• Lucie (4/5): Do not stay in this apartment unless there are only 2 of you. - The location was great. Close to everything we needed. We booked for 3 adults but there was only a bed for 2. The 3rd person had to sleep on a bad chair bed. This should NOT have been sold as a 3 adult occupancy.
• Julianna (9/5): Wonderful stay! - Paola was there to greet us with the keys, and check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment is fantastic, very well equipped with everything you might need. The bed is large and really comfortable. We were also able to arrange a late check-out, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent, with plenty of options nearby for food, drinks, and things to see. We loved our stay! GRAZIE MILLE! N/A
• Antoine (10/5): Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable et reprendrions cette location sans hésiter. - Le logement est au premier étage, il était très propre, il est bien situé et au calme. Tout le confort est sur place et les commerces sont à côté. L'hôte nous a très bien accueillit et tout fait pour nous faciliter notre arriver et bien nous renseigner. Il y a la climatisation et le chauffage, moins évident à programmer. La wifi fonctionne très bien. La douche est bien mais peut sembler étroite si vous êtes grand. La vue est sur une coure intérieure, proche d'un autre immeuble mais cela nous a pas dérangé étant de passage et que sur place le soir.

• Laura (9/5): Posizione fantastica, casa perfetta - La posizione è eccezionale, ma ancora piu degna di nota è stata l’ospitalità della padrona. Erano anni che a causa del check in online non mi capitava di venire accolta dall’host, che si è dimostrata disponibile, preparata e accogliente Nulla. La consiglierò sicuramente a chiunque conosco che vorrà venire a Venezia.

• Gloria (10/5): Il posto perfetto per visitare Venezia a piedi - Appartamento curato e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto strategica a pochi minuti a piedi da Rialto e a 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Molto silenzioso e nonostante le temperature molto basse di gennaio siamo riusciti a stare al caldo. La host Paola molto gentile e super disponibile, ci ha consigliato posti insoliti da vedere e dove mangiare e provare i piatti tipici! Nulla da segnalare. L’appartamento risulta un po’ “buio” perché riceve poca luce naturale, caratteristica tipica delle case veneziane, ma questo non compromette assolutamente il soggiorno
• Zaporozhets (9/5): Добрий варіант розміщення на короткий термін сімейного відпочинку у Венеції - Як і очікували на три особи помешкання відповідало нашим вимогам короткого відпочинку. Кімната кухня слугувала за столову, а друга кімната - за спальню. У помешканні було тихо, бо вікна не на вулицю, а також тепло, ми відпочивали комфортно. Від вокзалу 20 хв пішки, до площі СВ Марка 15 хв. Великий супермаркет 7 хвилин пішки від місця проживання. Все було як ми й очікували

• LaMinacapilli (10/5): Soddisfatta! Ci tornerò! - L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, arredato con gusto, pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Letto grande e comodo. Riscaldamento top. Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale. Appartamento molto silenzioso e discreto. La posizione è il punto forte, sarete vicini a tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse. Sono stata accolta da Paola che gentilmente mi ha dato qualche consiglio apprezzatissimo su cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare. Soddisfatta della mia scelta, ci tornerò! Nulla, tutto perfetto.
• Elena María (9/5): Genial para ir en familia - El barrio tranquilo pero cerca del centro para ir caminando a todas partes, y con muchos comercios y restaurantes. La cama muy cómoda. Muy silencioso. Las dueñas muy amables, nos ayudaron con todo Por decir algo, no hay ascensor, había que subir unas cuantas escaleras pero no eran muchas, y la portería que parece abandonada.

• Hanna (10/5): Nice and cozy stay in Venice - Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, sheets super crispy and white. Towels are fresh as in the hotel. The apartment is nicely located, close to a lot of restaurants and places to visit. It was warm with the central heating. Incredibly nice and welcoming Valentina met me at the apartment. There is no city view, windows are facing the inner yard. All good

