• Valeriy (7/5): - Zunächst die positiven Punkte: Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sowohl vor der Anreise als auch bei der Ankunft gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – Bondi Beach liegt praktisch direkt gegenüber. Die Apartments befinden sich im zweiten Stock, vom Balkon hat man einen begrenzten Blick auf den Ozean. Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Allerdings gibt es erhebliche Mängel. Die Apartments benötigen nicht nur gründliche Reinigung, sondern auch Reparaturen, und einige Gegenstände sollten ersetzt werden. Das Sofa ist völlig mit Fusseln bedeckt und daher sehr ungemütlich. Das Bügelbrett ist kaputt und unbrauchbar. An der Eingangstür war die Gummilippe unten halb abgerissen. Zur Sauberkeit: Bei der ersten kurzen Inspektion schien alles in Ordnung, aber später traten viele Probleme zutage. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren mit einer jahrzehntealten Schicht Schmutz bedeckt, die Kaffeemaschine war nicht von der vorherigen Nutzung gereinigt, im Badezimmer lagen Haare auf dem Boden. Und schließlich das Schlimmste – Kakerlaken. Insgesamt: Trotz der hervorragenden Lage und des guten Kontakts mit dem Gastgeber benötigen die Apartments eine gründliche Reinigung, Reparaturen und den Austausch einiger Gegenstände, um dem angegebenen Standard zu entsprechen.

• Michael (8/5): Great spacious apartment and very central location - The apartment was amazing just like advertised. Spacious and airy and a great location. Lou who checked us in was brilliant, he kept in contact throughout the day and made check in easy. The apartment was noisy with the door open but that’s due to its central location, however the bedrooms were very quiet. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils and a lovely touch with the bar of chocolate and the teas and coffees. We felt the flat would benefit from a good clean. There was the previous occupants hair around the place and the outside balcony was filthy. We did contact the agent and they offered to send a cleaner back but that was on Friday afternoon and we felt it wouldn’t be until Monday so just cleaned ourselves for an hour. The sliding door didn’t lock and there was not enough clothing hangers for 4 people. Mould starting on the silicone in the bathrooms. Perhaps leave some bathroom cleaner and other cleaning products for others. However a great apartment and location, would definitely return and recommend to others.

• Lore (9/5): Great - Close to the beach and in the middle of Bondi. Very accomodating waiting for us after flight got cancelled and delayed by 6 hours coming in at 11.30 pm and later check out time. No complains
• Agnes (6/5): Comfortable and convenient but not a beachfront place and sure don’t like the parking. - Convenient location as it’s close to beach and shops. Parking/ through elevator and 3 days only one hoist working and had to manually press to open gate.
