• Marek (10/5): Polecamy - Super lokalizacja z darmowym parkingiem. Blisko do przystanków i sklepów. Obok park na spokojny spacer z psami. Ładny apartament, dobrze zaopatrzony. Pan Peter, który nas powitał bardzo dobrze wszystko wyjaśnił. Dzięki niemu czuliśmy się komfortowo i bezpiecznie. Praga przepiękna. Serdecznie polecamy. My chętnie wrócimy.

• Zawadzka (10/5): Było bardzo dobrze - Apartament posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia, jakie są potrzebne w czasie pobytu. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona! Wszystko było tak jak na zdjęciach :) PS. Znakomity kontakt z właścicielami obiektu! Nie było problemu z późniejszym zameldowaniem, odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania otrzymałam od razu Bardzo, bardzo polecam!

• Viktoria (7/5): Apartmán pekný, no čistota by sa mohla zlepšiť - Lokalita je veľmi dobrá, hneď vedľa parku, krásny výhľad na zeleň, to som ocenila. Apartmán je krásny vyzorovo. Je to ticha lokalita, takze človek si vie oddychnut. Hostiteľ bol ochotný a veľmi milý človek. Snažil sa vyhovieť. Celkovo je apartmán už v takom “zašlom” stave, vnímala som, že už tadiaľ prešlo veľmi veľa ľudí. Čistota bola tak pol na pol - základne veci, ako vana, umývadlo, kuchynské umývadlo, posteľ boli ciste. No napr. kuchynská linka bola docapkana, bolo na nej vidieť používanie predchádzajúcich hostí, rovnako aj nad umývadlom v kúpeľni bolo zafrckane od zubnej pasty. Riešila som to priamo s hostiteľom, ktorý bol ochotný tam opäť prísť a umyť tie časti, ktoré som mu ukázala na foto. No ostatne časti kuchynskej linky ostali stále zafrckane a aj nad umývadlom boli fľaky od zubnej pasty :(. Tak som tie fľaky umyla ja. Tiež sedačka mi nepríde čistá, fľaky sú na nej, roztrhaná záclona a okna za mna asi rok neboli umývane. Bola som prekvapená, pretože apartmán sám o sebe je na úrovni, no tieto detaily mi to rušili. Este sa mi to nestalo, a to som cestovala veľa. Bolo cítiť odtoky a umývačka riadu po otvorení smrdela od tuniaka, čo mne ako veganke nepadlo dobre. Pán hostiteľ tretí deň môjho pobytu prišiel a vyčistil aj umývačku, no cela izba potom smrdela od rybaciny a umývačka stále tiež.

• Mieczyslaw (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. Mogę polecić to miejsce do wypoczynku - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z administratorem budynku. Ogromnym plusem jest darmowe miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej w budynku
• Niemsi (8/5): Zentral gelegen, ruhig geschlafen – und gut betreut - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage – und das, obwohl man sehr zentral ist. Peter hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, der Kontakt zu ihm war stets freundlich und mit einer Prise Humor. Das Bett war absolut in Ordnung und bequem. Die Ausstattung war für unseren Aufenthalt von drei Nächten vollkommen ausreichend. Etwaige Kleinigkeiten konnten wir direkt mit Peter besprechen und klären – es war ohnehin eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau (der Fernseher funktionierte nicht – braucht man im Urlaub aber auch nicht unbedingt, und uns fehlte ein Duschvorhang – was jedoch baulich nicht möglich ist).
• iwona (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, piekne miasto. - Wielką zaletą był podziemny parking oraz okolica. Nocą cisza i spokój. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze zaopatrzone. Przywitał nas bardzo miły zarządca Peter, który wszysto wytłumaczył. Szczerze polecam. -
• Natalia (8/5): - I liked that the apartment is big - comfortable for me. Also, in spite of summer heat it's comfortable inside - due to Eastern side and a little but very helpful fan the host carefully provided us with. Management is friendly and responsive, thank you very much. Parking spot is on -2 floor, it was unconfortable for me. Probably because of lack of experience. This apartment is located on right bank of the river. Doesn't look as Prague to me. But a few steps (kilometers) aside, and one can find Prague again.
• Carlos (8/5): Very good - The location and parking was the best part. The layout is good and has all that you might need for a short stay. Overall, mostly clean with few minor issues. Peter was wonderful with his explanation of everything. Shower needs a curtain or glass, no matter how hard you try, water splashes. Bathroom had no strong ventilation, so the humidity has nowhere to really be pulled out. It looks like it once was very nice, but has become rundown with the amount of usage. More than one fan is needed during the day, but at night it was fine. All of these are fine to deal with if you want the location and parking.

• Marina (9/5): Good location for a long stay - Great location Bed in the living room not quite suitable for sleeping . Kitchen furniture (chairs) were also for 2 people. In general more for a couple stay that for a family stay. Wardrobe room without a place to hang coats...

• Ramesh (7/5): Except for the Garage all other points were really good. - The location was close to bus stop, tram stops and metro station. Quite a busy place with eateries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was in top floor with good ventilation. It was on a small lane with cars coming only for parking. Hence almost noise free. Underground Garage parking. 1. The remote to open the Garage did not work 2. The guiding signal lights were always red - No way to know if a car is coming in the opposite direction. 3. Garage is made for smaller cars and was tedious to bring in and take out a bigger one - with the added disadvantage of the non working signal lights. 4. Our prime necessity was an accommodation with parking facility which did not work out fine.

• Kateryna (7/5): I will not choose this option again - Pretty nice location. Comfortable for family traveling. two rooms, quiet, warm with heating, and washing machine. The general impression is that the apartments are very overvalued, despite the fact that the interior seems to be quite good, and the building is modern and everything is equipped and there is some utensils. The kettle definitely needs to be replaced, because the iron kettle that needs to be boiled on the stove is covered in some kind of drips - this is just the last small detail that completes the whole picture.
• Aldin (10/5): Prague is a wonderful city, if you need a place you will not regret if you reserve here. - The position of the apartment is great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had a small issue with the Garage since one day we couldn’t park there because of the yearly cleaning. This was perfectly solved by the host, we got a payed place in the nearby hotel garage.
• Michal (7/5): Good - New, modern and spacious Apartment with view into trees. Underground parking is real benefit here. Children playgrounds in park nearby is also big plus. Shopping centere and Underground station about 8min walkf from Apartment. The apartment is furnished very simply and also cleaning service would do a better job (but still ok).
