• sybille (4/5): Tolle Lage, mehr nicht! - Die Lage! Das Appartement war sauber und ohne Gerüche! Bis zu einer Bar zum Frühstück 2 Minuten, zum Markusplatz 3 Minuten. Das Apartment ist im 4. Stock, die Treppenstufen sehr schmal und steil, ein Geländer gibt es nicht! Das Bett ist nur über eine Hühnerleiter ohne Geländer erreichbar, ich bin 160 cm groß und konnte nur auf allen Vieren ins Bett.Nachttischlampen nicht vorhanden, gut das das Handy eine Taschenlampe hat!

• Ujjwal (9/5): Nice, cute place to stay. - It was clean, as spacious as you can find in Venice. It had a refrigerator, items of usage during travel. Washroom was a decent size and clean. There were some mosquitoes in the attic. Once I turned the fan on it was okay, but it’s worth doing something about them.
• Lorena (2/5): - Incómodo y sucio. No lo recomiendo Las escaleras dificiles y empinadas. Cocina mal. Baño viejo, roto e incómodo además de sucio. Sofá sucísimo, ni nos sentamos. Subír a la cama incómodo también y la cama tampoco ha sido lo mejor. No hemos pasaso tiempo en el apartamento pero caro para lo que es. Decepción. En general poca higuiene
• Pavel (10/5): - Все было отлично. Без нареканий, но были комары, даже с учетом того, чтобы окна защищены сетками. Лестница действительно очень крутая и опасная, нужно быть довольно сильным, чтобы затащить чемодан в апартаменты
• Margherita (6/5): Posizione centrale.Pulizia e assistenza da rivedere . - Posizione centrale Rampa di scale molto ripida, scalini piccolissimi, pulizia da rivedere .Copri divano sporco, pieno di macchie.Letto (due letti singoli che si dividono durante la notte ) poggiato per terra . Pieno di zanzare, ho chiesto allo staff di poter risolvere il problema ma hanno risposto che non avevano nulla contro le zanzare .

• Gian Pietro (10/5): Vacanze Veneziane - La posizione è veramente strategica, tra Ponte di Rialto e Piazza San Marco. Mansarda con tutti i comfort ed è perfetta per un soggiorno di coppia. Come dice l’inserzione, le scale per arrivare al secondo piano sono molto ripide e quindi è sconsigliato portarsi bagagli ingombranti.

• Alessandra Messina (9/5): Appartamento centrale per visitare Venezia - L' alloggio è accogliente e ha una posizione perfetta per visitare Venezia. L' host è molto disponibile e attento, c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Il prezzo è competitivo. Si possono effettuare delle migliorie che renderebbero perfetto l' appartamento: dei comodini/mensole accanto al letto per poter appoggiare gli oggetti e avere una lampadina vicina; anche un corrimano/pannello sulle scale che portano al letto perché molto ripide.
• Gloria (8/5): Buena ubicación pero algo complicado el checkin - La ubocacion sobre todo y tranquilidad aun estando en el centro. No atienden el teléfono fácilmente, difícil contactar con ellos. El método de entrada, que te obligan a llegar a una plaza y esperar media hora allí a que vayan a buscarte, pudiendo llamar antes de camino a ella o que te dejen la llave en el cajetín de la entrada al portal. No funcionó el wifi en los 3 días que estuvimos alojados.

Il must di questa casina sta proprio nell'essere vicino ai punti salienti di Venezia Le scale che portano al letto sito in mansarda sono di legno ed estremamente scivolose

• DANIELA (7/5): Capodanno fuori porta - Staff cordiale e disponibile. Posizione della struttura ottima, centrale. Mansarda troppo piccola per 3 persone, non c' era il posto neanche per disfare gli zaini . Adattabile se per un paio di notti. Riscaldamento bassissimo all' arrivo, molto freddo. L' ambiente si è scaldato dopo due giorni.

