• Jiří (6/5): Good enough I guess - The house with apartment looked nice from the outside, the beds were clean and we had coffee capsules prepared as welcoming gift. Our room in first floor that was cold at night even with the radiator turned on max. The floors were cold as well. Also there was a weird smell, like something musty.

Міні-кухня, достатньо укомплектована для 2 осіб ( холодильник, мікрохвильова, посуд, електрочайник). Зручне ліжко. Наявні пару поличок для одягу, але зовсім недостатньо, щоб зручно розмістити речі. Також відсутня сушка для речей та крючки у ванній кімнаті. Відсутня праска для одягу.

Swietny stosunek jakości do ceny W pokoju nr 2 widok na śmietnik i ścianę nam to nie przeszkadzało bo byliśmy tylko na jedna noc i głównie zwiedzaliśmy ale gdyby komuś zależało na widoku to to nie jest apartament dla niego

• Carolina (8/5): - Boa localização, espaço moderno e confortável. Água do chuveiro vazava para fora, havia algumas formigas perto do sofá-cama e o aquecimento não era muito grande.

• Patrick (5/5): Decent, quaint little place to stay a night. - It was an ok price and close to my purpose of visiting for the day. Heat did not work. Shower was a little dirty. Bed was pretty stiff. I was located in the first room, right next to the entry way so sleeping was difficult as any time the door opened it would slam shut waking me, and the walls are thin so I heard every conversation as people passed by.

• Uğur (8/5): AMAZING LOCATION FOR A AMAZING PRICE - Location was really good. Its 30 minutes walk from city center. We did not have any problems about cleanliness. Furnitures were new and fine . There is smart TV in this place . We did not like the design of the bathroom because It was difficult to get into the shower cabin.

• Júlia Katalin (10/5): Thiny little palce with good access to every important spots of Vienna - Everything! The location, the rooms of the apartment, the facilities. It was a minimal style apartment, but we found everything we needed! If I need to say something, then I missed the drapes in the bedroom, but it absolutely did not reduce my overall opinion about the apartment.

• Gaby Garridor (8/5): Pongan cortinas oscuras por favor - La cama es comoda Que la habitacion no tiene cortinas oscuras y en la mañana un señor se paró desde la calle a mirar hacia adentro y claro, me vió desnuda. El chefk out es a las 11:00 y a las 10:20 mientras estaba en el baño la encsrgada de la limpieza abrio la puerta de la habitacion. No entiendo como no revisan que la llave aun no esta en el casillero por lo tanto, no se ha hecho el check out.

As we were there after a renovation there were some things we missed in the kitchen (such as things for dishwashing, kitchentowels, trasy bin). but i am sure they will ad these. Also maybe to have somewhere access to Wi-Fi written will be fine ;).

La verdad que me sorprendió gratamente, iba con expectativas muy bajas por las malas reseñas que había leído, pero estaba todo reformado y muy limpio. Ojalá los huéspedes lo cuiden también No tenía cortinas más oscuras que cubran de la luz

• sedghi (1/5): - Our booking was changed and charged to a different place without being asked. When we arrived and went to the room they had changed us to, it was very dirty and unacceptable. We were notified of the change right before we got there and were told it was an "upgrade." Some upgrade! This could not have been farther from the truth! When I asked the guy that checked us in why the change was made , he said the one we had booked was under construction! With that said, there is no way this was a sudden decision and the company would have known about this long before our dates! But the company choose to lie to us and tell us the original just "was not available" and we were being "upgraded" at no extra charge! They should have let us know of the change way before we arrived(we booked in August) and given us the option to make our own decision. The apartment they gave us, had 1 room and basically a closet with 2 beds in it. The whole place was dirty and smelled awful and the bathroom had a very strong odor of urine!!! IT WAS NAUSEATING! I felt like I was gone throwup! There was no way we could stay there one night without being totally grossed out! The receptionist tried to talk us into another. He showed us 3 others, that were all the same. One had a floor that felt like it was trying to collapse when you walked on it and another had a sort of hardwood floor that had chunks missing out of it all over! We wanted a kitchen available . The so called kitchen were basically a tiny cabinet , with I think a small dirty sink and some sort of microwave. The whole expierence was very disappointing to deal with late at night after a long trip from Prague that day. Fortunately since its a slower season we were lucky enough to find somewhere, but it was much further from family that we were trying to stay close to! We also had to pay an extra uber bill we had not planned on! All of it above

• Maria Isabel (9/5): Muy bueno. - En el último momento nos cambiaron a otro hotel: Suite hotel 200m zum Prater. Con lo cual no sé cómo era Pensión 700m zum Ring. Pero el segundo estaba muy bien, un poco lejos del centro, pero tiene muy buena conexión , a tres minutos se toma el tranvía número 1. que te acerca al centro en 15 minutos.. Muy limpio y acogedor. El personal súper simpático.

• Lucía (5/5): Aceptable - El personal fue muy amable, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. Nos recolocaron en otro hotel, supuestamente mejor (Suite Hotel). La realidad es que el hotel estaba en un edificio muy antiguo, el mobiliario, el baño y la cocina eran de hace mil años.

