Cucina con giusto corredo per cucinare Soprattutto silenziosissimo la notte, perché lontano dalla calle primcipale. Ottimo posto per 2 persone (4 un po' strette, temo). Lo staff del vicino hotel è stato gentile e ci hanno permesso,oltre al check in anticipato, anche ( cosa molto comoda), di appoggiarci a loro per lasciare i bagagli e accedere ai servizi igienici, il giorno della partenza, in modo da avere altro tempo per girare in tranquillità. Davvero Consigliato Naturalmente, essendo un pianterreno in un campiello piccolo, la casa non è luminosa. Ci sono dei lavori nel palazzo di fronte, al momento, ma non sono stati di disturbo, devo dire
• Ricardo G Almendra (10/5): Casa com banheiro, sala e cozinha compacta - silenciosa e fácil de chegar - Inicialmente, achei que chegar até a acomodação seria mais desafiador, mas recebemos instruções claras já no momento da reserva. Sabíamos exatamente qual vaporetto deveríamos tomar e em que ponto deveríamos descer. De lá, uma caminhada de 5-10 minutos nos levou ao Hotel Scandinavia, onde fomos recebidos pelo anfitrião que foi extremamente atencioso e gentil. Nos levou até a acomodação que fica a poucos metros do hotel e nos apresentou tudo. É uma casa pequena, no nível da rua, mas escondida do movimento de Veneza, tornando a estada bastante silenciosa. Possuía todos os utensílios necessários para cozinharmos e nos sentirmos em casa. Adorei cada detalhe. Achei o sofá da sala um pouco desconfortável, mas não chega a ser um problema, até porque só o é em uma das noites em que decidimos assistir a um filme na televisão.

• Alexey Kras (7/5): Apartmen with great location in Venice - Great location , competative price and very responsive staff. The apratment is fully equipped with everything you need for a significantly long accomodation. The bed is very comfortable. What we dislike the most is renovation that was happening on the upper floor. The workers were starting noisy preparations at 7 and drilling at 9 in the morning so we couldn't sleep. If you are an early bird - it is not a problem, but I think it is fair to let the visitor know this fact in advance. Few hangers in the closet were broken and in general the door of the closed didn't move well. The bathroom needs a small renovation since in some places the tiles in the shower have come off.

Great beds, in the middle of everything. 10’/15’ walk to everywhere. 7’ walk to Rialto from access to either vaporetto from the airport or from Santa Lucia train station. Nothing to complaint. Everything was great

Il quartiere era tranquillo ma vicino alle attrazioni principali. I gestori, su richiesta, hanno agito prontamente e con grande gentilezza rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Tutto perfetto

• MARIANO (10/5): Venecia 🩷 - Todo perfecto! Andrea nos recibió súper bien, siempre amable y atento a cada detalle. Nos permitió dejar el equipaje para salir de paseo y, además, nos avisó que podíamos entrar antes del horario, algo que realmente agradecimos. Su comunicación fue excelente desde el primer momento, rápida y clara. El apartamento es súper cómodo, funcional y muy bien cuidado. La limpieza impecable, la cama comodísima y los espacios muy bien pensados para una estancia agradable. La ubicación también es ideal: tranquila, pero cerca de todo. Sin dudarlo, volveremos. 🥰😌

• LISA (7/5): Als ze niet aan het verbouwen waren en verwarming geen herrie zou maken zou ik het iedeen aanraden ! - De locatie, en heel praktisch ingericht. Normaal gesproken een rustige plekje binnen een bruisende omgeving. Alles netjes en schoon, vriendelijk personeel in hotel om de hoek Naast ons en tegenover ons waren ze aan het verbouwen, best wel wat geluidsoverlast. We hebben geklaagd kregen excuses aangeboden en bericht dat ze er niets aan konden doen. Dus we hebben t maar laten varen waren overdag toch wel veel op pad. Verwarming maakt best veel lawaai Was maar 1 mes, maar is geen ramp makkelijk op te lossen

• GEORGIA (9/5): - Το σημείο είναι ότι καλύτερο.Σε όλα κοντά.Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Είμαστε τετραμελής οικογένεια με μεγάλα παιδιά δεν είναι μεγάλοι οι χώροι αλλά οκ.Δεν έχει αρκετό φυσικό φως.Ωστοσο όταν πας Βενετία ζεις έξω δεν είσαι στο δωμάτιο!!
• Cati (9/5): Fantàstica - La seva situació, la seva netedat, el seu equipament i la qualitat de les instal•lacions. La dificultat per arribar-hi. Venècia no està feta per anar amb cotxets d’infants! No és una dificultat d’aquest allotjament sinó de molts, perquè per arribar-hi has de pujar i baixar moltes escales. Així i tot, bé val la pena fer l’esforç per poder conèixer i visitar Venècia.

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect location, very helpful host would stay again. - I liked that it was a private Apt but it was connected with a hotel. Upon arrival the hotel kept our luggage until the Apt was ready. The front desk personal helped us with our luggage from the hotel to the apt. They help arrange for a water taxi to take us to the train station. The sofa pull out bed is not that comfortable. Bed in bedroom was better for sleeping.

• Marie (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location - Really good location for visiting all the main areas and sites, all within walking distance. Really easy to collect the keys from the Hotel Scandinavia, the lady there checked us in efficiently then took us to the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy although the pillows were a little hard. Shower was hot and powerful. Some of the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen needing washing before we could use them however there was everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute walk to a good supermarket. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Venice

Wasn't that impressed with the breakfast in hind site we should have gone to a cafe or bakery for that. We arrived late and obviously had luggage, the boat taxi guy gave us a map but it wasn't clear which way we were meant to be going, we tried google maps but that didn't work, so we did get lost and have to ask for help. It was quite stressful dragging luggage around dark narrow streets while trying to work out a map. Even once you know the way it is a 10 min walk. Being met, or having written instructions or a WhatsApp video would have been helpful.

The apartment was close to Piazza San Marco and a great location for exploring. It met all of our expectations and was worth the price. A great Venetian property. N/A

There were also gluten free restaurants close by which was important to our group. The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it and was incredibly tight in space, and the floor area/room was a bit crowded for 4 people.

There is no coffee machine although it was promised in the booking.com ad. The apartment is definitely less than 50 square meters. Plenty of mosquitoes.
