• Berg (10/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber, gute Betten, schöne Dachterrasse, prima Lage, nur 300 Meter von Vaporettostation. Der Wohnbereich könnte etwas wohnliche eingerichtet sein.
• Roísín (9/5): Excellent! - Leone was a warm and lovely host. He was great in communication and made us feel at home. Furthermore, the apartment was spacious, with great beds and facilities. We also really enjoyed the roof terrace. Leone has a great eye for detail. There was no couch present. We missed is when we wanted to relax a bit more at home. This is the only feedback we have! Thank you Leone, again.

• Alan (10/5): You can’t get any better than this for a holiday flat in the middle of Venice. An exceptionally friendly and helpful own - Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owner. Ideal location for exploring even the less well known and crowded areas of Venice. Well stocked COOP super market just a couple of hundred meters away. Nothing really troubled us and we would certainly try to stay here in the event of us visiting Venice again.
• Teresa (10/5): Un apartamento perfecto en el corazón de Venecia - Todo, desde la disponiblidad del anfitrión, pasando por la limpieza y confort del apartamento, más la zona, súper pintoresca, con una parada de vaporetto a 2 minutos y varios súpernercados muy cercanos, Rialto a unos 15 minutos, San Marco a unos 30 minutos caminando. Seguramente, sería menos, pero el paseo es tan encantador, que ¡es imposible no ir parándose de tienda en tienda, de vista en vista! Todo me gustó. Si uno desea conocer de verdad Venecia, y tener una idea no de turista, sino de autenticidad, éste es el apartamento perfecto.
• Teresa (10/5): Sentirse veneciano por unos días es posible en este apartamento - Maravillosa experiencia, apartamento perfecto, en la parte más pintoresca, y durante los Carnavales. Sestiere lleno de vida, pero súper tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido venecianos por unos días;) No hay absolutamente nada que no me gustara. ¡Es un apartamento perfecto! Imposible encontrar algo que no te guste. Céntrico, impecable, confortable, con una excelente calefacción y con una maravillosa terraza que habrá que probar en un futuro viaje en verano...

• Barbara (9/5): Great visit to see the Venice Carnival - Leon was a great host; met us at the Vaporetto and guided us to the lovely apartment, pointing out some points of interest on the way. Accommodation is so well presented with everything you need, and thoughtful extras like chilled water, fresh fruit, croissants/cakes, tea & coffee, which was very much appreciated. In a great location, close to a lovely square with restaurants, fruit-seller and bakery, and an easy walk to Rialto/San Marco, but away from the busy crowds. Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom, and a roof terrace, which I'm sure is a real bonus in Spring/Summer. Lots of extra items, e.g. toiletries, reading and guide books/maps. TV channels seemed to be mainly in German, but we weren't in the apartment long enough to bother us. The only frustrating aspect during our stay (although I appreciate wasn't the fault of the owner) was a very noisy neighbour in the apartment below, which was disruptive at night-time. It was particularly bad on our last night, which meant we had very little sleep, prior to an early morning departure!! Overall, we enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment and Leon is an excellent host.

• alberto (10/5): - Por partes : El anfitrión,Leone , perfecto. Nos vino a recoger al embarcadero de s.stae y nos acompañó hasta la casa. Nos explico todo, nos dejo fruta y bebidas y está atento a cualquier cosa. La ubicación:Tambien perfecta. Fuimos andando a absolutamente todas las partes de la ciudad. El barrio es mucho mejor que San Marco u otros ya que hay menos turistas. A 1 minuto hay un supermercado que tiene de todo y a los mismos precios que en España.Tambien hay un par de barecitos muy majos donde tomarte un vino o una a cerveza .El embarcadero está a 120 metros. La casa:Perfecta. Buenísima calefacción y agua caliente te. Todo limpísimo. Las camas y las almohadas cómodas. Las toallas de buena calidad.Todo lo necesario en la cocina. Libros, mapas y todo lo que puedas necesitar sobre Venecia. Muy tranquila y silenciosa. Nosotros no oímos a ningún vecino en 4 días. En resumen: absolutamente recomendable de verdad.

