Fußbodenheizung war das extra, wenn man so wie wir im Winter in Venedig ist. In der Dusche eine Ablage wäre super für Duschgels.

Schönes Bad und gute Betten. Die Lage war sehr gut, alles war in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, sowohl San Marco als auch Arsenale, um die Biennale zu besuchen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Gepäck am letzten Tag im Haus abstellen, was sehr hilfreich war. Nichts

• Kirsty (10/5): - Wonderful Venetian apartment a few minutes walk from San Marco square. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we loved being in the heart of Venice. The location was perfect - near everything but not right in the middle of the crowds. The vaporetto is nearby and you can catch direct lines to Murano, Burano and the train station, with the added bonus that it's near the end of the line so if you are heading to the train station with luggage you won't have any trouble getting on. There are many lovely restaurants, cafes and gelato shops in the streets next to the apartment. The owner was extremely approachable and helpful and communication with him both prior and during our visit was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and we will happily stay here again next time we are in Venice. Nothing. Only minor thing is there is no airer or clothes rack to dry your clothes, but we just hung them on the clothes hangers provided and that worked just as well.

Really helpful host who gave some great restaurant recommendations. It's a fairly steep staircase to get large bags up, but that's probably the case around most of Venice.

Adriano was quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions we had. My son loved the fact that he could log in to Netflix and have free wifi. Having couches and good aircon was great after a long day in the sun. Shower was a bit small but got the job done so it wasn't too big of an issue.

• Alexandra (9/5): Lovely and comfortable stay! - The property is located near the center but still not on the most circulated area so it is not loud. It was clean (except for some coffee cups forgot on the kitchen counter when we arrived). It is comfortable and the host is communicative. Very good price-quality ratio. We had some emotions as we did not find the keys where they were supposed to be, but it was solved quickly and the next day they had to change the locks. The shower in the bathroom leaks water quite seriously and since there is only one bathroom you have to manage it.

Apartment is modern with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen items etc. Nice lounge area with 2x sofas. From the outside it doesn't look great but thankfully when you get inside it's bliss. Nothing really. Just minor things: would be nice to have had two keys, more pillows, towels and toilet paper would have been used if left, shower door came off hinges and didn't close properly etc. But I stress these are only minor and wouldn't put me off staying again.

• Yesenia (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is great. Easily accesable and located walking distance to everything. The walk to the public vaporeto was just 10 minutes with luggage. We felt very safe at all times. I would recommend this apartment to any family that travels to Venice. The larger bed was bit uncomforable for my taste becuase it was too low and mattress was firm, however it worked for the short time that we were there.

It was in an excellent location but as previous reviews have mentioned it was very quiet. It was great to be able to cook in the apartment too and have coffee and breakfasts and there were a couple of supermarkets nearby which was very handy. We were able to pop back for lunch and then head back out again which was great with the kids. Would definitely recommend. Not sure we needed anything else, it was a little far to walk from the train station but getting back to Marco Polo by boat was very easy from San Zaccaria (15 euros per person - one way) on the way home and meant we didn't have to carry bags over all the bridges!

Owner is responsive and has lent us a helping hand to carry our luggage to the appt on our arrival. The appt is pretty far from Venice train station with many bridges to cross. If you are planning to walk to the train station, make sure to give yourself plenty of time.
