- Gpez (1/5): Avoid! - We stayed for one night (actually for a few hours) since we were flying early in the morning. We were two couples. The apartment has two bedrooms. My friend and his wife were beaten by bed bugs during their sleep. My friend had to go through a severe infection all over his body, had to visit the doctor, take heavy medication for one week, cancel a business trip that he had the following day and could not go to work for one week. It is the first time that we have such an incident and we are frequent travellers. What is more, the responce from the owner to this situation was absolutely poor.

- Grace (5/5): Avoid- bed bugs - Excellent location, Fabio let us drop in our bags and collect keys early which was very helpful Unfortunately we got bed bug bites in this apartment, staying in the bedroom beside the main entrance. EDIT: to address Fabio’s response, this is not true. My doctor confirmed we (yes plural- my sister and I in the second bedroom) had bed bug bites NOT mosquito. I have even sent Fabio photographs of the bites all over our arms and shoulders, as for some reason he thought I was lying about this. He sent me laughing emojis over WhatsApp , only bothered replying to me at all after I left a poor hygiene review. No apology from him, I don’t understand what he thinks is funny about this. I will be contacting Booking about this directly. Lighting in the living area was very dark even during the day. Bring earplugs, you are sleeping above a busy noisy street.
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - The location was great and it was on a first floor so only one flight of stairs. Someone met us and explained everything. It was easy to get to St Toma the vaparetto stop only 5 mins away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely and had everything needed and the extra bathroom was great. There was no chopping board which is very minor. Otherwise great.

- Eric (8/5): An excellent location and we had a wonderful time once we figured out how everything worked. - Excellent location. Fast internet. Good shower and comfy beds. Although the location on Google Maps was incorrect, it is an easy walk from the bus loop at Piazzale Roma or the vaporetto stop at San Toma. The kitchen is small but adequate for breakfasts. We were four adults and the apartment suited us nicely. A house manual would be nice for how things (like the heaters/air conditioners, etc) work and better directions could be provided. There was a lot of dust under the couch and beds and there was mildew above the tiles in the shower. The check-in procedure was more difficult than it should have been since we had to wait for someone to be given the keys.

- Linda (10/5): Location - Great location, Communication size and comfort. Everything you needed was there. Fantastic place to relax and get away from it all. The added bonus was the bar down stairs. Nothing at all

- Amanda (8/5): We would definitely stay here again. - Charming apartment - nice bedrooms and baths. Thoughtful touches. Hosts were nice and helpful. A little hard to find and if you have a lot of luggage it’s a bit of a walk to the water bus.
