• Pascal (3/5): Ok pour une nuit, sans plus - L’emplacement La propreté, la mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, les poignées de fenêtre mal fixée qui empêche d’ouvrir, les volets abîmés, l’abattant des toilettes qui tombe sur le dos, les produits d’hygiène non présent à l’arrivée (apporté après réclamation), une fenêtre dans le salon qui ne ferme pas (ok, c’est une fenêtre double, mais la rouille sur la poignée de la fenêtre extérieure pose question)

• Fábio (8/5): - Localização e atendimento. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a Chave e o Estevez prontamente veio nos ajudar. O odor do quarto. Muito cheiro de esgoto. Nao sei se foi por conta das instalações do apartamento ou se por conta do rio.

• Mily Alvarado (8/5): Buena estancia - Lugar estratégico. Cerca a la estación de tren y buses y embarcaderos, comercio y restaurantes. Las escaleras para subir con maletas se complica un poquito pero después de eso todo bien
• Sona (10/5): Lovely property in a great location ! - The location was perfect- close to the train station, close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the city center and cathedrals! The accomodations were exact for our family- ample space for sleeping arrangements , spacious bathroom with a spacious shower, amazing kitchen with an ample amount of china, pots and pans of various sizes and even a dishwasher ! This apartment even had a laundy machine although we did not need to use it . I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend this place to everyone for their Venice getaway ! I loved everything about this property!

We simply asked to change our 10-month-old baby’s diaper, but they did not allow us even to change one diaper before leaving),

I would chose this place again ! - The location is just excellent, close to St.Lucia station which is very convenient when you have to carry your luggage all the way . And so close to the shops , restaurants and the canal right there . It was a little chilly on the first night . The apartment is specious and it feels fresh but not really cold .

• Christina (7/5): - Die Lage ist toll - ruhig, aber dennoch zentral und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden Das Bad hat stark nach Abfluss gestunken. Die Fenster ließen sich teilweise nicht öffnen. Die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber sehr abgewöhnt (abgeblättertes Furnier)

• Ostrowski Menna Barreto (9/5): Perfeita localização pra casa - Localização fantástica. Facilidade em chegar aos pontos turísticos e à estação de trem. Proximidade a supermercado, restaurantes e outro pontos de comércio.Viajamos com bebê mas foi tranquilo o acesso. Bem orientado pelo staff. Apartamento com todas comodidades. O acesso ao apartamento : dois lances de escada, um deles bem estreito.Sem elevador. Não aconselho para quem tem problema de mobilidade e ou utiliza carrinho de bebê.

• Pascale (1/5): Moyen, voir limite - L'appartement est propre, et est près du canal et donc d'un arrêt bus-bateau et des restaurants. Tout, difficile d'accès, nous n'avons pas aimé le quartier, l'appartement n'a pas de vue sur le canal comme peut donner l'impression sur les photos. Nous avons eu du mal à accéder à la clé, il faut soit même vider ses poubelles, et il ya trop de restrictions pour des personnes qui viennent en vacances pour se détendre... trop compliqué.

• Wendy (6/5): Nice for a short stay. - Spacious rooms, washing machine, quiet neighbourhood. Having to dispose of our rubbish when we vacated, sewerage smell permeated the area, many steps to access the apartment (including inside the front door) with unstable handrails.
• Vidya (6/5): Pleasant - The place was spacious and the location was close to The taxi etc. The communication with the rental agency was not very good, they were not very helpful in a timely manner to assist us with getting to the place and out of the place. We were trying to book a water taxi to the airport and were asked if we are connected to a rental to have them arrange the taxi, but because of poor communication we could not use the rental service and ended up having to leave a down payment (risking being scammed), in order to book a water taxi to the airport. The hot water will constantly run out after less then 1 min in the shower, the apartment was on access going up 3 flights of narrow steps, not an easy task to navigate with luggages

• Lynsey (6/5): Apartment in a good location in Venice - Super location just off a canal, easy access by water boat or a short walk from the bus/train station. The apartment was a good size for our family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. Beds were good and the apartment was immaculate. Only thing missing was some washing up liquid. Some lovely restaurants very close to the apartment. Good communication with the hosts. Excellent value for money in a great location in Venice.

• Aron (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable stay - The apartment's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. It was clean, remarkably spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the heating system as it was not functioning properly during our stay.

• Daniel (8/5): Good place to stay close to the station. - Spacious apartment. Good heating. Nice shower with good pressure. Clean rooms and linens. Lots of plates. Easy to walk to from the train station. Good selection of pots and pans, oven had an oven tray. Dishwasher a bonus. Shutters block out all the light, which is great for sleeping. The bathroom smelled. Could do with some bigger drinking glasses. Somewhere to hang wet jackets would be helpful.
• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Located in Venice itself. I picked it because it’s walking distance from the Train station and walking distance from the vaporetto station to the airport. It is a fair bit of walking when you’re pulling heavy luggage or going to buy the croissants in the morning (very good and reasonably priced at the Despar supermarket) The apartment is very large and was comfortable for 4 people. Good bedding. The kitchenware (pans etc…) could be more complete

It’s all commercial, it’s no city of love. - Really good location on the canal close to a ferry stop and family friendly restaurants Constant smell of sewer in the apartment. Aggressive neighbour banging on my door. Arrogant host on the phone.

Lots of mosquitoes inside the apartment 3. Washing machine liquid not provided 4. Hand wash not provided 5. Single very small AC provided for entire apartment 6. Electricity tripped couple of times 7. Available cooking utensils were burned condition 8. Online Check-in option, host insist to pay before movement in property
• Janice (9/5): Perfect flat if the smell could be sorted. - Convenient but quiet location. Flat is spacious and clean, with all necessities provided. Good restaurants, bakery and coffee nearby. Water bus at door step. 10-15 min walk to the bus stop and train station. Responsive host with great recommendation in the House Manual. There was drainage smell from the bathroom. It filled the whole flat when the windows were closed after a day out. Took time to ventilate the flat and get rid of the smell.

• Liisa (8/5): It was a good deal for the money. I would come back. - The location was really good. Everything we needed for cooking and eating was there. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. There was that weird like egg smell at first, but I guess we got used to it or it disappeared. The floors were cold so I recommend bringing some slippers.
