Rolf Peter (2/5): Good location but to be avoided until building work is finished. - The location There was ongoing work in the house and on big building sites to the right and left of the property. The extremely intrusive noise started at 7 and carried on all day and even on some Saturdays. It was so bad that we felt it necessary to buy ear mufflers. We couldnt open the balcony doors nor sit on the balcony and even with the doors closed it was still extremely noisy. We were told by workers that the work on the neighbouring sites will carry on for years. The lift on occasion did not work which made using it worrisome. Our front door key fob didnt work on one occasion. The toilet did not flush occasionally. In all fairness these last issues were resolved speedily by the host The dryer which was on top of the washing machine made it impossible to reach the controls without stepping on a chair.
Naomi (5/5): Disappointed - The bed was comfy and the apartment was secure. We booked for 3 and only had towels for 2. Found bedding for the pull out bed. The ad said it had parking but it wasn't until we booked that details were sent about a parking meter, parking permit expense or parking blocks away in the free zone. Felt deceived as we've previously struggled with parking in Bondi ans only booked here because we thought it was sorted. The verandah had a mat covering the floor which was soggy and we couldn't step back inside without dirtying the floor as.no mat to wipe feet. The washing machine leaked into the downstairs' neighbour's place and put staybwas interrupted by having the plumber come to fix while we were there instead of waiting until the next morning when we were gone.
R (10/5): Relaxing - The studio has absolutely everything you need small but perfectly designed there was three of us .Very clean absolutely everything has been well thought of highly recommend from location to comfort .All equipment top notch was brilliant for a weeks stay with our daughter .Thanks Maria Honestly couldn’t fault it

Stephen (9/5): Excellent property, very well located. - The location is superb. Near shops and the beach with a bus stop just outside. The studio is well well equipped and comfortable. The joining instructions were clear and sent early. All in all and excellent property An extra set of keys would malke it a bit easier to ensure that you didn't get locked out.
