• Florian (8/5): - Große Wohnung in Toplage. Das Design ist außergewöhnlich: Eine Mischung aus Schiffskajüte und alten Sachen. Passt irgendwie nicht zusammen und ist durch die relativ niedrigen Decken mit Holzbalken eher dunkel. Man gewöhnt sich dran und dann ist es schon cool.
• Vadym (9/5): Отличное место для знакомства с Венецией! - Апартаменты Casa Carlo Goldoni расположены в одной из самых туристических частей Венеции, неподалеку от площади Сан Марко и Дворца Дожей. Сама квартира расположена на двух этажах, с весьма аутентичным ремонтом и мебелью. Две кровати на первом этаже имеют колесики и, по этому, их можно поставить, как вам удобно. У нас дети были очень довольны. На втором этаже спальня и ванна. Кондиционер один, но весьма мощный и его хватает на всю квартиру. Комаров, про которых все писали, мы не обнаружили. За то было много средств для борьбы с ними). На кухне нет кофемашины, но есть отличная гейзерная кофеварка. Сковороды оставляют желать лучшего. Все остальное с кухней - в порядке. Важно обращать внимание на выбрасывание мусора. Памятка с информацией об этом расположена рядом с телевизором. Хочется поблагодарить хозяина квартиры, что оперативно реагировал на нашу проблему с заселением: мы не могли открыть дверь)) Проблема крылась в небольшой хитрости самого замка, но это решилось за 20 минут. Дверь открывается во внутрь. Повернув ключ вправо до конца, не отпускайте его - в замке есть специальный язычок, фиксирующий дверь. Если отпустите ключ - он не даст вам зайти.) Важный момент, это как добраться до самой квартиры. Если вы будете идти по гугл карте, то упретесь в канал, на который выходит парадный вход здания, где расположена квартира. От него вам придется вернуться и повернуть в первый поворот направо. Вход в сам двор - через большую калитку с решетчатой дверью. Не бойтесь ее открыть)). Видео, снятое с доходом, не самое простое, но тоже может помочь. Важный момент, что остановка вапоретто Риальто гораздо ближе к автовокзалу, чем Сан Марко, на которой рекомендуют выйти при заселении. Разница - примерно 20-25 минут. А идти до квартиры от этих остановок - одинаково - минут 5-7. Так что если попробуете идти по GPS координатам - выходите лучше на остановке возле моста Риальто, это сэкономит Вам много времени. Очень отвратительный сапорт! Пожелание хозяину: смените человека, ответственного за коммуникацию с туристами. Мне приходилось выжимать информацию по каплям. За два дня до заселения еще мы не знали ни чего о том, куда едем. И не было ни одного ответа на письма, кроме того, что сказали: свяжемся позже. Когда вышла проблема с открытием двери, телефоны поддержки не отвечали. Совершенно случайно получилось найти контакт хозяина. Если бы не он - не знаю, как бы мы заселились. По самой квартире: в ванной не работает гидромассаж, но это не критично. Критично, что нарушена герметичность системы сливов гидромассажа и, при наборе более 1/3 ванной, она протекает и, если вовремя не убрать воду - она потечет на первый этаж. Думаю, ремонт ванной, не большая проблема и это проще, чем чинить потом перекрытия). В целом - квартира очень атмосферная и уютная и удобная. Рекомендуем!

La reacción inicial del dueño al tener un problema con el agua no fue apropiada, no obstante, resolvieron el problema de manera rápida y eficiente y eso que era domingo.

• Maria Aurora (1/5): - Lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación, aunque cuesta dar con el lugar. No funciona el aire acondicionado, era insoportable descansar allí, tiene los techos bajos y todo el calor concentrado 30 grados, era como estar en una sauna. La bañera de hidromasaje no funciona. Intentamos varias veces contactar con el teléfono de contacto por el problema del aire acondicionado y sólo obtuvimos un mensaje diciendo que reiniciaramos, cosa que hicimos pero nada. Conclusión que nos dió las vacaciones, no lo recomiendo.

• Robert (8/5): - The location was very close to St Marks square, which was great, although it was flooded when we arrived so it would be good to warn guests that this might happen so they can prepare. The host was very helpful and the directions to find the apartment were very clear. The apartment is very spacious and it has good kitchen and laundry facilities, although we didn't use them.

A priori, repetiría alojamiento si volviese a Venecia

Es gab eine Panne bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Aber alles konnte dann zur Zufriedenheit gelöst werden. Das kann passieren...

The main bedroom was unexpectedly roomy and the two sofa/beds downstairs great for the two younger members of the family. The quirky, rather unusual decor was a bonus. Would definitely recommend it.

• Benjamin (10/5): - Really good value given Venice prices, but we booked months and months in advance. 3 minute walk from San Marco Square, but you're in a secluded courtyard. Follow the directions to find it, as it's not easy, but well worth it! Wow! A/C worked great.