• Berardo (1/5): Un horror de apartamento SUPER CUTRE!! - El apartamento era lo más cutre que he visto en mi vida, no había apenas utensilios de cocina, 2 cucharas, 1 tenedor, no había microondas,ni tostador, la cocina no funcionaba ningún fuego, ni tampoco la campana, había una placa eléctrica por todo fuego, no horno, un desastre completo, no había ni perchas ni barra para colgar nada en el armario, un horror de apartamento, ni un cajón, el baño también un horror, excepto la ubicación tooodo mal, nunca he estado en un sitio tan malo, un segundo piso sin ascensor, fatal, fatal, fatal TOOOOODO!
• Sara (4/5): Unschlagbare Lage aber schlechte Hygiene - Die Lage zum Ring war super! Alles war für uns fußläufig zu erreichen. Um die Ecke sind sehr leckere Restaurants. In Zimmer 1 gab es kein WLAN Empfang und in der vom Bad separaten Toilette war es so feucht, dass sich dort schwarzer Schimmel gebildet hat.

• Brigitte (6/5): Gute Lage, aber Renovierung nötig! - Die zentrale Lage, die Infrastruktur super mit guter Öffi Anbindung. Zimmer großzügig, Bett in Ordnung. Küche vorhanden, sehr heißes Wasser, komplett eingerichtet, wurde täglich gereinigt. In altem Haus, abgewohnt, Möbel tw beschädigt, alt, wackelige Stühle, von 4 Heizkörpern haben 2 funktioniert. Nachtlampe defekt. Wurde nicht repariert trotz Meldung. Fenster schwer zu schließen, an Vorhängen zum Verdunkeln gespart, man konnte sich schwer vor Einblicken von außen schützen. Für diese Ausstattung stolzer Preis.

Several things were not okay: _ the hairdryer didn’t work and smelled terrible. _there were spiders in the room and trash left in the drawers. _The entire apartment smelled strongly of smoke — even the towels. Overall, the place was in an unacceptable and disgusting condition.
• Bernd (5/5): Glück muss man haben und Zukunftsoptimismus - Lage, Lage, Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse sehr nahe dem pulsierenden Leben. Zum Glück war der Roomservice da, sonst wäre die Bewertung anders ausgefallen. Schlüssel vertauscht (kann passieren), die versprochene WLAN Anbindung kam nie zustande. Am Abreisetag kam der E-Installateur um jedes Appartement mit einem neuen Zugang auszustatten.

• Silvia (4/5): Für mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort hätte ich gerne auf Bettenmachen und Handtuch-Wechsel verzichtet. - Die Lage ist top. Ruhige Seitenstraße in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Uni-Campus. Zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen mit jeweils mehreren Linien in unmittelbarer Nähe, reichlich 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn, Rathaus/Hofburg auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Wasserkocher und ein bisschen Geschirr. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Flecken in der Bettwäsche, Staub und Krümel unterm Bett, Schreibtisch nicht abgewischt. Das Mobiliar ist ziemlich herunter gekommen. Das Fenster war gekippt und ließ sich weder öffnen noch schließen. Trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption passierte innerhalb einer Woche nichts. Im Bad stand eine nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine im Weg. Das angegebene WLAN existierte nicht.

• Malfetta (2/5): Non prenotate qui - È una zona silenziosa, rimettono la carta igienica ogni giorno È stato tutto spiacevole: ragnatele ad ogni angolo, finestra della camera rotta, phon rotto, polvere o ovunque, asciugamani con vecchie macchie, letti che cigolavano, porta del bagno che si chiudeva male, armadio solo in una camera e rotto, la WI FI NON FUNZIONA. Ho contattato il proprietario per dirgli della WiFi e mi ha risposto che aveva dei problemi e che sarebbe tornata finzionante il giorno dopo ...... NON È STATO COSI, NON HA MAI FUNZIONATO. PER NON PARLARE DELLA FINESTRA DELLA CAMERA CHE NON SI APRIVA (una stanza piccola in due da morire soffocati con tutta la polvere che c'era). Ho scritto subito al proprietario che ha mandato un tecnico che l ha aperta e in quel modo è rimasta, senza averla riparata. HO PAGATO PER DEI SERVIZI (wifi,phon,finestre) CHE NON HO POTUTO UTILIZZARE. Ps. Ho comprato un disinfettante e pulire lo schifo che vedete nelle foto. Divertitevi con le foto

• Rodion (10/5): Definitely worth it! - The property is located within a five minutes walk from the Schottentor, but the place is very quiet. The building itself is charmingly old, but the facilities are modern and convenient. The key pickup was very quick and simple. The apartment feels homely, especially lovely small kitchen, which all the things necessary for cooking. Our room had big desk in front of the window, which is very convenient if you are a writer or work remotely. The bathroom is bigger than in photos and the water pressure is good. The place and surrounding area is very soothing and inspiring and it’s a perfect place to stay for a couple of days with your loved ones and to explore the city as well.
