• Katharina Klehr (4/5): Service gut, Wohnung in einem fürchterlichen Zustand - Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei den auftretenden Problemen mit der Unterkunft sehr gut geholfen. Das Problem ließ sich zwar nicht beheben, aber wir haben zumindest einen großzügige Rückerstattung bekommen. Leider gab es in der Wohnung einen sehr starken Schimmelbefall. Als es regnete, lief das Wasser neben der Eingangstür die Wand runter und überschwemmte den Boden. Die Heizung heizt nur in einem Raum gut, Badezimmer und Klo sind völlig unbeheizbar und sehr kalt. Das Waschbecken in der Küche ist undicht, was das spülen sehr schwer macht. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung in diesem Zustand nicht vermietbar.
• Claudia (8/5): Schöne Wohnung. Gerne wieder. - Schöne helle Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Baustelle im Treppenhaus ist ziemlich abenteuerlich.
• TUGBA AKCA (2/5): Korkunç - Konumdan baska iyi bir tarafı yok. 15-22 Temmuz aralığında konakladik.Bina ağır su hasarı almış ve restorasyon durumunda,dış kısmında iskeleler var ve bu durum fotoğraflarda belirtilmemiş. Merdivenler çok eski ve bakımsız, çocuklarım binaya girer girmez çok korktular, gerçekten ürkütücü bir durumda. Asansör yok, binanın girişinde herhangi bir ışık da yok. Eğer check- in bizim gibi akşam yapacaksanız telefon ışıklarıyla bir yandan valiz taşıyarak bir yandan da korkarak eve girmeniz olası bir durum, asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

• Iaroslav (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy and clean apartment with the good location
• Máté (6/5): Affordable and adequate. - Ease of access, location close to POIs. It was overall clean, and well-equipped. We got almost exactly what was advertised. It seems that the block of flats where the accomodation is suited, suffered heavy water damage, which resulted in significant mold build-up around 2 windows.
• Rocky (5/5): Passable - The building has no elevator, and the room is located on the third floor, accessible by a small semi-spiral staircase that lacks lighting in the evening. The building is dilapidated, and the toilet door does not close properly.
• Nithya (7/5): It was a great stay in Vienna - We liked that it was a spacious apartment and that there were plenty of rooms. Shower temperature and pressure was good. View was also good There was no TV in the room and pillows could be more fluffy
• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment a lot! It is clean, comfortable, with all needed conveniences. You can easily go by walk to several small parks, and Belveder park (only 30 minutes). Spar is near to buy some food, and many kebab cafe. So we liked a lot and can recommend the apartment for family stay!

• Cristian-daniel (7/5): Good - They told us we would make the check in at 15:00 but at that hour they only send a website with a form to fill and after that I will receive the instructions for the keys. I opened the website (sketchy website that i didn't find any info online about) and there I was supposed to give every detail about myself and everyone I was travelling ( every single detail from passport) and a signature. I think you don't need that many details even if you buy the apartment. You need to be careful with them.

• Toshiyuki (2/5): Vintage? But not in a nice way. - Espresso machine The separate toilet room was very small and there was no sink to clean. I'm a 5ft guy and it was tight. Washing machine errors out after 20 minutes in various modes. 45 minute mode worked but left clothes damp. Beds were not as advertised. The soft bedding was soiled and dirty. Only 1 sofa bed was made for 2, where 2 twin bed were chosen. And though the proprietor communicated via booking.com, never showed up in person to address multiple issues. No lighting in the outside entry area.

• Agus (5/5): Passable - The room was nice and okay. The problem were the exterior was dirty and the room on the level 3 and no lift, bring the suitcase up was difficult and troublesome. Clean the exterior and lift to go to 3rd floor.
• Andra (9/5): Great stay - Good Location close to metro (10-12 min) and Lidl Clean and spacious Toilet was separate from the bathroom with no sink but it is a minor inconvenience 🤣
• Margery (3/5): Sleeping facilities were really bad. Old hard couches .would not recommend this place. - 15min walk from main train station No beds....just pull apart couches hard as rocks to sleep on.
