• Michael (10/5): Stay here to really “live” Venice! - Absolutely lovely apartment! Felt so “at home”. Perfect for traveling with others. Ample space for everyone to gather or have space. Great beds, comfortable furniture. The location is excellent for waking anywhere and very near a couple of vaporetto stops making water transport a breeze. Owners are lovely and provide great recommendations. Stay here to really “live” Venice Loved it all!

• Cynthia (9/5): Beautiful and spacious apartment in convenient, quiet location. - Beautiful and spacious apartment. Location was wonderful, quiet and not crowded. The apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed. The host was friendly and met us at the vaporetto stop to show us the way. We appreciated the umbrellas since it was raining during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Only feedback is mattresses were very hard/firm but we were fine with that.

Host was always quickly accessible by e-mail if we had any questions. As promised, host met us coming off the water bus. Mercato was within walking distance as well as many restaurants too. Nothing! Everything was excellent!

• Andries (10/5): We would stay here again. Everything you need. Nice air conditioned units. Large tvs in every room. Great central locati - Well appointed. Everything you need. Clean and spacious. Lovely place to stay in good location. The beds were a little uncomfortable unless you like a very firm mattress. Don’t run the washer at night since it disrupts your sleep when it drains.

The property was amazing we loved all the mix old and modern features with fabulous local art/glass collections. Facilities were great for a family of 5 with older children. It was a pleasure to come back to the property after a long day exploring Venice.

• Keith (10/5): Amazing stay at a stunning apartment. - Excellent location, close to all the main attractions. Stunning apartment that was furnished to a very high standard. There was nothing not to like. Only suggestion would be an automatic light above the main entrance door to aid entry.

• Damien (10/5): Perfect Stay in a Perfect Location - Apartment is as beautiful and as well appointed as indicates in the photos. Perfect location and remarkably quiet for how central it is, a very easy 5 min stroll to Rialto Bridge. Spar supermarket for any grocery needs is just 2 min walk away. Beds are super comfortable (including sofa bed), everything clean and organised, kitchen and bathroom facilities comprehensive, showers are perfect. Contact with the hosts was immediate and incredibly helpful. We were met at the dock and walked to the apartment, where they went through everything with us, and made sure we were comfortable and feeling welcomed. A perfect stay. Nothing.

Was lovely to be met and taken to property. Everything was explained to us which was invaluable. Would definitely stay there again Mattress a bit too hard for me. Didn’t sleep too well. However everything else was perfect.

The manager was very responsive, we had a power outage and after contacting the manager the issue was fixed within 10 mins. Extremely comfortable and well situated apartment :) All was perfect for our stay.

Art work was incredible. Venice is magical, this apartment made it even better. Location was great too. This apartment is truly a 10 star stay
• Danielle (9/5): Late April 2024 - Fantastic position and beautiful accommodation. We were met at the vaporetto and guided to the apartment which was extremely thoughtful. The apartment was fully stocked with great facilities. The photos on booking.com do not capture the size of this place. It is HUGE! Glorious. Only a few tiny things. The remote control for the tv stopped working & we could not find spares. The power went out for a while - not fault of accomm but we could not find a torch. Also, like each place we stayed in Italy, the beds are very, very firm. However, still a fantastic place to stay.

• Shenute (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and very well decorated. The location of the apartment is great and it was easily accessible to get to the apartment. The beds were well prepared and nicely laid out except in the main bedroom where the bed had not enough cover so it was a bit cold. Overall it was a fantastic experience. There was only one dishwasher tablet for a 4 night stay and insufficient toilet paper as well.
