• Tamara (6/5): Necu ponoviti isti smjestaj. - Lokacija je dobra. Blizu Tymi restorana uz bulevar. Peskire ne mijenjaju svaki dan, a u opisu pise da ih imaju. Dobili smo peskire samo za jedan dan i po povratku iz setnje shvatili da ih nema. Obratili se vlasniku, ali tek ujutru je donio 2. Znaci bez svojih peskira ne uzimajte apartman. Posteljina nije sjajna.

• Spela (10/5): Excellent Apartment with a balcony - The apartment had an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square. The building is new, and the apartment itself was very beautiful, bright, and exceptionally clean. We were able to explore all the main attractions on foot. The breakfast was excellent – freshly made egg omelet, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, coffee, water, butter, jam or honey, and freshly baked bread. We especially appreciated their kindness and flexibility, as we had an early check-out on the last day and they adjusted the breakfast for us, which meant a lot. There are bars, restaurants, a café, a pastry shop, and even a currency exchange office nearby. Despite the central location, the area is quiet, so we slept very well at night. The apartment owner was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. I absolutely recommend this apartment and would gladly stay there again. The bed was maybe a little too soft for me personally, but I know some people really like that — it’s just my personal preference. Everything else was 100% excellent.

• usman (1/5): I’m not someone that writes negative reviews, I never want to hurt a small business owner, but this genti guy was weird - The property is in close proximity city central and many attractions. A Nightmare Stay with an Unfriendly Host My stay at this apartment in Albania was nothing short of a disaster. We arrived late, which was met with an extremely weird response from the owner, made it sound like a favor rather than a service. To top it off, we discovered a blood stain on the pillow cover the next morning. When we politely asked for a replacement, the owner accused us of causing the stain and reacted with hostility, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable. This was an unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Genti you absolutely suck 0/10

• JPM31 (6/5): Un logement assez inconfortable dans un emplacement exceptionnel - L'emplacement est le principal avantage de cet appartement, à 100 m du centre-ville, ainsi que le garage en sous-sol pour garer la voiture en sécurité. Cet appartement n'est pas celui que j'ai réservé, mais je m'en suis aperçu trop tard, et il était vraiment moins bien. Il est très sombre, au premier étage coincé entre des immeubles d'une dizaine d'étages, avec seulement une petite fenêtre pour éclairer l'espace de vie (entrée, cuisine, repas, salon) et une fenêtre minuscule de 48 cm dans la chambre (dont nous n'avons jamais réussi à ouvrir le volet électrique). Il est sous-équipé avec, par exemple, seulement 4 assiettes, 1 poêle de 24 cm, 1 seule casserole, 3 verres, aucun plat, etc.

L'immeuble est situé en plein centre, à proximité de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants, mais dans une rue semi-piétonne relativement calme. J'ai apprécié la flexibilité de Genti qui a répondu immédiatement à mes demandes concernant mes horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal et aucun produit d'entretien n'est fourni (j'ai dû acheter du produit vaisselle). La climatisation des voisins est un peu bruyante.

• Eugenio (8/5): Appartamento super confortevole e centrale per un soggiorno speciale. - L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole. E' arredato con gusto ed è molto spazioso e silenzioso, ben accessoriato. E' ubicato in una sorta di enclave tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo è vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse, come piazza Skanderbeg, la fermata dei bus per l'aeroporto, ma anche ristoranti, supermercati, la Chiesa del Sacro Cuore, mercatini all'aperto, bar, caffetterie, pasticcerie, forni con meravigliosi prodotti locali come il byrek. L'edificio è moderno e facilmente accessibile, con ascensore e davvero ben tenuto. Adotterei una politica di "late check out", al limite anche con sovrapprezzo, perché il check out alle 11.00 ricorda più un Hotel e questo invece è un appartamento. Spesso i voli di rientro dall'aeroporto di Tirana sono in orario serale. Un suggerimento da "interior designer", per il gestore che è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile: userei un tappetino di gomma o una pedana nella doccia per renderla più confortevole, essendo già spaziosa e ben accessoriata. Metterei uno spot di lettura con luce morbida in camera da letto. Comunque, la valutazione complessiva è davvero molto soddisfacente. Faleminderit shume.

• Galina (10/5): Great, comfortable stay in Tirana city center! - The apartment was big, comfortable, clean, had A/C units in the living room and bedroom. Also, the washing machine was super convenient and worked great! PIN apartments are located just a 10 minute walk to the main square. Money exchange and ATM nearby. The host was super friendly and answered questions within 1 or 2. Everything was perfect. I would stay here again when back in Tirana. Everything was great.

• Gizem (10/5): - We had a great stay! The apartment was in a very central location, just a short walk from the main square. We felt safe even when coming back at night, and the building itself was secure. The room was clean and comfortable .. the air conditioning worked well, and in the bathroom there was soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was a large bottle of water in the fridge, and an iron was available in the room. Genti was kind and helpful. He gave us some tips on places to visit, showed us where to park (car parking 10 euro per day) and even helped us with our luggage. The bedroom didn’t get much sun light, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, we were okay with the value for the price. Highly recommended!

SPAR (grocery store) was also conveniently located. The AC worked fantastic. Above all it was in a very safe area. Great part of the city. Close to all. Everything was good.

The main square of the city with some touristic points is less than ten minutes away by foot. We didn't need a car to visit the city and the parking place at the building was perfect, as there is no chance to park on the streets.. Supermarket, restaurants and bars all "on the corner". The apartment was clean and had most of everything for a long stay. Genti, the host, was very friendly and gave some nice recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The kitchen is not so well equipped, but if you're not really cooking, it is okay. For frying eggs for breakfast it was enough.
