• Anna (10/5): - Дуже сподобався цікавий дизайн, та як все влаштовано) окремо хочу подякувати власникам, які дозволили залишити багаж та піти гуляти містом, поки апартаменти прибирали після попередніх гостей) Дуже приємним було отримати смачний комплімент по заселенню 🙌🏻 Місце розташування чудове, 2 хв до метро. Взагалі у Відні чудові та зручні транспортні розвʼязки. Також хочу відмітити, що для дітей є достатньо іграшок, пазлів, і куточків, тому якщо подорожуєте з дітьми - можна іграшки не брати. Не скажу, що це не сподобалось, але ми жили як за вітриною магазина, це було дивно, але цікаво, дітям особливо сподобалось! Також трохи не вистачало вікон та сонячного світла, за рахунок того що ти живеш «як на виду» вікна сильно не відкриєш. Душ на кухні нас абсолютно не бентежив)

It features a unique and creative design that beautifully reflects the owners’ personal taste and attention to detail. If you are traveling with young children, they will absolutely love it — the apartment has a hidden play corner, and the owners have thoughtfully placed toys in various spots around the house. Our four-year-old son absolutely loved it.
• Ben (9/5): Lovely accommodation with easy access to city centre and Schönbrunn Palace - A lot of thought and effort has gone in to the design of the property, very quirky and well equipped. Located not right in the city centre but a couple of stops on the metro and the station is less than a minute walk. Only a couple of stops in the other direction for Schonbrunn Palace. Well priced by Vienna standards. There is a nice Vietnamese restaurant (Xin Chào) less than a 10 minute walk and a decent pizza/kebab about 2 minutes walk away. Hosts were very responsive. Overall a very nice stay. The outside lock to get the key on arrival is quite stiff.

• Stephanie (10/5): Absolutely charming apartment for cosy and comfortable stay in Vienna - From the moment we walked in we knew this was NOT a generic holiday apartment! Our first impression was of the gorgeous chandelier, arty decor and beautiful spice scent throughout. There is such a clever use of space that it feels bigger than it is, and no amenity is missing. There were loads of provisions, from well equipped kitchen and coffee machine gorgeous quality hand soaps and fresh fluffy towels and heated towel and coat racks. There were puzzles and games for the kids and some fun little secret nooks. The apartment was easy to find and very close to the U-Bahn, and Alexander was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to stay again next time we come to Vienna ☺️ We loved EVERYTHING about our stay!
• Monika (9/5): Bardzo polecam, ale wiosną/latem :) - Bardzo ciekawe miejsce pełne zakamarków i ciekawych zabawek dla dzieci. Wszędzie blisko, obok plac zabaw - latem super opcja. Bardzo miły, kontaktowy właściciel, zgodził się na wydłużenie doby za sensowną dopłatą. Łóżko na antresoli bardzo wygodne i tam było najcieplej, na dole śpi się na rozkładanej kanapie i ja nie narzekam, choć mąż niezbyt wypoczął, pewnie kwestia indywidualna. Miły powitalny poczęstunek i opcja skorzystania z płatnych napojów i przekąsek. Zimno! A lubię kiedy jest chłodno, więc to nie tak że jestem zmarzluchem. Byliśmy zimą i o ile w części sypialnianej było optymalnie, to w kuchni i łazience wręcz mroźno. Maslo zostawione na blacie nawet nie zmiękło 😅 O tyle kiepsko, że prysznic jest… w kuchni. To dość dziwne rozwiązanie, może dla bliskiej rodziny bez większego problemu do przeżycia, ale mój mąż nie mógł wejść do kuchni kiedy jego teściowa brała prysznic :D

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect in every way :) - Mauthaus Schönbrunn is a beautiful apartment, clean, homely and comfortable. Unique and tastefully designed with lots of interesting things to look at, games and books to keep everyone entertained. The children particularly loved it and had a lot of fun. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Close to the train station and trams making it very easy to get into central Vienna. Smooth and easy check in. The hosts are wonderful, we stayed over the Christmas period and they decorated for Christmas and left us little gifts. It was the perfect Christmas break in Vienna. Nothing it was fabulous!