• Nancy (9/5): Fantastic location and comfortable stay for two nights. Just know there is only one bathroom. - The location couldn’t be beat! Very close to anything and everything you could want or need. The WiFi worked well, the tv worked, the air conditioning worked. And fans were supplied upstairs and downstairs to help keep cool. They provided excellent information on a large printout with recommendations and such (check the handy map on the back! We didn’t realize it was there until we were leaving). Also, the video showing how to find the apartment is very helpful! Use it as GPS may not get you to the doorstep. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but know that there is only one bathroom. Pillows are flat and there were no extras, so we used a quilt to fold over to provide a little more height. There were four of us and we ran out of toilet paper, and there were no extra rolls . However there is a bidet. There is some obscene tile work that some might find offensive, and you can see it in the pictures in the listing if you look for it.
• Tyler (9/5): Overall it was a great stay and my family is very happy we made our reservation and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again - The location is prime and the semi private courtyard is a great buffer from the hustle and bustle of the San Marco area. The beds were comfortable and all equipment functioned as expected. The quirky design was enjoyed by my family and will create some memories.

• pilar (10/5): - La situación del apartamento es inmejorable, a 3 min caminado de la plaza San Marco, el apartamento es cómodo y tiene hasta el último detalle, hasta había sobrecitos de sal, que se nos había olvidado la sal 😅, además esta decorado con mucho gusto, las fotos del anuncio no hacen justicia, y por último, la maravilla de la bañera de hidromasaje cuando llegas cansado de todo el día caminando. Sin duda si vuelvo a Venecia, repetiría. Nada, todo perfecto

Loved the architecture and efficiency within the apartment. Not that they could have done anything about it, but the mosquitos were aggressive and plenty inside the house.

You couldn’t book a property more central than this. Within metres of St Marks Square, shops and restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable. Host was extremely helpful and informative providing many useful tips and much information prior to and during our stay. Initially hard to find, however the host had sent lots of photos with directions and video instructions on how to locate and access property.

• barbara (7/5): Interesting place but perhaps over priced. - The place is creative and original with art and interesting decor. The courtyard is lovely. It was too dark. Two lights on each floor did not work at all. We had to use the handheld shower as we couldn't get the overhead spout to work. There wasn't enough counter space to really cook anything. One hanger in the closet is not enough for 3 adults. For 231 euros a night, I expected better.

• Maria (10/5): Super experience. We would love to stay here again - We absolutely loved everything about the apartment: its decor, the furnishings, and of course, its location. It was delightful. Sleeping in the bedroom on the second floor feels like you're in a museum—in the best possible way. It's like stepping back in time. Yes, there's a piece of playful art in such a spot that it's impossible to miss when you descend the stairs. Our three-year-old didn’t understand it and paid it no mind. Although the bustling Piazza San Marco is just a stone's throw away, the windows open onto a private courtyard where it's perfectly quiet. The apartment had everything necessary for a couple of nights: salt, sugar, caffe, oil, soap, and more. The host was responsive and provided detailed instructions. The only drawback is that the apartment is quite dark in the evenings. Also, keep in mind that although the apartment is located on the ground floor, any route to it from the vaporetto involves crossing at least one bridge with steps.

Il materasso della camera comodissimo…non indifferente dopo migliaia di passi 😅. Il nostro host è stato estremamente gentile e paziente con i nostri cambi orario (sciopero e ritardo treno). Ciliegine sulla torta? Posizione centrale, ma silenziosa, wifii, tv on demand e vasca idromassaggio.

• Antonio (9/5): Consigliato per qualche giorno giorno di vacanza - Anche se l'abitazione e piccola si sta bene fino a 4 persone. Ottima posizione, specialmente la tranquillità. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Abitazione tutto sommato buona, peccato che il bagno e al piano superiore non e quindi non il massimo, specialmente se si è in più di due dove chi dorme al piano terra per andare in bagno deve fare le scale. Lettini al piano terra hanno le rotelle e si muovono un po troppo. Da rivedere i cuscini troppo bassi o quanto meno aggiungerne degli altri. Ma per qualche giorno tutto sommato si può fare anzi la consiglio.

Emplacement parfait dans une petite cours tres calme en plein cœur de Venise. Nous avons croisé le propriétaire qui nous a rendu un grand service et qui est très sympathique. Merci encore d'avoir géré notre erreur de laisser les clés sur la porte à l'intérieur !!

• Angela (7/5): Lovely character apartment in Venice. - We got a bit lost and the host allowed us to video call so he could direct us to the apartment. He was so nice. The place was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Venice. Only a personal preference but we found it to be a little dark and would suggest stronger light bulbs.

Ero in città per la maratona e si é offerto di ritirare per me il pacco gara ed il pettorale evitandomi un viaggio a Mestre, permettendomi così di dedicare più tempo alla visita della Serenissima. Non era un atto di gentilezza scontato! Nulla da segnalare. Solo un piccolo suggerimento per una struttura già dotata di tutto per un breve soggiorno: uno strofinaccio da cucina sarebbe utile (noi eravamo attrezzati ma potrebbe essere utile per chi si dimenticasse).

• Normand (5/5): - La situation géographique, très bien situé. Premièrement, nous avions demandé deux chambres à coucher. L'appartement n'en n'avait qu'une, les autres lits étaient dans la cuisine-salle à manger, ce qui procurait aucune intimité. Cela a gâché beaucoup notre plaisir d'être à Venise, ville des amoureux ??? C'est un appartement fait pour 2 personnes. Le propriétaire nous a chargé, à titre de taxes, un montant de 64 euros que nous devions payer comptant. Je n'ai jamais vu de taxes à être payées obligatoirement en argent comptant. J'ai demandé un reçu que je n'ai toujours pas reçu.
