- Roger (9/5): Excellent overall - Super location and hosts did think of everything. Very impressed. Noisy people in flat above. Hosts cannot control that so just bad luck for a couple of nights. I would highly recommend not allowing dogs in apartments.

Would benefit from bathroom and kitchen up date. Crockery was all mixed and thrown in cupboard and rugs and upholstery on sofas felt grubby. The apartment is badly insulated so we were kept awake on two nights by the upstairs tenants arriving and walking around. The hosts kindly let us leave baggage whilst we waited for our flight

- Lisa (10/5): Stylish Charm and an Elevated Experience in Bondi Beach! - This was our favourite property out of 10 that we stayed at this trip, 10/10 Fabulous! The little details, design and comfort were all well thought out and really made a difference in our trip and experience. We chose to cook most meals and go out for coffee (right across the street) and have drinks on the Bondi Beach strip which is a quick walk 10-12 min or bus ride. We picked up groceries, and bbq’d on the deck, they have everything you could need to have a beautiful dinner, wine and visit with your travelling companions. From spices and condiments, to plastic wrap and Tupperware, cards and games, selection of novels and beach reads, beach towels ( no other place had them!) we couldn’t have asked for better. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to! Ideally located on a bus route, with easy access to Bondi, Bronte and Coogee Beaches this quiet and cool apartment offers a taste of the Bondi lifestyle. I felt completely relaxed here and all contact and interactions with the host were responsive and helpful. I also love the door code which was also the only one out of all of our stays that didn’t use keys. The only thing I didn’t like was the child safety lock on the door, I could not get it to work easily and worried about it in case of emergency!

- TZE FAI (10/5): - Overall a very good property in a nice neighbourhood. The noise level at the surf apartment on the second floor esp in the bedroom closer to the street is higher than the other area. Communication with the host is unfulfilling as they have no WhatsApp. Given travellers like us may not have local numbers to make call and emailing may not be as real time, I strongly suggest the host to consider setting up WhatsApp or other instant messaging channel for easy communications.

- Jennifer (10/5): - Very clean, well decorated and stocked apartment! 10 min walk to Bondi beach. It was a great home base for our family of 5 during our 8 day stay in Sydney. Parking on the street can be challenging but we always managed to find a spot eventually. It’s sandwiched between two Shuk cafes, which make breakfast a breeze.

Comfy beds! Decor was lovely. The host was so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing bad to say!

- Phil (9/5): Very comfortable, well located property with great amenties - The property was in a great location, with terrific amenities and very comfortable Unfortunately the guests up stairs had a young child who kept on running up and down the hallway and dropping things. This was very disruptive, noisy and annoying. I suspect better sound insulation is required between the twp apartments.

The wood floors are very noisy coming from upstairs occupants, stomping on and dragging their luggage. We would have enjoyed our stay had it not been the constant noise and lights disruption.

Brian ensured there were amenities like bath products, fragrance mists, cables for your phones etc. We enjoyed spending time in the garden especially since we had a dog during our stay. Great to have a bakery that is a stone throw away. Bondi beach is about 12 mins pleasant walk. The neighbourhood is really nice and safe. Street parking can be slightly inconvenient as you may need to park slighter further away at times. No real issue here :)
