• Elena (5/5): Ледяной склеп с отличным расположением - У этой квартиры действительно отличное расположение - близко ко всем достопримечательностям, при этом на довольно тихой улице. На фото в объявлении не нужно ориентироваться, там куча фото разных квартир. Какая именно квартира и где она будет вы узнаете только за сутки до заезда. Мы проживали здесь 4 суток в мае. В квартире было невероятно холодно. Воспользоваться кондиционером для обогрева было невозможно, он был отключен. Вода также была холодная. Нужно было ждать не менее 5 минут, пока она станет теплой. Нет крепления для душа и шторки. Принять душ невозможно - либо принимать ванну, либо как-то изощряться, чтобы не залить весь пол. WIFI был отвратительный, можно сказать, его не было. В описании было заявлено 2 кровати. Одна хорошая кровать действительно была. Но второе спальное место - это на выбор либо раскладушка, либо совершенно неудобнное раскладное кресло, которое в таком состоянии, что его давно пора выкинуть.

• Marina (9/5): - We stayed in Ca Cavalli apartment and it was amazing. The location was superb, just 5 minutes walk to Rialto bridge and 3 minutes from a public transport pier. Although, despite it's proximity to the centre, the location is very quiet. The apartment itself is very spacious and has lovely design just in Venetian style, for my taste. Would definitely stay here again. Pillows were a bit flat for my taste. And at the end of April there was a bit chilly at evenings.

Mimo że wieczorem okazało się że brakuje kilku rzeczy i nie działało wifi, po zgłoszeniu tego faktu następnego dnia wszystko zostało załatwione. Super lokalizacja kamienicy, blisko dworca. Pierwszego dnia okazało się że nie działa wifi w obiekcie i brakuje kilku rzeczy. Po zgłoszeniu następnego dnia wszystko zostało dostarczane i dostałyśmy inne dane do wifi.

• Martina (6/5): Si può fare di più! - Posizione centrale e molto comoda per visitare tutta la città. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo gli aspetti negativi sono diversi. In primis lo stato di incuria degli appartamenti, con mobili rovinati e aspetto complessivo dell’abitazione un po’ fatiscente. La manopola dell’acqua della doccia si staccava appena la sfioravi, vari segni di usura sui muri. Inoltre anche il servizio non è stato molto attento. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento per 5 persone, di cui una doveva dormire sul divano letto. Siamo arrivate alle 20:00, dopo aver fatto per conto nostro il check-in per 13 persone, e il divano letto non era nemmeno aperto ma solo con le lenzuola appoggiate sopra, anche quello ci siamo arrangiate da sole. Comunicazione con lo staff non proprio reattivo. In sostanza, potenziale altissimo ma alcune cose sono da rivedere e soprattutto da ammodernare. Ps: gli appartamenti sono in edifici diversi anche lontani tra loro, cosa non molto chiara in sede di prenotazione.

• Sharon (10/5): Great Location, Helpful Staff - We loved the location, although it was a little tricky to find at first (pay attention to the house numbers, even if you're very tired after the long flight, haha). The property management staff were very friendly and helpful. A representative met us there when we arrived and explained all the details of staying there. Would definitely stay there again. We found it a but tricky to take the trash to the drop off site, the location was difficult to find, suggest getting very specific directions from the host on day one, as the map in the folder was not accurate.

• Julian (9/5): Top Lage am Campo San Polo - Top Service von Anfang an, ein Mitarbeiter der Agentur holte uns von der Vaporettostation ab, der Check-in direkt in der Wohnung verlief reibungslos. Die Lage direkt neben dem Campo San Polo ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von der Mokkakanne bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Gastherme ist mehrfach ausgefallen und damit auch Warmwasser und Heizung.

