• Tridib (9/5): Mostly perfect - The space, the amenities, in general it was a great stay Just 1 tiny issue, i would have really really really wished there were at least 1 or 2 laundry pods provided with the laundry machine. Like every grocery sells so many laundry pods together, and for most stays you will probably only use the laundry once or twice. Therefore, buying laundry pods just becomes really wasteful and I dont like that.

Que tiene poca vajilla, poca cubertería y pocos vasos. Eché en falta algo de sal, azúcar. Es curioso que tenga lavavajillas, pero sin embargo no te dejan un poco de jabón para poder usarlo.

• anna (7/5): Casa a Vienna in posizione centrale. - La posizione abbastanza centrale. I letti erano molto comodi. La casa era dotata di molti comfort. Il bagno ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La doccia ha l'anta rotta ed è stata messa una tenda scomoda che deve essere lavata. Lo scaldasalviette è arrugginito nella parte bassa. In tutta Vienna è molto difficile trovare parcheggio per l'automobile ed in quella zona ci sono parcheggi solo per i residenti. Sarebbe utile che l'host indicasse dei luoghi dove lasciare la propria macchina. A me non ha risposto.

• Alessandro (8/5): Vienna in coppia - Appartamento pulito e confortevole, camera molto spaziosa e bagno pulito e funzionale. Situato lontano dal centro. Se pur vicino alle fermate del tram, occorre minimo 30 minuti per raggiungere le attrazioni.

Y que la ubicación está un poco retirada del transporte (tram) pues el metro no llegaba hasta allí o no lo vimos. Y falta de cubiertos. No había sofá como se ve en las fotos.

• Nadiya (5/5): It is a good place to stay. I would recommend it if the management improves the mentioned above - Location is convenient. The appartment is light and warm. The kitchen is decently equipped. It is a quiet place with a lovely balcony. Foldable sofa is a plus. My request for a mailbox key was addressed immediately and I appreciate it. Cleaning. The master bed has a poor matress, which consitsts of two parts. You end up in the hole in between the two of them in the morning. The foldable sofa in the kitchen is good. The kitchen vent above the stove is so dirty it barely does it's work. The shower glass door is leaking in the bottom left corner, so you end up soaking up the water from the floor after each shower. The general cleaning quality is not good at all and should be improved. The appartment has everything to be a great place, it is well equipped and located, but needs proper maintenance/cleaning quality control.

• Stephan (7/5): Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung! - Großzügige Wohnung, Innenhoflage, Altbau, Lift, Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden (Parkgebühr lt. Stadt), gute Fenster, Klimaanlgae, Heizung, Thermostate selbst regelbar, ausreichend Handtücher, gutes Internet. Kein Duschgel bzw. Shampoo im Bad, das bin ich sonst gewohnt, es hätte sauberer sein können, ordentlich Lärm im Haus, vor allem in der Wohnung drüber, wenn man also früh (22:00) schlafen gehen will, fast unmöglich. Leider schon etwas abgewohnt, was aber bei diesen Wohnungen eher üblich ist, da die Gäste wohl wenig achtsam sind.

• Evana (1/5): - Property was nice We booked this apartment for 5 nights, but unfortunately had to leave after only 1 night due to an unexpected family emergency. We informed the host the next morning at 9 AM. We understand that the booking was non-refundable and were not expecting a full refund. However, considering the circumstances and the fact that we only stayed one night, we hoped for at least some kind of gesture or partial consideration. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility or willingness to help at all, which was disappointing. Situations like this are outside a guest’s control, and a small gesture would have been greatly appreciated. Because of this experience, the stay left a negative impression despite the short time we were there.

• Candalf (10/5): Buena zona, cómodo y bien comunicado. - La ubicación está muy bien si no se está buscando alojarse justo en el centro. Es un barrio residencial lleno de vida, con un montón de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Está muy bien comunicado con el centro con la línea 43 de S-Bahn, enlazando en Alser Straße con el U-Bahn o en Schottentor con un montón de líneas diferentes. Si se quiere fiesta, está a unos 20 minutos a pie de una de las zonas de marcha de Viena, el Gürtel. Es fácil aparcar en la calle, pero por la semana es de pago (findes gratis). El edificio es antiguo, pero reformado y actualizado, con ascensor. Yo viví en Viena, en el mismo barrio, y en uno exactamente igual, pero sin reformar; la diferencia es abismal. La recogida de llaves se hace directamente dentro del edificio, en unas taquillas que funcionan con código (similar a los lockers de Amazon). El apartamento es bastante amplio y cómodo. Calefacción con termostato y, a mayores, un aire acondicionado con función de calefacción también. En la entrada del apartamento está la cocina-comedor. La cocina tiene lo básico (vitro, microondas, fregadero y los enseres necesarios) y una mesa cuadrada con 3 sillas. El baño es bastante grande y, particularmente, me pareció muy cómodo de usar porque la pileta está encastrada en una superficie grande que más bien parece una encimera. La ducha está a ras de suelo, y tiene un espejo. Parece una chorrada, pero el combo ducha-afeitado ahorra tiempo. La lavadora está en el cuarto de baño también; eso sí, sin pods ni detergente. Había secador de pelo también. En cuanto a la habitación, me pareció muy grande y cómoda. Tiene un armario y la cama era muy amplia y confortable. En la habitación también había un tendal, una tabla de planchar, y una plancha (dentro del armario). Poco más se puede pedir. Podría haber unos pods para la lavadora. Aparte, la lavadora hacía un ruido terrible en algunas fases del lavado. Pero bueno, a la mayoría de los que pernocten aquí no les afectará.

