• Khalid (4/5): - الشقة تمام المرافق كلها ممتازه تنفع لعائلة مريحه جداً ، لاكن الادارة صدموني بعد خروجي برساله عجيبه !! الصدمه انه بعد خروجي من الشقه تواصلوا معي ادارتهم واعطوني فاتورة سداد قيمة آلة قهوه بمبلغ 250 !! الصدمه اني لما استاجرت ودخلت الشقه لم تكن هناك آلة قهوه وحتى تعجبنا انا والاهل ليش حاطين كبسولات قهوه من دون آلة ولاكن الصدمه بعد خروجي تواصلوا معي اكثر من مره وبأسلوبهم كأنهم يتهمونا بالسرقه !! وهذا اسلوب غير مقبول وغير احترافي مع العملاء لذلك تجربه لن تتكرر ليس لسوء مكان الاقامه بل لسوء الاداره.

• Subair (6/5): Suitable for families with more the 2 kids, those who wish to cook homemade meals - The apartments were spacious, especially when compared to hotel rooms, making them ideal for families with 2 or more kids who wish to cook homemade meals Firstly, the entry was delayed due to the lack of credentials for the doors, which should have been shared earlier. We booked 3 apartments but only received 1 reservation detail via WhatsApp. As a result, we had to call the toll-free number, and the support agent assigned the door keys at that time. It took nearly 45 minutes to finalize the keys for all 3 apartments. It was very frustrating, especially since we were tired from a long trip and a day out. Secondly, although we booked 3 apartments, we received 2 in one building and the third one in a different location, 5 km away. This made it difficult for us to coordinate the trip. Thirdly, when we entered the room, we found a few cockroaches inside, and the room had a bad smell. Some of the room and bathroom accessories were either not properly installed or missing. Additionally, only one room had a functional key, while the other two rooms couldn’t be locked, which affected our privacy. On the phone, the support agents were cooperative and friendly, but a couple of times, they didn't call me back as promised. As a result, I had to wait and call again, explaining the same issues to another person.

• Ashraf (3/5): Poor - The property was good and big Unfortunately, our stay was marred by some maintenance issues, with the heater not functioning for nearly two nights and one of the toilets out of order. Additionally, I was a bit surprised when the staff insisted on a strict checkout time of 11:00 without offering any flexibility for a late checkout.

• Ahmed (7/5): Pleasant - Valuable - The cleaning they charge me 300 sar and only clean the apartment before the check in for 5 minutes and only once and I reserve it for 6 days - they show the price only but after the reservation the charge more for the cleaning - the staff didn’t respond for additional one day they charged me double the price
