• Jasline (7/5): Good location but troublesome check in and out. - The place is situated in a good location where you have a supermarket nearby with lots of food choice. Place is clean and spacious with good view. The whole check in and check out process is of too many steps and very inconvenient. There are too many instructions to first pick up the keys which we need to wait outside for residents to exit before even collecting the keys, this didn’t end, dropping off the keys is even more demanding to customers

• 경애 (8/5): Very good - There was a Coles right in front, so it was easy to buy groceries and the apartment had a nice view. They fixed the vacuum cleaner problem right away and brought me dishwasher detergent. The vacuum cleaner and dryer were broken, and the washer's filter was dirty.

• Michael (5/5): Requested missing items (bath plug and TV cable) but never materialised. - Location excellent. Clean until you look a bit closer. Higher shelves and harder to reach places quite dirty.
• Campbell (8/5): Very good - Very handy location for events at Moore Park and very close to City. Lots of options downstairs for meals and shopping. Travelling by car to Sydney it was great to have a secure car park with property which is less common than you think. The kitchen and laundry also let you save some $ and are well stocked. Our family had a great time and will definitely look to stay again when in town.
• Moha (8/5): Despite an overall positive experience, there was a lack of basic amenities provided, which left us feeling disappointed - One of the standout features was the availability of two parking spaces, which was a huge plus. The geographical location was ideal for accessing the CBD and downtown area easily. The house itself was immaculately clean, and having three spacious bedrooms along with a suitable living room made it a great choice for families or larger groups. Additionally, the beautiful city view and proximity to Asian restaurants and supermarkets added to the overall convenience. Overall, it was a delightful experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Despite many positive aspects during our stay, there were several notable negatives. Firstly, finding parking due to the interconnecting buildings was somewhat challenging, although later we discovered it was right next to the elevator. Cooking with dated kitchen utensils dating back to World War I was unpleasant, although the excellent home amenities made up for it. Additionally, the host provided only one dishwasher tablet per day, regardless of the length of stay, which was insufficient for family needs. For instance, while a coffee machine was available, coffee capsules were not provided, and we had to procure them ourselves. Considering that rental costs usually include basic amenities like laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, it was disappointing that these were provided in limited quantities. Furthermore, the single-use laundry detergent and only three dishwasher tablets were inadequate. It would be advisable for the host to replace their kitchen utensils and cookware as they were very worn out and likely unhygienic, posing potential health risks.

• Mee (9/5): Fantastic stay with all essential facilities in great location - Location, free parking, spaciousness, cleanliness, lift, kitchen fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer are awesome. So is the dishwasher with detergent provided really helps. View of city centre buildings is mesmerizing. Not enough toilet rolls ,no box tissue, no shampoo n conditioner, not even shower gel is provided. Only have hand wash.
