• Oana (10/5): Venice trip - I loved the location, intimate and close to anything one could ever need to a lovely trip in Venice. Close to the bus, accomodation was beautiful, nicely renovated, warm. The lovely person that i was in contact with, Eleonora, helped us with places to eat, stores and she was open to aid with any other request. We had a lovely stay there and i recommend this accomodation, it gives you the quiet of an intimate home while also being close to anything you cand ever need to complete your trip. The photos were accurate, accomodations can be made, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Personally none to say

Podziękowania dla Pani Eleonory za ciepłe przyjęcie i przesłanie wskazówek odnośnie lokalizacji lokali gastronomicznych oraz sklepów i dobrych restauracji. Nie było żadnych negatywnych zdarzeń. Przed przyjazdem sprawdźcie, czy kwota zapłacona za zakwaterowanie obejmuje podatek od sprzątania. Jest to dodatkowa opłata, która jest pobierana przez firmę wynajmująca obiekt. W moim przypadku była opłacona, ale musiałem to sprawdzić przy meldunku.

• Enrique (10/5): Estancia en Venecia fabulosa - Piso muy grande. Con una terraza magnífica para relajarte. Limpio y bien equipado. Cómodo porque está todo en una planta y no tiene escaleras. Está un poco alejado del centro. Necesitas un paseo para llegsr a San Marcos. A cambio coge más cerca para venir del aeropuerto con maletas.
• Paloma (7/5): Buena situación y casa acogedora - La situación es estupenda, cerca de todo(estación, autobús, canal principal y paradas de vaporetto)sin estar en el centro. Un barrio muy agradable con supermercado y restaurantes cerca. Un poco antigua la decoración, muchos mosquitos y uno de los baños un poco estrecho.

• Sylwia (10/5): Wenecja jeszcze tam wrócę - Świetne mieszkanie bardzo nowoczesne, trzy przestronne sypialnie, dwie łazienki - byliśmy w 6 osób niczego nie brakowało. Klimatyzacja, ogródek przed wejściem z meblami ogrodowymi dobrze zacieniony, to był mój 3 raz w Wenecji i ten apartament był najlepszy. Świetna lokalizacja cicho z dala od zgiełku turystycznego, blisko sklep spożywczy. Przekazanie kluczy profesjonalne, ciągły kontakt na whatsapp dzięki czemu wszystko odbyło się bez opóźnień. Polecam brak negatywnych rzeczy

• Jeannie (8/5): Location is convenient and private. - Location is convenient and easy to reach by foot and water taxi from the train station. Location is also private, tucked away from too many foot traffic. More importantly, the apartment was convenient for my elderly mother--no stairs. Unfortunately, we only had two night's stay and not enough time to experience anything to dislike.
• Sohal (7/5): Good - Right in the centre of the city. Only 1 air-conditioning in the whole house. Ask for fans never provided. Requested for the 10:30 check out when we greeted by their staff he said no problem I let the management know. On the checkout day, the cleaner starts ringing the bell before 10 am. Zero communication between the staff. I have young kids, and they take time to get ready. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the cleaning staff. I wouldn't recommend this place.

• Danica (10/5): Really great stay. Spacious and peaceful. - It was in a quiet area of Venice which was a welcome break from the busy tourist areas. It’s really spacious. The garden area is lovely. The kitchen is convenient for having a home-cooked meal. The instructions told us to separate trash into 3 categories but only 2 bins were provided.

• Lilliana (9/5): Well located and spacious - We loved how spacious and well located this property was- we were a party of six with 4 adults and the three rooms and two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We would definitively return. We had an issue with the boiler and so we had very very cold showers one night. However, the staff really did try very hard to resolve the matter as quickly as they could and even adjusted our final cost. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - The place is really spacious, making it a perfect place to gather. Location was excellent, the pick-up super smooth - highly recommended!! There is one bunk bed in the apartment - would be nice to have another double bed instead.
• Aude (9/5): Great location and very good hosts. - The host was very accomodating with our arrival and easy to communicate with. He took the time to show us of the map nice places to visit and to eat, the best gelateria downtown, how to get tickets for transportations... They provided a very informative book with lots of explanations about the apartment and things like how to take care of the trash. They provided a bed for my toddler and a high chair. A bottle of prosecco was offered as a welcome gift which is a very sweet attention. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio where we could have dinner in the evening. It was definitely great highlight for this place. The location was awesome, very close to the many interesting sites and the "vaporetto" (taxi boat) that takes you pretty much everywhere. Private taxi boat companies can drop you and pick you up pretty much at the door to get you to the airport which is very convenient particularly if you are travelling with kids or elderly people so that you don't have to drag your suitcase in the narrow streets. I highly recommend the place. This is not really a complain but more a note for other travellers with young kids. The place might not be the best suited for younger kids mostly because there is no bath so you have to wash them in the shower or the sink. It was not a problem for us as our kids are used to it. There is no cover for the electric plugs and some of the decoration had to be moved up so that my youngest would not break it. Again, not too much of an issue but we made sure that we closely supervised our kid all the time.

• Vadim (8/5): We very much enjoyed it and appreciated the flexibity to arrive early and leave our bags until noon. Gulian (I hope I sp - We loved that it was located outside of touristy area. The restaurants around were great. The crowd was much smaller and local. Having two baths was great for the 6 of us. The quality of pillows could improve as well as getting a shower hanger to put shampoo and stuff.
• Michael (7/5): Good - The location is very quiet. Off the main street. The staff was very responsive to our concerns regarding cleanliness. The kitchen is nice. Bathroom had a bad smell like it hadn't been cleaned but cleaning staff came to clean the next day and the smell was gone. Sheets, linens, and decor were somewhat outdated.
