczarował mnie też kontakt z osobą zarządzającą, a właściwie brak kontaktu. Wydaje mi się, że osoba ta nie miała też dostępu do mojego automatycznego check-inu, choć link do niego dostałam chyba z 10 razy (wypełniłam raz).

• Iveta (4/5): - Boli sme štyria, len dve postele boli prezlečené, mali sme len 2 paplony namiesto štyroch, uteráky boli zatuchnuté, zle bolo vysvetlené , že kľúče sú na inej adrese, došli sme večer o 19.00 na adresu a asi 1hodinu sme riešili kľúče , ktoré boli na inej adrese asi 15min. cesty.Volali sme na dané telefonné číslo , kde nám bolo povedané ,že nám posielajú link, ktorý bol v angličine, ťaže sme nič nerozumeli,pritom len stačilo povedať jednoducho , že kľúče máme vyzdvihnúť na inej adrese.
• Ghodgaonkar (1/5): DO NOT RISK BOOKING HERE, especially with children. - Never stayed here despite a confirmed booking made 2+ weeks in advance. Paid €294.50 in advance and chose this property specifically for its proximity to the train station (traveling with 2 young children). Received no proper check-in instructions despite asking twice beforehand. Two hours before arrival - while we were ON THE TRAIN - first received a message to fill out forms. Then, they messaged saying the apartment "wouldn't fit 4 people" and offered an alternative close by...which was 40 minutes away from the station and 30 min away from where we booked originally (remember that we were traveling by train and with small kids). In addition, we were told to wait until 15:00 as tehy were 'cleaning up' - the original booking said (no check-in time).Then, upon arriving in Prague, they cancelled completely: "due to an error on our side, we cannot accommodate you." They declined our calls. Result: Spent hours in Prague with exhausted children scrambling for last-minute accommodation that cost 3x our budget. First day completely ruined. This was pure incompetence - they confirmed our booking, then cancelled while we were traveling with small children. Zero reliability, terrible communication, obvious overbooking. We are still negotiating with Booking.com for a full refund - terrible!
• Boris (1/5): Scam - Location is next to city center. They are scammers. We book a place which is not for a human use! Humidity is on a high level, bedding and towels were not clean, they had smell of tobacco. The worst thing is that in the morning builders had start renovation of that building early in the morning and we couldnt sleep after long trip. Owner promise to make us refundation but till now nothing happens. We contacted booking support but they didnt solve our problem. We get scammed and from now I will not use booking for sure anymore, after so many years as their client.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Location, the whole apartament, contact with host The bathroom doors didn't really open. That's the only thing that should be fixed
• Barbora (7/5): it was fine, the price is low so you don’t expect 5 star hotel - good location, nice bathroom and well working shower noisy at night and early in the morning, tiny & old towels