Al viajar en invierno nos preocupaba la calefacción, funcionaba perfectamente, agua caliente igual de bien. Se agradece que tenía wifi. Las escaleras para subir a dormir tienes que ir con cuidado, porque la cama está en el altillo, se entiende porque es un edificio histórico
• Rute (9/5): The perfect solo travel rental for a long weekend stay in Venice. - This is a charming and highly recommended accommodation. The booking process was easy, and the location is lovely, offering a perfect balance—it's quiet when needed but still enjoys a pleasant amount of pedestrian traffic. The property is very near the vaporetto, Ponte di Rialto and a Coop Supermercato. A major highlight is the great view of the top of the Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo from the bedroom and the living area windows. The interior is very clean and tastefully decorated. It provides a decent setup, including a good-sized bathroom with a shower and a functional kitchen equipped with a microwave and a two-burner electric hob. The only point to note is that the main sleeping arrangement uses two single mattresses pushed together instead of a single double mattress. Despite this minor detail, the quality of the stay was excellent. The accommodation could have done with an iron and small ironing board. The plug next to the bed was not working and my phone didn't charge (which could have been disastrous, as I was counting on my alarm to get up in time for the Venice Marathon). The bedside light didn't work and I had to get up in the dark to switch on the wall light. This is dangerous, considering the bedroom is on a mezzanine and the railings are very low, which is a hazard. The second stair landing didn't have functioning lightbulbs and I had to resort to using the torch on my mobile phone to get up the steep stairs, but I reported it to the hotel that was managing the rental. Hopefully this was sorted for the next guests. Otherwise, it was perfect!
• Maja (8/5): great location with some minor issues - Location is perfect. I mean when you don’t have to wait for the toilet somewhere but just come back home is worth it alone. DO NOT GO WHERE THE GOOGLE MAPS SEND YOU, MANUALLY PUT IN THE ADDRESS THEY PROVIDE! It is not the same. We lost an hour on this:-D And all in all it is comfortable and clean Our communication with the property was fast and very pleasant. These are not huge issues but they are really easily fixable so hope the property sees this. - The mattress was bad. It’s a double bed with 2 single mattresses. Not ideal for a couple. - The stove doesn’t work. It shows that it is on but never starts heating - Hair dryer is broken. It works for a bit and then overheats and shuts down. This is a really easy fix!
• Fotini (8/5): Excellent location - Perfect location, helpful host We were definitely warned about the many steps, but it has a steep staircase that is dangerous if you are not very careful. The bedroom is also very narrow.
• Guy (6/5): - Bien situé 4e étage sans ascenseur. Des escaliers très très étroits et très raides, impossible avec valises et en plus quand on est un peu âgé. De plus, aucun meuble ou tables suffisants pour se poser....faut mettre les affaires parterre ! Enfin, lors du check in l'hôte est arrivée avec 45 minutes de retard au rz vs !!!!! Ça fait beaucoup.......

• Rachel (9/5): - The check-in was great. The host showed us the apartment and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. Really helpful. We loved the apartment. Would definitely recommend! The stairs are very steep. We managed ok but you need good mobility to stay here.

• Rosy (7/5): Sonst war alles okay. Für junge Leute auf jeden Fall. Für ältere Personen schwierig. - Sie war sehr zentral. Das man wirklich enge 4 Treppen laufen muss. Im Schlafbereich war es sehr warm, wenn man nicht diesbezüglich Nacht den Ventilator laufen lassen wollte. Kleiner Tipp: Ein Föhn in der Wohnung wäre ganz nett.

• Andreea (10/5): Beyond expectations - It has a very very good location. 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and 3 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. The bed is extremely comfortable. Hot water all the time. It has also a little chicinette with everything you need. Althought it's on the last floor, which can be a little hot in the summer time, the AC unit is very good and you can have a very good temperature within minutes. No need to leave the AC on when you leave for a walk in the city.
• Brid (9/5): Charming - Location was fantastic- very central. A charming apartment with nice view over rooftops. Giulia was very welcoming and gave us very good tips about visiting Venice. We loved the apartment. The stairs were quite steep into the property and up to the bedroom area. More stair handrails and rails or barriers beside the bed would be great.
