• Susanne (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, hell und gut ausgestattet. U- und S- Bahn sind gut erreichbar. Laden sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bäcker. Auch um Essen zu gehen, muss man nicht zwingend in S- oder U-Bahn steigen. Als wir ein Problem mit dem Abfluss im Bad hatten, würde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Sehr unkompliziert. Schön war für uns, dass ein Vollautomat da und das Bohnenfach gefüllt war. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es könnte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen nach Rauch, was unangenehm war. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht gut, die Wäsche war pitschnass und das trotz nochmaligem Abpumpen und Schleudern

• Markus (7/5): Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt mit 3 Personen gut. - Das Appartment ist wie Online beschrieben und ist gut ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz eingebunden. Mit den beiden separaten Schlafzimmern gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit der Familie oder Freunden geeignet. Nette Mappe mit Basisinformationen zu Wien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist Zweckmässig, aber relativ spartanisch (z.B. eine Schere oder ein Stopfen für das Waschbecken wäre hilfreich). Da die Wohnung im EG direkt an der Straße liegt gibt es einen gewissen Verkehrslärm. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört, da dieser Nachts dann nachlässt. Für empfindliche Personen kann das aber ein Nachteil darstellen.

• Stefanie (7/5): Gute Lage und Schnitt der Wohnung waren schon toll, aber die Realität war eine schmuddelige Küche und ein eiskaltes Dusc - Schnitt der Wohnung, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Bett im oberen Bereich, Platz und Stauraum. Äußerst dreckige Küche, z.B. Besteck, Geschirr, Schrankfächer, Schublade unter dem Herd. Wasserkocher. Optimierungsvorschläge für Küchenausstattung: 2 kleine Töpfe, 1-2 Schneidebretter, Schere, ordentliche Messer, 1-2 Geschirrhandtücher mehr, Topflappen. Mülleimer für die Mülltrennung. Vielleicht auch noch größere Schüsseln. Dreckige Fernbedienungen und dreckige Kommode bei der Couch (seitlich). Frische Matratzen wären auch super. Auch das Geländer im oberen Bereich müsste mal abgewischt werden. Ganz schlimm war leider die Temperatur der Dusche. Entweder sehr heiß, meist aber sehr kalt.
• Jan (9/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, weil die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ebenso bemerkenswert ist wie die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der wunderschönen Bezirke rund um die Innere Stadt. Das Appartement ist eine sehr gelungene Mischung aus Großzügigkeit und Heimeligkeit, ein tolles Basecamp für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge durch Wien, in das man abends wirklich "heimkommt". Außerdem gefällt die außergewöhnlich gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einiges erscheint doch ein wenig klapprig, für den Kaffeeautomaten hätte man sich eine Bedienungsanleitung gewünscht. Einziges gravierendes Manko: Die fehlende Möglichkeit, die Wohnung nachts angemessen abzudunkeln.

• Iris (9/5): Super, wir haben uns gefreut mit Hund und Auto eine so tolle Wohnung in Wien zu bekommen! - Toll geschnittene Wohnung, schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in den anliegenden Straßen, sehr gute Anbindung mit U Bahn und Tram. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Einfacher Check-in. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein wenn man selber kochen möchte (Töpfe/Kochzubehör). Geschirr etc ist ausreichend vorhanden, auch Elektrogeräte. Durch die gute Lage was öffentliche Verkehrsmittel betrifft ist der Verkehr zu hören. Aber das ist die Lage wert 👍
• Gärtler (1/5): Turbulent - Es war eigentlich eine sehr schöne Location/ Unterkunft aber leider schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sehr Renovierungs bedürftig die Gas Therme hat komische Geräusche gemacht und es ging kein warm Wasser Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr schnell und freundlich hat uns sofort ein neues Apartment angeboten aber leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen darum mussten wir stornieren und ein anderes Apartment suchen die Rückzahlung hat aber super funktioniert :)

• Gregor (7/5): wäre toll, wenn es nicht so laut wäre - Lage war gut, in U-Bahn-Nähe große Zimmer große Betten Matratzen waren durchgelegen und unbequem Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße im Erdgeschoss, dadurch sehr laut. Man hört und versteht, worüber sich vorbeigehende Passanten unterhalten. Ohropax werden empfohlen

• Sophie (7/5): - Sehr große, geräumige Wohnung mit großer Küche, großem Bad und bequemen Bett. Sehr hell und für uns optimale Lage. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Leider haben die Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Für warmes Wasser musste man rechtzeitig vorher den Warmwasserboiler anstellen. Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig, was durchaus nervig war beim Duschen.

