La posizione è ideale: facile da raggiungere e proprio nel cuore di Venezia, comodissimo per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città. • Surupaceanu (8/5): - Very clean and fresh air, located near to the centre, the personal was very kind There are issues with the both doors. The main door should be pushed to be opened with the key and for the second one, while turning the key in the lock, the door should be pulled toward you. A little tricky for the beginning.

Es hat eine gute Lage und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit der Ausstattunh hat g - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr ruhige Lage etwas weg von den vielen Touristen in der Innenstadt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war normal und die Küche hatte volle Ausstattung. Das zusätzliche Beistellbett war nicht richtig funktionstüchtig. Es ist immer wieder mal zusammengebrochen. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht immer, da der Armatur defekt war.

• Andjelija (6/5): I loved discovering a wonderful part of Venice that is quiet, sleepy and beautuful. - Amazing location out of the way from crowds and close to Biennale Giardini and Arsenal. Make sure you take the direct vaporetto do not make a mistake of taking the regular vaporetto it will take you forever if you are going from Piazzale Roma. I apsolutely hated the check in procedure. It was extremely unflexible and at times I felt like I was a child being told to do something or Else. It was horrible filling in passports, addresses and telephone numbers into an app created by the host all the while I was driving on a highway (my daughter had to do this by herself from the backseat) . It was also horrible that we could not pick up the keys in any other way but by punching in codes, opening doors then oipening a locker with a key. It was stressful to say the least. I did not appreciate this at all.
• Ekaterina (9/5): Good place for a few night - The location is really great, quiet and authentic. The staff is very friendly The bed isn’t comfortable. It’s two different mattresses, so it’s uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed
• Leonie (10/5): Great stay in a very nice apartment in Venice - We booked this apartment on the same day that we arrived because our original accommodation canceled on us on very short notice and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the Biennale but also close enough to the city center to be able to walk anywhere. It’s also very quiet so we were able to get a good night‘s sleep. The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. If you’re going to Venice, we definitely recommend staying here!
• Yulia (6/5): Good location, interior design needs work - Good location, quiet street overlooking the canal, close to the promenade with restaurants and grocery store A terribly uncozy interior, a weird kitchen along the wall, an extra 35 euros fee for a dog, but no bowl or welcome treats. We felt unwelcome there because there's no personal touch, only business.

• Isha (7/5): Good - The staff were really friendly and supported me with a private workspace prior to checking in as I had work calls to do. The apartment was spacious, clean, and private. The amenities could have been a little better - shampoo/conditioner.

• Ruel (10/5): Staying here made my first trip to Venice memorable. I would choose to stay here again. - The staff was super helpful and explained the rules very clearly. When I couldn't figure out how to get in, Silvia, one of the hosts, patiently guided me through the process. They gave maps and emails to remind about things like check-out. The room was really, really clean. Strong WiFi. It was super modern inside but outside, it as so Venetian, right beside a canal. It was five minutes from the Biennale Gardens and ten minutes from Arsenalle from where you could literally take a boat anywhere. Such a nice location. I walked to and from St. Mark's Square and the Dogge's Palace. There were nice restaurants and a Coop on Garibaldi, the parallel street so I never went hungry. And they. made check-out so easy! It was literally leave the keys in the unit and go! Nothing.
• German (9/5): Low-key Venezian stay at a good value apart. - It was near the park and Castello and it was not crowded as well. When you go to the apartment at night it's quite dark and hard to find the exact door and keyhole without your phone. Also don't go there by foot ( get yourself a boat)