• Emily (10/5): 10/10 recommend and would stay here again! - The location of the apartment is perfect! It is far enough outside the main center that it is quiet at night but is only steps away from both the tram and underground stations to easily get around Vienna. The apartment has an eclectic/quirky feel to it and is very cozy! It is evident that the team at Mauthaus truly love their rental property and hosting guests. Both the gifts upon arrival and the "snack bar" were appreciated and added a nice touch that you don't often see. Communication with the hosts was great from start to finish and the check-in process was very easy. Lastly, the parking down the street is a short walk and the assistance from the hosts in finding cheaper multi-day parking was very appreciated! The only note I have is that the loft sleeping area has a lower ceiling. Not a negative for us as we were only up there when going to bed, but I at 5'7 was able to stand fully with about an inch or two of space above my head whereas my husband who is 6'3 had to lean over a bit. Again, not a negative attribute but something to be aware of when booking!

Babával voltunk, és mivel az egyik háló a nappalival a másik a konyhával van összeköttetésben így altatás után csendben kellett lenni. A szél nagyon behordta a leveleket a nappaliba ajtónyitáskor.

Plus, the location is perfect as it's only a few minutes walk to the underground and a playground. The treats on the kitchen table we're a lovely touch and the communication from the hosts was great throughout the entire stay. Nothing!

There were 'secret rooms', toys and snacks to enjoy and the location was excellent - right beside a park and playground and the U station. We had a lovely time and staying here really contributed to our good time in Vienna.

• Karin (10/5): Großartige Wohnung, super Lage, 100 % Weiterempfehlung - Wir sind 3 Freundinnen und alle waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Eine eindeutigere Bewertung mit 10 gibt es nicht. Schlüsselübernahme funktioniert perfekt. Der Vermieter beantwortet alle Fragen schnell und gut verständlich. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Kaffee und Tee stehen zur Verfügung und zur Begrüßung gibt es einige Gratisgetränke. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Schlafbereiche, einen kann man mit Schiebetüren abtrennen und ein anderer ist oben und hier gibt es Vorhänge. Der obere Raum ist etwas niedrig. Das macht aber nichts, wir haben unsere kleinste Freundin dort übernachten lassen und man ist ja sowieso nur zum Schlafen oben. Kinder fühlen sich in dieser Wohnung sicher auch sehr wohl. Es sind viele Spiele vorhanden und es gibt unten und oben kleine Räume zwischen den Fenstern, die ebenfalls sehr gemütlich ausgestattet sind (sieht man auf den Fotos, die in booking veröffentlicht sind, das gefällt sicher besonders den Kindern). Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Wenige Minuten zur Haltestelle der U4, mit der man in kurzer Zeit in die Innenstadt gelangt.

• Michael (9/5): - Very clean, a decent location, if in a slightly shabby neighbourhood, great communication, easy access and loads of books, info and games. A very short walk to the metro getting you into the centre and to Schönbrunn pretty quickly. Just a couple of minor points: the main bedroom in the mezzanine has a low ceiling and quite a squishy bed (personal preference). The toilet and sink are very close meaning it’s a bit of a squeeze.

Così le mie figlie hanno definito il sorprendente appartamento che ci ha accolto nel nostro breve soggiorno a Vienna.Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla cordialità e gentilezza di Alexander, sempre pronto a rispondere via whatsapp, alla posizione, comodissima per la metro (tre fermate al Centro e tre verso Shonbrunn), per la vicinanza a supermercato (Billa), panetteria (Backerei Aroma), a ristoranti adatti per cenare. Ma soprattutto ci è piaciuto un appartamento curato con gusto e fantasia, contante soluzioni ingegnose e reale attenzione per l'ospite (drink di benvenuto, caffè buonissimo a disposizione, asciugamani e accappatoi di ottima qualità, un vero asciugacapelli con diffusore, libri, giochi, riviste, attrezzatura da cucina...insomma non una casa "finta", ma un appartamento in cui sentirsi come a casa. Tutto ok

The bathroom was inside the kitchen, literally. We had the shower inside the kitchen! And for the ones staying in the mezzanine, going to the bathroom during the night was crossing the room below. Very uncomfortable. There was garbage under the bed.