Gläser nicht komplett, Besteck dreckig mussten wir selber sauber machen, Gläser nicht gewaschen waren Spülmittelreste drinnen, nicht gesaugt unter den Tischen, Bett extrem hart, sofa riecht muffig, unsauber und unhygiemisch, viel zu hart um gemütlich zu sitzen....
• Karolina (8/5): Perfekte Lage - sehr schöne Wohnung - Die Lage ist super - die U-Bahnstation, Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind sehr nah und alles ist schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Zur Sicherheit sollte man jedoch ein paar Spülmaschinentabs, etwas Waschmittel sowie Kaffeebohnen für den Vollautomaten selbst mitbringen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei und die Unterstützung von Carina war großartig. Wir haben selbst gekocht und fanden die Küchenausstattung mit nur einem Topf, keiner Salatschüssel und nur einem Geschirrtuch leider etwas unzureichend.

• Annika (3/5): Sehr enttäuschend! Wir fühlen uns betrogen - Sie war zentral gelegen, der Holzboden war schön. Der Whirpool der Badewannee war kaputt, dadurch ist das Wasser abgeflossen (Löcher statt Düsen in der Wanne), Zuwenig warmes Wasser, durchgesessenes Sofa, auf das eingekrachte Lattenrost im Bett wurde nur ein viel zu kleines gelegt, sodass man immer in die Kuhle rollt, in beiden Betten völlig durchgelegene Matratzen, kaputte Laken. Die Handtücher haben stark nach Rauch gerochen. Das Geländer war locker (Gefahr für Kinder), Schlechte Küchenausstattung. Zudem sehr laut auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Es gibt keinen Besen, keinen Staubsauger. Die Wohnung war staubig, unter Regal, Treppe, Bett, Teppich enorm viel Dreck. Es wurde zwar stets mit Entschuldigungen auf meine Nachrichten reagiert, aber außer ein Satz nicht stinkende Handtücher ist nichts passiert. Wir haben auch nicht - wie die Dame es angesprochen hatte - eine Entschädigung erhalten.

• Sila (7/5): - sehr gute Lage, schöne Wohnung und guter Preis. nur die Dusche war nicht ganz sauber und also der Duschkopf und das Geschirr die Bettwäsche roch bisschen rauchig. Man konnte nicht ganz entziffern wie der Fernseher geht.

• Rosa Maria (8/5): Geräumiges Appartement - In einem alten Gebäude modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage und guter Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Die Schlüsselübernahme ist sehr unkompliziert, die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Für die Benutzung des Fernsehers benötigt es einen Code (hat trotzdem leider nicht funktioniert), das Erdgeschoss Appartement liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, daher ist es recht laut.
• Claus (4/5): Würden dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage war gut. ÖNV war sehr gut erreichbar. Dauerhafter Straßenlärm am Tag und in der Nacht. Oropax ist zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist sehr mangelhaft ausgestattet. Lattenroste in den Betten sind defekt.

• Rosanna (7/5): Ruim appartement aan drukke doorgaande weg op loopafstand van binnenstad - Het was een ideale locatie, ong 25 min lopen naar het centrum. Het was erg ruim en schoon en ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren voldoende handdoeken. We hoorden veel lawaai van het verkeer of van de mensen op straat als we op bed lagen, dat was erg gehorig. Het was jammer dat de badkamer geen afzuiging heeft waardoor je niet gelijk gebruik kan maken van de spiegel na het douchen. Het was dan ook wel 35gr toen we er waren dus dan blijft de warmte extra hangen.

• SusannaS. (7/5): Kurzaufenthalt in Wien - Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, alles war ziemlich sauber (sieht man mal von den Ecken ab) und der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben und hatten genug Platz. Zwar ist das Apartment im Erdgeschoss, aber durch die blickdichten Rollos und der Milchglas-Folie hat keiner reingesehen. Parkplätze waren rundherum verfügbar, natürlich aber in einer Zone. Anders habe ich es in Wien aber auch nicht erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr, sehr laut. Nicht nur, dass man alles im Haus hört - der Straßenlärm ist enorm und das bis tief in die Nacht hinein. Ich empfehle allem, die einen leichten Schlaf haben, unbedingt Ohropax einzupacken. Die dämpfen alles ein bisschen, auch wenn sie den Lärm nicht ganz auslöschen können. Es fehlen Haken, um Jacken und Handtücher aufzuhängen. Vielleicht könnte man da in den Vorraum etwas stellen - der Platz wäre da.

