• valeria (6/5): Buona posizione e ottima comunicazione con l’host, ma il resto è da rivedere - Posizione ottima per visitare la biennale ed in generale per alloggiare in un’area di Venezia meno caotica L’appartamento è carino ma molto migliorabile per il prezzo pagato. La pulizia è da rivedere. Il freezer (che non abbiamo usato, ma abbiamo aperto) era sporco e nelle docce c’è muffa, ed in generale è tutto molto datato. C’era un bicchiere per gli spazzolini da denti con il fondo incrostato da utilizzi precedenti. Il primo giorno ho chiesto di sostituire la lampadina della camera che era fulminata, ma non è mai arrivato nessuno.

• Wanda Coles (9/5): - Close to the water bus station and only a 13 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep at reasonable prices... Unlike the ones closer to St Mark's! Stairs to apartment were a little steep so lugging our medium suitcases up was a bit time consuming and may be a problem for people with mobility issues. Once the bags were up, the stairs are fine to navigate.

• Hilary (8/5): A great place to hide away and chill after busy sightseeing. - The property was 2 blocks up from the Grand Canal, tucked in a quiet cul de sac off a major pedestrian road, full of restaurants and small shops, including everyday things you need like supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. plus a lovely park. It was a really easy walk to St Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace, and the landing stages for the vaporetto. It was really well stocked with spare bedding, pillows, etc, the bathrooms were both large and had a range of toiletries plus instant hot water and the kitchen was full of crockery, pans, utensils, etc and everything worked. There was a designated quiet time for the 3 apartments in the block which everyone kept to, so it was totally quiet through the night even with windows open. The host, Denise, was really attentive and answered straight away any questions we had. It's picky, but we couldn't work out how to use the stove top espresso maker and we did have mosquitoes in the apartment, which wasn't expected, otherwise it couldn't have been better.

• vjme1979 (8/5): Buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo. - Muy bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca del centro. Con bares y restaurantes cerca a precios razonables. La limpieza es mejorable.

• Wioletta (8/5): - Apartamentbardzo duży, wygodny, ze starymi , klimatycznymi meblami. Dużo miejsca, weszystko czyste i ogarnięte. W pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny z wszystkim, co potrzebne. Duży metraż, bardzo dogodna lokalizacja i przyzwoita cena, jak na Wenecję. Dałabym Wyjątkowy lub Znakomity gdyby nie łazienka - otóż w kabinach prysznicowych na ścianach w fugach między kafelkami czarny grzyb - to trochę psuło znakomity efekt całej kwatery. Jednak z racji ogólnego bardzo dobrego wrażenia lokalu nie chcę zaniżać oceny do dobrej, jednak te kabiny prysznicowe wyglądały naprawdę odpychająco, nie wiem, może taki standard Wenecji, zgłosiłabym to jako rzecz do poprawienia.
• Martina (3/5): Ungelöstes Ameisenproblem - Schöne große Räume, ruhige Lage Es gab im Flur, Wohnzimmer/ Küche, einem Schlafzimmer und Bad ein Ameisenproblem. Die Ameisen haben sich sogar auf dem gespülten Geschirr und dem Spülbecken aufgehalten. Während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts wurde zwar gesagt, dass sich jemand um die Angelegenheit kümmert. Im Endeeffekt kam aber während des kompletten Aufenthalts niemals. Eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 4 % der Kosten wurde mir angeboten. Aktuell kümmert sich booking.com um die weiteren Schritte.

• Steven (1/5): Great place and location but be prepared to be abused by the agency handling the property. - Plenty of room for a family of four and a well stocked kitchen for the occasional night in. I didn’t pay the city tax by the end of the expiration of the invite to do so. It wasn’t clear there was an expiration date as the invite was all in Italian. Whilst I can speak the basics, I’m nowhere near the level required to comprehend bodies of text. I received a message from my property contact saying she’d get sacked if I didn’t do it. Not a great customer facing way of dealing with the public. We also reported an issue with the kitchen sink on day two. We stayed for seven days and the sink was still not repaired by the time we checked out. On the third day we were advised the maintenance man be there the next day. He didn't turn up which I reported. We then received no further correspondence for the remainder of the week. We had to wash up in the bathroom all week...not hygienic. AMENDMENT! I've now amended my overall score of this property based on being WhatsApp'd this morning by the property contact, Denise, claiming my review is a lie. Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely apartment and I did originally give the apartment an 8 out of 10, but the customer facing personnel are now being highly unprofessional, bordering on abusive, and won't leave me alone. Judging by her response she clearly doesn't like tourists - bit of a strange vocation for someone who doesn't like the people who pay her wages. I've asked for the contact details of her manager but she won't provide them. I wonder why...? I've attached screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation as potential visitors need to be aware of their behavior to someone telling the truth. If you don't want to be abused for giving an accurate review then don't book this property!!! FURTHER EDIT Read the agency's response, they continue to attack me, and you have in writing from them that they appear to have a problem with 'tourists'. I've not lied! I'm appalled at that their unprofessionalism.
• Amie (9/5): Authentic Italian feel, local neighbourhood and good size bedrooms - We really loved the location. In more of a local neighbourhood (about a 10-15 minute walk to main area). We liked being further away from the main tourist area. Wine bar, restaurants, supermarket, gardens and waterfront all on your doorstep

• Brenna (10/5): This place has a great location, just steps away from a water transit station and many cafes! The property owner was eas - The property was spacious and clean. It was a great place for our short stay in Venice after traveling!

• Marta (10/5): Great location for Biennale - It was a great choice! Starting with easy and nice contact with manager, through a perfect location and the apartment itself. It is very quiet out there; AC works sufficiently and the layout of the place ensures comfort and privacy. Having two bathrooms is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and big enough even for those travelling with huge luggage. The price/quality relation is fantastic, especially for Vencie. nothing

• Ahmed (4/5): Disappointing - Location of the flat was good I like the idea of never coming back again to that flat. 1. Although it was written in the description that the falt is air conditioned , it turned to be only one bed room air continued and the other not. No even a fan in the second bed room. If I knew this before I would have not booked this flat 2.although we arrived late check in at 1700 hours , it was a surprise to find the cleaning company man opening the door next day on us at 1100 am without even knocking on the door !! He was rude and spoke in a bad way and waving with his hand speaking to us in an impolite way. He was angry when we asked for 10.minutes to finish packing our luggage. 3.uncomfortable beds
• Greg (8/5): Cute place. - Cute. Air-conditioned most.of the thing worked. Nice location cute neighborhood. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Couch bed could have used a better mattress. Also picture should clothes washer. But there wasn't one.

Two working bathrooms, small balcony, functional kitchen… The lady that showed us the apartment (Iryna) was very friendly. Thin walls. You could hear everything from apartments around it. Aggressive vacuuming every morning at around 7am from apartment above, loud washing machine from the apartment next to us… those are things nobody can control but I think it’s worth mentioning. Also beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