• PEI-CHUN (10/5): 我愛慘了這裡，非常感謝你們給了我極度美好的回憶^0^ - 剛到的時候，或許是因為飄著絲絲細雨，天色特別昏暗，看到外面的廊道，以為自己訂了一間廢墟，內心忐忑不安。在成功打開門的瞬間，我愛上了這裡。整間房子，乾淨整齊，佈置雅緻，該有的都有，有一種回到自己家的歸屬感，我的心得著平靜！服務人員基本上都是有問必答，而且是詳答。雖然不是即時回應，但已讓我有足夠的安全感！他們也相當窩心，都會事先提醒，或是告知他們的動向，深怕我遇到狀況找不到他們。有件事情我一定要特別說，真的非常非常感謝房主願意因為我的航班時間，讓我延後退房時間，讓我免於拖著笨重行李無處去的冏境，太感恩了！這裡的地理位置我很滿意，下船後走幾分鐘就到家了，附近有多家超市，買生活用品，買菜回家煮都即為方便。到哪兒都是散散歩，幾分鐘就能到的距離。遠離喧鬧的大街，卻很安全！十顆星大推！！ A. 我最後還是沒有研究出調整暖氣系統溫度的方式，希望能提供一份操作說明。 B. 浴室淋浴間排水偶爾會塞住，水位會下不去。

A spacious albeit rustic apartment, but in a charming way. Plenty of space for 7 with two bathrooms and two very good showers. Loved the family dining table in the kitchen. Bench space in the kitchen was lacking, otherwise large and well-equipped.
• Kristel (8/5): Great Location - For reference, we stayed in the Casanova Apartment. The apartment was a large size for a party of five and 2 bathrooms were handy. For this particular apartment, it was very close to one of the water bus stops and is walking distance to Rialto Bridge, which was a highlight. The host was very easy to get in contact with and answered quickly The air conditioning did not work the first night, but the host helped to arrange to get it fixed by the next day. Was not the biggest fan of the decor

• Marco (7/5): Ottimo piccolo appartamento. Qualche pecca. - Casa ben arredata, si vede che c’è il tocco dell’architetto. Gli spazi sono ben gestiti e funziona tutto perfettamente. Il check in era alle 15 ed abbiamo comunicato tale orario alla struttura. Tuttavia l’addetta alle pulizie era ancora lì e nonostante ciò il letto per il terzo ospite non era stato preparato in anticipo. Diciamo che una struttura da 8 in pagella dovrebbe farmi trovare i letti già fatti per gli ospiti. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprire la porta dato che la serratura non funziona benissimo. Ultima cosa, se c’è la cucina mi aspetto come minimo di trovarci sale/olio dato che per un piccolo viaggio non ci si può aspettare che gli ospiti provvedano a comprare tutto (anche il minimo) per cucinare.

Note there is NO sofa bed despite the owner advertising there is. Maximum the apartment can sleep comfortably is 4 in 2 double beds. There are some very uncomfortable lounge chairs which the owner is trying to pass for a sofa bed. We had to make up a temporary bed using cushions for our teenage son. The management company tried to help by providing a topping mattress for the lounge chairs however it wasn’t a topping mattress it was a thin IKEA duvet which did nothing to buffer the hard buttons on the lounge seat. Paid for an apartment for 5 people and only got beds for 4. Unacceptable and false advertising.

Miejsce świetne, na uboczu ale blisko do wszystkich atrakcji na pieszo. Restauracje, bary i kawiarnie tuż pod nosem. Polecam Słabo oznaczony i oświetlony budynek i numer ( krążyliśmy wieczorem i nie mogliśmy znaleźć) Problem z otwarciem głównej bramy, później poszło już łatwo.

• Cheryl (1/5): STAY AWAY! Find another rental company, if possible avoid going through a third party like booking - NOTHING! Rude hosts, miserable experience. Booking.com's customer service is worthless and unhelpful with resolving issues between hosts and customers. The customers is always wrong with this website. The facility was filthy, 2 air conditioners were broken and it had an awful smell. They sent someone to assess the broken AC, but nobody came to fix it. We were boiling hot with only one working ac. The photos show gorgeous rentals, but be wary, there are multiple locations and the location we got was disgusting. Although the host was responsive, they were downright nasty and did absolutely nothing to fix any problems. Dirty toilets, grimy bedding and carpets. Unacceptable, photos dont lie.

It was very clean and had all the amenities you might need. The hosts are well organised and communicative. Be aware that the company owns quite a few apartments and the pictures are mixed, so you need to verify which apartment you are getting in the end.

They also booked a water taxi for my family (thanks Federica!). Very comfortable for a family of 4, the two bathrooms were a plus! There was no/minimal phone reception inside the apartment, which would have been ok if the WiFi worked optimally but unfortunately it was more off than on. Overall the apartment could have been cleaner.