• Jason (8/5): Good value for money and great location with convenient tram and metro links. - Clean, spacious and comfortable A bit noisy due to emergency works on the building. Could leave washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs so we could clean the plates/cutlery.

Facilities require a little attention, but feedback has been passed on. - Very spacious, excellent location in 8th district across from a very good bakery and the post office. 10 mins walk to bars, cafes, shops and tram stops in 8th district. It is on the ground floor, so you will hear people talking loud or traffic when you are sleeping. If you‘re used to city life, this may not bother you. If you‘re a light sleeper, wear ear plugs. I got used to it after the first night. Also, one of the rooms lets in a lot of light from the outside, so it‘s not pitch black when you sleep. The letting agent said they would look into having the blinds fixed.

• Curtis (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious. It was close to transit. There were plenty of options for eating out nearby as well as a grocery store so we could stock the fridge. We did have to buy some essentials like toilet paper. The drains in the bathroom were very slow and the shower in particular made a mess.

• Joana (4/5): Disappointing - It was spacious and clean. Location was good and close to transportation. Coffee in the apartament was good. Bed and pillow didnt allow me to rest. Felt like I was in a ramp. Duvet was too hot but without it it was cold. Toilet and sink were apart in different rooms, you couldnt wash your hands right away, and that was terrible. Shower temperature was not hot. Im glad it was only 2 nights I had to stay there.
• Carina (8/5): Playful, Light & Bright flat in Vienna - The layout of the bedrooms to the lounge. The huge amount of natural light. The loft solution conversion. The shower being separate from the WC, which is great when sharing. Ratio of living to sleeping space. The underfloor heating. We loved the apartment! Spacious and airy. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The staff were helpful & answered quickly once asked a question or when we solicited help. The leaking shower tray, the very loud heating system, the broken window blinds on a window. We both felt that there was a general lack of information regarding the running of the flat. From the fact that the keylock is located on the outside wall at the given flat address on the reservation, but that the actual apartment is located around the corner, on a different street & number about 50 m further down ( very confusing!). There was no information regarding the use of the heating system ( underfloor heating/ hot water) or how to use the automatic blinds & coffee machine. All these are great features. No-one came to meet us (fine) and we figured it all out...it would be helpful to not have to wonder which flat the key was for & to have to try the key ( once we found it) at the venue... WE WERE NOT SURE what to do regarding the key upon leaving the property...Where to leave the key etc. All confusing when it's the first time. And in our case, having a very early start in the dark. As a client I had to ask for instructions which could easily have been provided in advance or at the flat in writing. Maybe a little booklet or info sheet?

• Malgorzata (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and light. Great beds. Well equipped kitchen with a good coffeemaker. It seems to be newly renovated and it’s missing a few details such as coat hangers, towel rack and bedstands.
• Zaidissa (8/5): Clean, well furnished but .. - The apartment was clean, well furnished. Everything was there except Microwave what I actually needed more than an oven or washinachine. I did not test the Tv, Internet and the Coffee Machine. The Apartment was central, that was really good. But the windows were not good enough to block the noises from the outside. Not unusual to hear people shouting outside especially at the weekend when people stay late in the streets.

• Diego (9/5): Very cozy apartment in a super nice neighborhood. - The apartment was very spacious and comfy. In general everything was nice but the bed could have been better.
• Valentin (9/5): Gorgeous appartment, great host and perfect location to visit. - Communication with the host was very good. The appartment is gorgeous and has a lot of comfort. Location is top notch and very easy to get in. Isolation from the street is not very good, although I could understand it is hard to achieve. The boiler had to be reset twice but worked in the end.

• Stephanie (9/5): Superb - Great location and everything we needed for our family. We had a few mishaps when we stayed but the staff were fast to respond and resolve the issues. Bathroom was a little awkward in the unit we stayed- the shower stall could not be used (water sprayed everywhere and near power outlet). Luckily bathroom had a full tub with shower head so nothing was lost.

• Byron (6/5): A fair apartment, well located but a little run down, lacking a few amenities. - Good location, near the Alser Strasse U Station. Close to stores, restaurants. Contactless check in using lockbox works well and is convenient. The pictures are actually 2 different apartments, so some of them don't apply to whichever apartment you get. Kitchen accessories were rather sparse and there was no microwave. Large walk-in shower is nice but didn't drain well resulting in water buildup and flowing out into other areas. No place to put your soap when in the shower - it would be nice to have a small shelf there. In the apartment I got the ONLY bed was up a narrow spiral stairway in a sort of loft - difficult to climb if you are not young or in excellent shape. The chaise lounge in the living area was quite small and not comfortable.