He also advised us of a free musical event on the evening of our arrival. Apartment was clean and cozy with welcoming snacks. Very close to public transport and a supermarket. We did not open the windows in the bedroom, and was not bothered by the traffic. There is an aircon which is quiet. Note that there are stairs up to the bedroom, but it was not a problem. Nice coffee machine. Good shower. The ceiling of the bedroom is quite low (about 1.75m), might be uncomfortable for tall guests.

However there is still room for improvement: when I first entered the apartment, I saw a few ants on the floor and the table in the living room. But it does not matter to me.

The owners are very friendly and got in touch via WhatsApp. Honesty box for snacks and drinks (and some freebies!). Great bean to cup coffee machine. Loved the seating area in the window, and the kids cubby. 2 supermarkets nearby. 2 great parks for the kids to play (one at each end of the road). Just walk through the park and you are at the underground station, then a few stops to central Vienna. Don't hesitate to book. Difficult to think of anything bad. If you have young children there are stairs up to the balconette, not sure if there is a stair gate available (wasn't an issue for us).

• Raoul (8/5): A clean and nicely decorated apartment close to the center of Vienna. A wonderful getaway for two. - I liked the apatment. It was clean and nicely decorated. Someone obviously put in a lot of thought and energy. The apartment had a comfortable feeling. I especially liked the little table by the window. The location close to the train station and parking garage was nice. The apartment is advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, but it is a one bed loft apatment with two sleeper sofas. There is no privacy for any of the beds. The ceiling in the loft is so low that we could not stand up. The shower is in the hallway by the kitchen. The main bed was way too soft and the other two beds had no matresses, just the sleeper sofas with toppers. There was only a small table for two, so we could not eat together as a family. The description does not represent what we actually got at the apartment. Not so nice to be located right next to a sex shop - especially with children.

• Adam (8/5): Wonderful apartment, super close to transporation to take you anywhere in Vienna! - The apartment was right off the street and just a couple-minute walk from both the U and S-bahn. The bed upstairs in the loft was super comfortable and there was a full kitchen there to use if you're so inclined. The parking garage down the street was also close, secure, and cheap. Being where it is, there was a decent amount of noise that came in from the street and from adjacent walls. On one of our two nights there, someone must have been having a party nearby and the bassline from their music goes straight through everything. It woke me up a few times. I suppose the same thing could happen at a normal hotel but it seems less likely. The shower situation is also little ... different as it's in the kitchen. There's a curtain and a door that you can use to try and separate the two areas and maybe this isnt a problem for everyone but it creates some issues when traveling as a family.

• Do_nl (10/5): Great location in Vienna! - Cosy decorated appartment at great location. The height of the master bedroom (tall people cannot stand upright). The position of the double bed (one side against the wall). Maybe invest in more comfortable pillows 😉
• Octavian (10/5): Great apartment for a couple or family, excellent connection to Vienna center - Excellent little apartment very close to the Margarethengürtel U-bahn station and to a very affordable underground public parking (6eur/day). Well equipped with everything necessary and charmingly decorated. Excellent bed. Good, quiet air conditioning (a must in the summer). Child and pet friendly (games, toys etc.). We will happily return here on our trips to Vienna. Only small complaint is that the pillows were rather soft.
• Danielle (10/5): Wonderful stay in Vienna at Mauthaus Schonbrunn! - The apartment was in a convenient location, close to public transport to easily get to city attractions. The apartment was nicely uniquely decorated with comfy beds. My daughter especially enjoyed the window nook and the small pool table. The kitchen was full of amenities especially a wonderful espresso machine that we used quite a bit! We enjoyed everything

• Michelle (10/5): Best place to stay! - The hosts are super nice and attentive. They made sure that we have a comfortable stay. The place is very quaint and pretty. It is very accessible as train is literally a few steps away. Highly recommended!

Elegant as Vienna - the apartment is lovely , super nice decorated and super central. there are restaurants not so far and if you have a dog there is a small park just behind with a dog area which is super useful . you can park the car in the private parking nearby . price are reasonable. the owners are available and provide directly a feedback. strongly suggested if you search a stylish apartment not so far from the city center . it was all perfect nothing negative to add here .
