• Alejandro (4/5): No es una habitación, es un zulo. - La localización y el personal que muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda destacar la falta de limpieza, que aunque parece qué alguien entraba a la habitación cuando yo no estaba y estiraba la cama. No limpiaba nada el piso, ni el baño. Destacar la falta de ventilación, ya que es un sótano sin ventanas, con dos ventanillas que dan a un muro. Los ruidos durante la noche son brutales, ya que me imagino que daba a la cafetería y comedores.

• Adamcová (6/5): - V centru, parkování aspoň ve dvoře, místo hezké. Pokoj fakt v suterénu, jdete kolem zázemí, kde je nepořádek, ventilacka hlavně jsou hodně cítit odpady. Za mě už nikdy víc.
• Diana (8/5): Muito boa e confortável! - O quarto é exatamente igual às fotografias, muito cómodo e confortável! A casa de banho também muito moderna. Além do mais, estava tudo limpo e higienizado. O pequeno almoço era bom e variado, tinha tanto doces como salgados. Ainda ofereceram uma bebida de oferta no bar, o que foi muito amável. Deixam ficar as malas após o check-out, a localização é boa e os funcionários extremamente simpáticos! Nada a apontar!

• Bahram (10/5): Comfortable well located hotel. Would stay there anytime. - Location location location Small but comfortable room with bathroom and fridge kettle and microwave. Very helpful and friendly staff. Honestly you can’t go wrong staying there. In the heart of old town with most tourist sites within walking distance. Everything you red is near you. Nothing.

• Artur (7/5): - Super poloha v srdci metropole. Skutečně to zde žije.. Možná až příliš 🤭 Skvělé snídaně, čistota, milý personál. Trochu nezvyklé být v suterénu, ale budiž. Horší bylo, že tu má šatny personál a brzy ráno tu neustále bouchaly dveře a rozléhaly se hlasy. Takže budíček 🤷🏻‍♂️

• bereketli (8/5): Her yere kolayca ulaşabileceğiniz, temiz, güzel bir konaklama için ideal otel. - Konumu güzel. Ulaşımı kolay. Tesisin her yeri temizdi. Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterliydi. Yatak, havlu, çarşaf vb temizdi. Lobi ve bardaki görevliler güler yüzlülerdi. Her sabah 6 civarı çalışanların gürültüsüyle uykum bölündü. Bağıra bağıra konuşuyorlar, kahkahalar atıyorlar, kapıları çarpıyorlar, üstümde koltuk, sandalye vb itip çekiyorlar.
• Gülşah (8/5): Pragda bir daha burda konaklayabilirim çok beğendim - Oda tam teşekküllüydü mikrodalga fırın bile vardı. Ayrıca konumu çok iyidi. Bide özel olarak hazırlanan notta ismimin yer alması ve bedava istediğim bir içecek sunulması çok hoştu. Kahvaltısıda çok güzeldi Oda biraz havasızdı ve çamaşır suyu fazla kokuyordu. Biraz kokuya karşı hassas olduğum için beni rahatsız etti. Ama onun dışında hiçbir sorun yok

• Layhwa (8/5): Pleasant stay - Excellent location n only 2mins walk from tram stop coming in from airport as well as when l ride the trams/buses. Inly 10mins walk to Old Town Square for the start of all the tours etc. Beautiful Historical Area. Enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast n good standard of housekeeping . Eventhough it was a basement room , it was comfy n met all my basic needs. I never missed the fact it had no windows either. Guest even get a welcome drink. Maybe not for everyone but it met all my needs
• Grzegorz (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Pokój dość mały i w piwnicy bez okna, ale jak na jedną noc było ok. Wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i duży plus za parking na terenie obiektu, na którym można parkować nawet po wymeldowaniu, choć oczywiście za dodatkową opłatą.

• Bibigul (1/5): I will not book this hotel again and will not suggest it to anyone - Location is very convenient I forgot some personal belongings upon checkout, I was contacted by email and notified on it (which was nice), but I didn’t check email and remembered myself about belongings, when I returned to pick it up in the late afternoon I found out that half of it (new bottle of Champaign, it was present from my friend) was stolen, I took the rest of my belongings and asked about absent part from reception, he said it’s all he has and he had no idea about the missing part, I was in rush to the train station, I had no time to argue, I wrote to housekeeper by mail and informed about my missing things, I got no answer. This left very disappointing experience about the staff of the accommodation and reputation. Very unpleasant experience.

• Andrew (1/5): - Location. Receptionist was bordering on rude. She allowed a family to register at 13.45 but on 3 occasions refused to take my registration from 13.25 to 13.55. At 14.00 she informs me my room was ready !! Once in the room the overpowering smell of bleach was everywhere. Being a basement room there were no windows and appeared no fire exit from there would have been helped. Manager phoned me later to offer apologies and full refund.

• Alina (7/5): The location is central, but there are better options available. - A fantastic, central location. We were able to reach almost all the main attractions easily by walking. The furniture is quite old, and I had a room with no windows.

• Iveta (8/5): - Báječná lokalita pro můj účel ubytování, pokoj pěkný, tady bylo všechno v pořádku, paní recepční velice příjemné... Měla jsem pokoj v suterénu a nepříjemné ranní probuzení personálem, který tam má šatny... Chtělo by to trochu ohleduplností a míň mlátit dveřmi a hulákat....

• Singer (10/5): Сказочная Прага - Очень удобное расположение отеля, в самом центре. Завтрак с домашней выпечкой, очень вкусные рулеты с начинкой, как в детстве. Спасибо большое поварам, приветливый персонал. Удобная кровать. Можно оставить вещи в камере хранения до отъезда, это для меня очень важно, не нужно было терять время искать камеру хранения. Порекомендовали ресторан, дали купон на скидку, ресторан оказался с очень атмосферной обстановкой, и очень вкусными блюдами.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Lovely place - A very nice hotel. The customer service is helpful, polite, and English-speaking. The room is very clean, has everything you need and is practical. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of cakes to choose from. It’s close to shops, historic sites, and entertainment venues. I had a wonderful trip and I think I’ll come back here. :)

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing customer service!! Nice breakfast with many options to choose from, a welcome drink and 10% discount for the next stay. Perfect location of the hotel. The bathroom was really big! 😁 The bed could be more comfortable but it's just my personal preference. One of the towels was slightly dirty, but everything else was cleaned so I didn't mind that much, I had many to choose from. :)
