• Christina (6/5): - Location was excellent Close to Giglio Alilaguna stop so easy to get to and from airport. Quiet Air conditioned which was definitely a plus. nice little terrace outside of top bedroom where we had wine and simple dinner one night. Better explanation of the air conditioning system. And location of fuse box. A fuse blew during our stay and we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. Top floor apt so Lots of stairs. And internal winding staircase to second ,bedroom so not great for anyone very old or handicapped.

• bastien (10/5): Venise en famille dans un quartier calme et proche de la place Saint Marc . - Grand appartement idéal pour famille avec grands enfants ( 2 salles de bains ). De la terrasse , il y a une vue sur les toits de Venise et une sur le canal avec le passage des gondoles . Très bien situé : 10 mn à pied de la place saint Marc . (Grand Spar 10 mn à pied aussi)

• Philip (9/5): Definitely would stay again. Beautiful location and ideal for two couples.. - Location was superb. Bedrooms with own en suite excellent for two couples. Lounge /dining area attractive and functional. Silly things like lots of lightbulbs not working! Unfortunately a couple of the dining chairs need to checked as they could be an accident! There should’ve been basic essentials provided like dishwasher tablets and mosquito plug-in repellents. There were only three cutlery knives and only one wine glass provided, need someone to check these items before guests stay.
• Jeff (8/5): - The location is wonderful. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The couch was uncomfortable and the beds were very firm. The heat did not work consistently. The coffee machine did not work.

• Amos Bar-Eli (5/5): Overall: It was disappointing hospitality and missing and misleading information. - location... but Venice is small so all locations are good Many stairs, also inside the apt. Spiral stairs to upper bedroom are almost impossible, for acrobats only. One shower was clogged, and “couldn’t be fixed” (??). We were offered, and received a compensation, but I choose the apt. for its promised 2 showers. The upper closet is inaccessible and we opted to leave our clothes inside the suitcases. The very small balcony is located on the upper bedroom, so much less fun than expected. Owner was helpful but on his own terms. Responded in WhatsApp after several hours. Multiple requests for changing a burned lightbulb were neglected.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - It's a wonderful apartment in a great location with very hospitable hosts (many thanks, Marcello). It was a perfect place for our family with a teenager. I loved the terrace with a fantastic view of the canal and Santa Maria del Giglio church. During the day we could see gondolas and hear the songs of the gondoliers from our windows. This apartment is very close to Piazza San Marco and other attractions. It's my sincere recommendation.

• Amy (10/5): Great location, nicely appointed apartment, great for 2 couples. - The location was good. Right off a small canal. Great sleeping accommodations for 2 couples. Spacious living room. We didn't mind but there is no elevator and the apartment was 3 flights up the stairs.

• Judy (6/5): Pleasant - handy location, comfy apartment and well maintained facilities. Since we are travelling with elderly, the property should state that there is no lifts. Also, 20Euro for late check-in is unacceptable. Suggest to install digital door lock.

• Nancy (10/5): Perfect little apartment in San Marco, yet quiet and clean. - Enjoyed the apartment and it’s location. A short walk from the alilaguna line water bus pier. Clean and simple 2 bedroom with kitchen. Lots of cafes and restaurants near, but a 15 min walk to the grocery spot. Marcello was wonderful in meeting us, walking us to the apartment, and showing us all things in apartment. Always available if any quest, The laundry machine was helpful. Altogether a great stay! Lots of stairs for anyone with health issues ot the elderly. Would love an on-site king combination cable & lock on the entrance level so we could lock up our luggage safely yet be out of the apartment in case of late departure time.

Great location and lovely apartment with all that you will need - Great location, close to San Marco Square, yet far enough away to be out of the congestion. Lovely terrace overlooking the canal, where singing gondoliers frequently pass by. Comfortable beds and great kitchen with all essentials. Many stairs because on top floor, but they provide good exercise after eating so much great Italian food!
• Letitia (9/5): Great apartment. We loved it - the location of the apartment is great. It’s very close to the Vaporetto and walking distance to all the sights. Marcello was very nice and helped us carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. He had great restaurant suggestions and arranged a water taxi for us to the train. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We loved the terrace. The upstairs bedroom was so cool and dark that I could have slept for days I would have liked sheets and not just a comforter and a few extra pillows. The instructions on garbage collection were too confusing and should have been the responsibility of the host, not the guests. The spiral staircase to the master bedroom would be difficult for some

• Regina (9/5): We would like to return there. - WE took breakfast in the near by Café with excellent cappucino and croissant. We never used the kitchen because of lack of time. The narrow staircase up to the second bedroom. The water-tap in the shower was calcified.. As cover in the beds we - being Germans - prefer continental quilts, especially now when the nights become cold.