Host was informed, and problem was fixed in very promptly manner. The location of the apartment in Booking map is shown in San Marco while it is located in Cannaregio. The is no apartment address in Booking website, just an area. An address was given to us later. Be aware of that. Also, the apartment is located on the top floor which is equivalent to 4th floor without elevator. This information was not provided in Booking website and it was a very big problem for our mid aged companions.

• Vinod (5/5): Room was good but managed poorly - Clean Booking.com gives a location and in reality it’s not on that location. Staff from the property just send an email with another location which I didnt checked and went to booking.com location. As in Venice there is no road taxi was available, I forced to walk with my family including infant and all baggage for 30 minutes where lots of steps and stairs present. Staff is not well speaking in English and don’t know to use whataapp to send to an international number.

Alice who showed us round was young jobsworth who didn’t make us feel welcome at all. One of us is disabled and we were not offered to carry bags. No smiles. Bad attitude. We weren’t given much toilet roll and can out having to wait the next day for more. No supermarket nearby. The TV didn’t work.
• Andrea (5/5): Great location - apartment needs a lot of work to be worth the money charged. - The apartment was in a great location. Wifi didn’t work. We were told to put it on the window (shelf between glass and bars) where it worked only intermittently if you were on the top floor so the wifi doesn’t really work. One set of keys not enough for two couples. Neighbours were a bit rude and didn’t seem to want guests there. No air conditioning despite there being a unit in each room which didn’t work. Very dark, lighting needs addressing in upstairs (yellow room) as only one window opens and 4 lamps don’t give off enough light. Floors were dirty. Every power plug nearly came off when using electric items and no power point in downstairs bathroom. No spare linen for the one additional pillow.
• Janis (6/5): The apartment met our needs we like to Location, but it could be upgraded and improved to make it more comfortable. They - The location suited us well. It is deep in the neighborhoods of the Rialto area. One of the canals runs nearby which is pleasant to sit by. The apartment was easy to access. There are 10 steps leading up to it which could be an issue for an older person with luggage. We did not use the kitchen facilities so I cannot comment on them. We found a good places to eat in the neighborhood nearby. The air conditioning worked fine. The property was not well furnished. There’s a small table with four kitchen chairs and there’s a small loveseat sized fold out bed. There’s nothing else to sit on the living dining room kitchen area. With three adults in the party, the boys ended up laying on beds in the other room most of the time. The beds were OK, But the sofa bed is not in good shape. The bathroom has a large tub, but no way to plug the hole in the bottom of it in order to take a bath. There is a handheld shower associated with the faucets, but no shower curtain around the top to contain the spray, so we did not have the ability to take conventional showers or baths. This is a problem with the summer heat and humidity of Venice. The tiny washing machine does work. It would be very helpful to have specific instructions on how to use it because I didn’t understand all the symbols on the dials. We were also expected to take the trash out which was a five minute walk to a facility to dispose of it. For well over $300 a night I feel that they should’ve taken care of that. When we first arrive, there was a bad odor from the cabinet containing the freezer. We didn’t see anything in the freezer or in the area. The odors seem to dissipate when you close the door. We did call the property management and inform them of that. They were quick to respond by phone.

Our host was very communicative and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process easy and simple. The building doesn’t have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor, which can be challenging for small children, elderly individuals, or moving large luggage.

No big issue, but for the benefits of future tenants, the wardrobe door in the second bedroom is not working, and the shower tub leaks substantially after each shower. Other than these, the apartment's condition is perfect !

The agency who manage the apartment were wonderful and so helpful, they helped us book water taxis which dropped off / pick-up on the square outside of the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for our group with plenty of space. There are a lot of stairs in the property which weren’t a problem for us but could be for people with issues with Mobilty. It was tricky taking our big suitcases up the stairs but we managed and it was worth it for how fabulous the apartment and the location was.

Before I go on; we bumped into the owner of this property & she was sympathetic( we had an unfortunate event( pick pocket) jst before checking out) & shecwas nice to us . The agents / host handling this property were very rude and hostile to us at our check out. In fact they were hostile and not empathetic towards our situation. These agents sit in an office called Venice apartment.com . Do not book anything from this company!!!
