• Fiona (8/5): Excellent location at a great price - but the beds are too hard. - This apartment was in an excellent location and great value for money for Sydney given how close it is to the water. Other reviewers have mentioned construction noise - there is a large construction site immediately behind the bedrooms however because we stayed on a weekend, it was not an issue. I would reconsider staying here during the week. There is a little bit of other noise in the area but it quietens down late at night. The building itself is very quiet. The beds are hard. Not just firm, but hard. This significantly affected our sleep and for that reason, we would not choose this apartment again, which is a shame given it has so much else going for it.

• Fiona (6/5): Disappointing property in great location - Location This property was basic and there was little care to create homely or appealing environment . Beds were like rocks. Pillows no covers under pillow case and were worn and not that clean. Kitchen cutlery and cups were not properly cleaned. Such a fabulous location but this operator seems to overcharge and have no real care for guest experience in the property. Also the registration process with uploading ID etc was cumbersome and annoying- we have travelled many places in the world and never come across such an invasive and strict process. As Aussies visiting Sydney it was ridiculous. We loved the location of the property and I guess that’s the selling point however the property needs some love and care.
• Mandy (10/5): Thank you, will recommend to others. - Everything we needed was available in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry. The beds were comfortable, sufficient blankets and appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The location to eateries and other sights Sydney has to offer was the icing on the cake.
• Amanda (8/5): - The location was amazing. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and well laid out. Bathroom was a good size, good ventilation and great hot water Right next to the stairs and front door that got really noisy with inconsiderate guest upstairs letting the door slam shut during the Friday and Saturday night. Someone above walked up and down their apartment all night loudly and as others came in they spoke loudly without any consideration that their were apartments on the first floor. I would suggest an L shaped lounge so everyone can sit on it.

• Matt (8/5): Decent place, good location - Good location, mostly clean although we did have 1 cockroach visit us. They are also doing construction behind the property, which started at 8 am. I’d check on that. Cockroach. Construction, Dryer is vented directly into the house which gave it a musty odor.
• Brown (8/5): Brilliant! - Location was 5 star. Cleanliness was excellent. Location exceeded expectations. Beds were very hard, could have done with a mattress topper (memory foam). Not enough power sockets in the bedrooms for today's electronics! Bring or ask host to supply extension cable and/or power board. Understand it is an older property. Unfortunately, there was some major excavation works in the neighboring block to the rear of the property where the bedrooms are located. It would have been a benefit to have been informed by the host as drilling and excavations started at 7:30am.

• Ann (8/5): A fantastic comfortable base, ideally situated to explore Sydney. - Fantastic central location , in a very historic area of the city, within 10 minutes walking distance of Circular Quay , the Opera House & Harbour Bridge, and many coffee shops & restaurants. The laudry area was a particular bonus for us having been travelling for several weeks , although the tumble dryer was a bit noisy Being very picky , we could have done with a third chair at the main table , chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms , and somewhere to hang towels

Parking suggestion was for a carpark that no longer existed, so that was a bit annoying.
• Emanuela (10/5): Perfect central location for visiting Sydney! - The location is perfect to visit Sydney: next to the Rocks and 15 mins walking from the Opera House. Also, the house is very nice: it is at ground floor and when we arrived it was warm and well cleaned. Nothing really, just some difficulties with the locker.

• Ian (6/5): Good area close to the rocks - The area has easy access to the rocks in Sydney and the restaurant scene. Supermarket (small) reasonably close and walk to Circular Quay with ferries, light rail and trains The unit could have been better prepared for visitors when compared to other stays on this trip. Credit card service fees were excessive and I believe not in compliance of Consumer law in Australia.
• Mike (6/5): Really good location not far from restaurants etc. and good facilities; but be aware the property description suggests a - Clean, good range of modern fittings, not far from the harbour and restaurants. Ideal for a short city break.
• William (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. You are a short 10 minute walk from a major (train/ferry) transport hub (Circular Quay) - a 10 minute walk from Darling Harbor and a 15 minute walk from outstanding shopping. There are 2 outstanding pubs steps from the front door. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. You can walk over Sydney Harbor Bridge in 20 minutes! You have to make sure you read all the details when you book (I did not or I wouldn't be saying this). I assumed it was like all my other bookings before where I just showed up.
• Kathy (9/5): Great location, clean and comfy - The place is a great location, walking distance to everything and having the keyless lock was good when it worked. Has some small issues with the lock + a few small things that require repairing but I advised the host who said it would be fixed.

• A (4/5): Disappointing, would not stay again - Apartment clean and location was great, good functional kitchen and bathroom. We rented unit 1, which is advertised with city views. This was definitely not the case, street view only. Apartment in photos looks bright and cheery, in reality is cold with no artwork on display, other than a mirror. Slight damp smell on entering apartment. Heating inadequate - large heater in lounge did not work, had to resort to small van heater only. Beds was also very hard.