• Leslie (9/5): Overall a good experience - The location is perfect. The apartment is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the apartment had two toilets which was very convenient. There wasn't a hob although there was a microwave and separate grill. The shower didn't drain very well which meant that we could only take a short shower otherwise it would overflow.

• ALEKSEI (9/5): Convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you are focusing on Hernals district of Vienna - Quiet and convenient (for us!) location, cleanliness, comfort. It was actually perfect for our purposes. Going to book it again when we are in Hernals district of Vienna. I think it's perfect for 2 people, but 3 is definitely possible, too. I like everything, just two things in my wish list: a chopping board (easy to arrange) and a microwave (harder to arrange).

• Angelica (8/5): - Modern Airbnb, clean enough and complete with everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. We would occasionally hear people outside the door but this is because the room was on the ground floor right beside the lift but this wasn’t a problem for us. Location far from city center (35/40max mins). The shower was cloged so it would always flood out of the shower door, everything else worked perfectly!

• Stepan (7/5): Viena espectacular en navidades - La ubicación estaba bien y la casa era bastante grande con su balcón muy tranquilo La caldera hacia un ruido fuerte todo el tiempo que duraba calentando la casa era muy molesto la ducha no tragaba bien y había que esperar casi una hora para que se quedara vacío y por ultimo termo “tetera” soltaba agua. Todo eso cambiando y arreglando por lo general bien

Siamo alla fine dei rapporti sociali, ormai è tutto self-check-in & out. Nella mail di accoglienza c’erano scrittd tremila penali, non si incoraggia cosi il cliente, quando ho ricevuto la mail sembrava un bollettino di guerra. uno esce da casa per svagarsi, non vuole ansua.
• Tamara (8/5): - Clean, easy access with instructions. Quiet and peacefull neighbourhood, good night sleep, no street noise. Very warm and heating is running all the time which is very important in winter and cold days. Transportation lines (tram, bus) are at walkable distance. Lack of toilettories (there was only toilet paper left) and smoking area/terrace. If there is a coffee machine, why aren't there any coffee capsules left as quest complimentary? This is not functional for short stays because coffee capsule is not suitable for every coffee machine. Cleaning team was waiting outside the appartment and knocking on the door at 10:40 a.m. while check out is at 11 a.m. This wasn't not professional.
• Tamas (8/5): - Camere spațioase, iar în apartament a fost mereu cald (aproximativ 25°C), perfect pentru familiile cu copii. Zona este liniștită, iar până la tramvai faci doar 5–10 minute pe jos, cu conexiune directă către centrul orașului. O alegere foarte bună pentru un sejur confortabil! Apartamentul este ok, însă sunt câteva aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite. La duș, apa se scurge spre baie, iar un teu pentru șters apa ar fi foarte util. De asemenea, ar fi frumos să existe în bucătărie câteva lucruri de bază, precum pachețele de ceai, capsule de cafea, zahăr, sare, puțin ulei, precum și capsule pentru spălat haine. Ar fi utile și câteva accesorii practice: clești pentru întins rufe, un set de cârpe și un burete nou. Aceste mici detalii ar face șederea mult mai confortabilă.

• Anna (8/5): Bardzo polecam pobyt - Ładny, przestronny apartament, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko, Spokojna okolica, niedaleko kawiarnia z dobrym śniadaniem. Podgrzewana podłoga co było super w mroźny dzień, pokój bardzo cieplutki. Blisko do tramwaju do centrum. Adres w google maps jest nieprawidłowo ustawiony (ulica dalej). W apartamencie nie było nawet jednej saszetki herbaty, a to byłby miły gest, wg mnie niskokosztowy.

• Ryck (9/5): Great place - The location is ok but a little further out than we realized. We also arrived during unusually cold temperatures. We had a minor problem with the shower and it was remedied within 12 hours. The beds are a little harder than I prefer but overall it was a wonderful experience Hard beds and in the add it stated there were 2 twin beds and a queen sofa but in reality there were only2 queens. A little awkward but it worked

• Petrosino (6/5): Buono - Struttura pulita e spaziosa Divano letto molto scomodo e il primo giorno il wifi non funzionava. Dopo aver contattato la host ci ha fornito altre credenziali ed ha funzionato.