• Tim (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir hatten uns zwischen 13 und 14:00 Uhr mit der Gastgeberin zur telefonischen Abstimmung der Schlüsselübergabe verabredet, kamen ca. 6 Min. zu spät. Die Gastgeberin hatte am Telefon unangemessen unfreundlich reagiert. Die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte dann 15 min. später. Auf spätere Anfragen, z.B. der verschlossene Safe, hatte die Gastgeberin nicht reagiert. Die Wohnung war durchweg sehr kalt, geschätzt um die 16 Grad oder weniger. Darauf haben wir die Gastgeberin bei der Schlüsselübergabe hingewiesen. Wohl wegen einer Heizverordnung waren die Heizkörper nicht in Betrieb. Die Gastgeberin verwies auf die Klimaanlage, die aber wohl nicht die Heizpower hatte um die Räume zu erwärmen und/oder es wurde nicht richtig erklärt. Wir wurden auf eine weitere nicht bezogene Decke verwiesen, sollte es nachts zu kalt sein. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Dusche war klein.
• Fiamma (8/5): Buena estancia en zona animada - El alojamiento está reformado y muy bonito. Pudimos dormir perfectamente. Faltaban algunas cosas básicas, pero en general bien.
• Quentl (8/5): Wir nehmen schöne Eindrücke mit - Schnelle, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise und Hinterlegung bei Abreise. Zentrale Lage, guter Vaporetto-Anschluss. Wohnung, wie bei vielen in Venedig, aufgrund der engen Gassen etwas dunkel. Duschkabine nicht sehr groß, aber ok.
• Francisco PF (9/5): Fantastic place to stay. Quiet but in the heart of Venice. Everything you need for a stay included. - Ubicación increíble. Tranquilo a pesar de estar súper céntrico ya que las ventanas dan a un patio. Con todos los servicios necesarios: cafetera expresso (y cápsulas gratis como detalle), calentador agua, vitrocerámica, microondas, bevera grande con congelador, lavadora. Habitación independiente del salón-cocina. TV en la habitación y en el salón. Persianas venecianas para oscuuridad durante la noche. Tamaño plato de ducha mínimo. Las puertas del salón a la hanitación no cierran completamente. El patio al que da el apartmento tiene un restaurante, por lo que se llena de olores si abres las ventanas durante el día.
• Pauline (8/5): Nous recommandons ! - - hôtes extrêmement sympathiques, réactifs et disponibles. Nous avons été upgradés dans un appartement supérieur faute de wifi dans notre logement et ce, sans avoir eu besoin de demander. - les deux appartements visités étaient très bien situés dans la ville (Cannaregio et San Marco) ce qui permet de rayonner très facilement dans Venise. Les logements etaient calmes. - logements supers et très bien équipés ! Les lits étaient divins ! - les hôtes nous ont également communiqué des adresses (bar/restaurants etc) pour rendre notre séjour plus local. - nous avons dû être changés d'appartement car la wifi ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'avions aucun réseau 4G individuel pour compenser au sein du logement. Impossible alors de recevoir des messages, appeler ou encore accéder à Internet pour prévoir nos journées de vadrouille. Heureusement, comme évoqué plus haut, les hôtes ont été supers et nous ont trouvé une solution ! - petite remarque sur la politique de la maison qui prévoit 30€ de charge supplémentaire pour un check-in après 19h30, ce qui nous paraît cher pour le temps dépassé. Vous payez 30€ autant si vous arrivez à 19h35 que 21h30 et ce quand bien même que votre check-in tardif n'est pas de votre fait (avion en retard de 40 min dans notre cas qui nous a fait arriver à 19h45). Pour information, avec cette histoire de wifi, la surcharge a finalement été annulé mais peut être plus de flexibilité sur les cas exceptionnels serait apprécié. -

• Karolina (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja – łatwy dojazd z lotniska. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czyste i komfortowe. Gospodarz był cały czas dostępny i pomocny. Otrzymaliśmy cenne wskazówki dotyczące miejsc wartych odwiedzenia oraz polecane restauracje. Pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo – serdecznie polecam!

• Lukasz Drozd (9/5): Fajne mieszkanko, blisko wszędzie (komunikacja miejska) Bardzo przyjemny kontakt z Gospodarzem ! - Super lokalizacja, apartament na normalnym europejskim standardzie - zarówno sam apartament jak i budynek (klatka schodowa), trochę martwiliśmy się że przez lokalizację i samą substancję Wenecji, apartament będzie kiepski ale nic z tego - fajne małe mieszkanko, blisko wszystkiego, w pełni wyposażone. Co prawda - bez widoku, ale za to przystępne cenowo (jak na Wenecje). Nic na minus - naprawdę fajna opcja zakwaterowania, szczerze polecam !

Nothing is to far, easy to get to from the airport , you take the Alilaguna blue line then 10 min walk from F.t Nove A. Close to a supermarket, lots of shops, cafes 5 mins walk to Rialto bridge, the hosts were great, have some really good recommendations. I would not hesitate to book.
• Petros (9/5): It was exactly what we needed for our trip. - First, I’d like to mention the host, who was very polite and thorough with the information he provided. Everything he told us was very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location and meets all needs. Clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. It also has a kitchen and a washing machine in case someone needs them. If I had to find something negative, I’d say that there’s no view from the windows — but that’s not really necessary, because Venice is meant for walking around, not for staying inside a room!
• Grażyna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a great place to stay, even for a family. Location is great, there are some great cafes and places where one can eat cicchetti and have a drink. Paola and Valentina are great hosts! A big "Thank you" for your help with luggages (we had an evening flight). This is definitely a place I would like to stay in when visiting Venice again. Sofa is veeeery comfortable :). So is the bed. Everything was great!

The host, Valentina, was very friendly, and we were able to check out late because the apartment was not booked for the next guest. The apartment was very clean, modern, pleasantly warm, and very quiet during our stay. There is no view from the apartment windows, but that was not a problem for us because we spent the whole day outside.

You can catch the Number 1 vaporetto from the train station to the Ca'D'Ora stop and there are no bridges between there and the apartment. One flight of stairs to the apartment. Problem with mold in bathroom, but owner has sent photos of completely renovated shower, including new tiles since we left. The problem was rectified quickly for future bookings.

She also helped us with a place to leave our luggage for the last day, for free. The bathroom was clean and had everything one might need. We also had a new kitchen but we didn’t use it.

• Briana (10/5): Look no further for your stay in Venice - What an amazing place in the best location! ~15 minute walk from the train station, ~ 5 minute walk from the ferries that go to Murano, Burano and the airport. Restaurants and shops literally outside the door, easy check-in and super clean apartment with aircon. Loved it! The lobby smells a bit, but nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Key collection was arranged on the morning of my arrival and she showed my how to use everything in the apartment as well as giving me a map of venice and highlighting some must dos! The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed including a washing machine, ironing board, drying rack ... Location was ideal, could walk anywhere with in 15 mins. Waterbus stop very nearby (5 mins) walk where you can catch the waterbus to murano / burano / Torcello was very convenient. Couldn't have been more pleased with my stay :)

The apartment is very well provided for - plenty of utensils, hairdryer, coffee and coffee maker, extra bedding etc. The shower was very bad. The hot water only trickled out and kept going from boiling hot to cold. No smoke detection fitted, don't believe this is mandatory in Italy, but it should be provided either way, especially in an apartment with cooking facilities and a gas boiler.
