• Mark (10/5): Casa Melissa fully recommended - Communication with the owner was great. The apartment is very comfortable and immaculately clean. The location was superb with easy links to the airport. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend this property!

• Tiago (10/5): Alojamento perfeito para ficar em Veneza. - Adoramos a localização, perto da praça de São Marcos e de inúmeras paragens de vaporetto, o que foi bastaste prático para fazer a ligação com a estação de comboios. O apartamento era excelente, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia curta ou mais longa.

• Szuster (9/5): - Lokalizacja chyba była najlepsza, przy szerokiej ulicy. Fajnie, że nie w saym centrum, a przejście do San Marco zajmowało 5-6 minut szerokim trotuarem przy wodzie.
• Rachel (8/5): Cute Apartment out of centre of Venice - It was like staying in Italy amongst family, we could hear people talking. The owner was quite responsive to my requests. 3 levels of stairs to climb was challenging. Enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen for cooking a few meals. Lots of room, comfortable and clean, highly recommend if you're happy to stay out of the main area. A fair distance from centre of Venice.

• luisa2810 (9/5): Bella esperienza veneziana, alloggio molto comodo e caldamente consigliato - L'appartamento è in uno dei quartieri più belli, più romantici e più veri di Venezia. Vicinissimi bar, ristoranti, supermercato. Comodissimo (e consigliabile) per chi visita la Biennale, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Dotazioni ottime (abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavatrice), l'appartamento è veramente molto comodo, vivibilissimo. Ci hanno accolto di persona e assistito in ogni esigenza con sollecitudine e gentilezza. Consigliato caldamente. Nulla, torneremo volentieri.

• Kathleen (9/5): Superb - Great location and a super spacious apartment. Restaurant and shops and hot tourist spots close by. Water bus within a reasonable walking distance. Cristian’s was very helpful with any questions. Thanks for a great stay. Unfortunately there’s no lift and for us two ladies it was very challenging with our heavy luggage.

• Aino (10/5): Great experience - convenient location and a clean, well-equipped apartment - The apartment was spacious, super clean and had all the equipment for a short or even for a longer stay. The hosts were kind and responsive and guided us through the apartment upon arrival. The location is great - especially for visiting the Biennale but also walkable from the other main attractions of Venice. Downstairs you have many restaurants, cafes, shops and quick access to the water bus services - and the amazing sunset views over the lagoon. We had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again!
• Marilena (8/5): Almost perfect stay! - Everything was very clean, very comfortable bed. Near to Giardini, Arsenale. Perfect and quick communication with the host. It was a bit difficult to open the bedroom windows in the evening because there was a restaurant below and there was smell of food. The restaurant also had a generator (?) in the evening with a very loud noise (bad for tinnitus sufferers). After closing time the noise stopped.

• Pauline (8/5): Beautiful apartment in fantastic area of Venice. - Beautiful modern apartment Bathroom accessible through living room with sofa bed and guest in bedroom must walk through to get to bathroom so lack of privacy if using both rooms for sleeping. Apartment is perfect for a couple.
• Shlomi (9/5): Superb - In Venice it's important to rent close to the water, so walking to the boat bus is close. Very clean, good wifi, supermarket and coffee close by. 2nd floor, no elevator if you have heavy lugguage.

• Carl (10/5): Perfect apartment in a quieter and beautiful part of Venice. - Everything you could ask for. Spacious, comfortable and well equiped and just far enough away from the tourist hotspots. On a street with lots of eating options and a short walk to a fully equiped supermarket.

• Gabriela (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Well equipped kitchen, with kettle, stove, oven, fridge etc. Very nice and clean bathroom which was also a benefit. Air conditioning working. The owner gave us tips about location and traveling to the apartment. They waited for us and welcomed us in the apartment.
• Amanda (10/5): Mumma & daughter. - The host communicated well and was lovely to deal with. Allowed us to check in at 1:00, even though they weren't quite finished with the cleaning. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were the best. The apartment is well appointed and most things appear reasonably new. The stairs ! 😜 There were 3 flights of stairs that were quite steep, but that is normal in Venice/Italy. (I need to pack less).

They were so helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend staying here. I would recommend having a WhatsApp number for the airbnb. Communicating through booking was confusing.

• Jody (9/5): Comfortable stay in a beautiful city! - The apartment was in an excellent location, only a short walk to St Marks Square and close to the Arsenale Alilaguna port. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed. There were no real negatives. A tip would be that I found communicating with the host on WhatsApp to be the easiest method.
• Karina (8/5): Cozy and good for a short stay. - it’s clean, tidy and cozy. The thermostat is a bit bright, noisy and disturbing of there is someone staying in the living room.