• JEAN GERARD (10/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise dans cet appartement idéalement situé. - L’emplacement est parfait : tout est à proximité. En moyenne, nous étions entre 15 et 18 minutes à pied de l’ensemble des activités et sites touristiques, ce qui est très agréable pour découvrir Venise à son rythme. L’appartement est également très proche des canaux, ce qui permet de prendre facilement les navettes de transport fluvial, un vrai plus à Venise, à la fois pratique et dépaysant. Concernant le logement, rien à redire : • Appartement très propre, une propreté irréprochable qui fait vraiment plaisir à voir. • Literie au top, très confortable, nous avons parfaitement bien dormi. • Appartement très bien chauffé, ce qui est appréciable, surtout en hiver. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Leone, avec une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés : une belle panière de fruits ainsi que de quoi déjeuner le lendemain, une délicate attention qui fait toute la différence après le voyage. En résumé, un logement au calme, fonctionnel, parfaitement situé, avec un accueil irréprochable. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés pour un séjour réussi à Venise.
• ruba (10/5): Best accommodation in Venice - The best and i repeat..the best accommodation I ever stayed in! I have cleaning ocd, and this flat was clean up to my standards and even better, amazing quality of kitchen cutlery, toiletries, toilet roll is excat lush brand i use 😅 Very comfy beds, clean sheets, great space, Leone is do welcoming and left us huge basket of fruits, juices, pastries 🍰 😀. Very generous and clean. Location is super great, easy to get to through the boats with no stair bridges, very easy to get to from the train and bus stations and serviced well at the night boat, just less than 3 minutes walk from the boat stop. All flat. Easy access to cute and quality resturants and cafes. Leone helped me with my bag to the flat (its on second floor no lift) and i am grateful for his help. He let us check in early too, such a kind gentleman All perfect, but there was a night the neighbours were so loud but after 12 am everything was quiet (flat is in a quiet neighbourhood)

• Heather (10/5): Wonderful Apartment and Great Host - We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The apartment is super clean and very well equipped. Leone, the owner, is a delightful host and supplies lots of goodies on arrival. The area, Stan Stae, is perfect. Lots of restaurants, supermarket, but far enough away from the crowds. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the water buses. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Leone for another great experience in Venice.

The little roof-top terrace was lovely for an afternoon drink after a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Has everything you need and is in the best location - you can walk to anything. You can hear some neighbour noise if you are trying to get an early night, but nothing earplugs won't solve.

Lovely, spacious apartment with terrace. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and was stocked with fruit, pastries and beverages.. Quiet residential neighborhood with shops, grocery stores and cafes nearby. Leone met me at the vaporetto and walked me back to the apartment. I would love to stay here again.

• Samantha (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for relaxing and exploring - A beautifully appointed apartment in an amazing location. We were really able to make the most of our 3 nights in Venice with our location close to a plethora of excellent restaurants and all the sights. Leone was a fantastic host, ensuring the apartment was fully stocked with everything we might need, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful, even in December. Nothing.
• Hon (10/5): Enjoy the stay very much. Highly recommended. - Good location, property was very clean and comfortable. Hot water was adequate. Quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. Near to restaurants and supermarkets. Leone was kind to meet us near the apartment and helped with the luggage.

The place was very clean and roomy for 2 people, was in a good area and the terrace was lovely for afternoon drinks and snacks! • Janssen (10/5): Wonderfully spacious, cozy hidden gem in Santa Croce - Spacious, clean, and remodeled. Host was very friendly, generous, and hospitable! Leone waited for our arrival late at night and was very responsive. He helped with our luggage and provided an assortment of things to eat and drink at the apartment. It was a great respite and home base after a long day of exploring the wondrous and beautiful canals and alley ways of Venice! Lacked a couch and just have to remember to close windows to prevent mosquitoes
• Camilla (10/5): Very pleasant, cmfortable and clean apartment; I hope to be back in the not too distant future - I was met by the host, Leone, who showed me around and explained everything. The apartment is located in the very heart of the city in a very quiet street, with a supermarket and other shops (including an excellent bookshop) as well as restaurants nearby. Conveniently close to the San Stae vaporetto stop. There is nothing I didn't like. The airconditioning was great, but perhaps a few ventilators could be added during the heat wave

• Gillian (10/5): Comfortable, stylish, well equipped, centrally located apartment with a lovely terrace. - Where to start. Leone was an amazingly helpful host. He met us at the vaporetto stop, stowed our luggage until we could check in and answered some pretty silly questions graciously. His English is good. The apartment is stylish and extremely well equipped, even for someone who likes to cook a lot. And very clean. We were greeted with fruit, bread and craft beer in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the little patio upstairs delightful. The location is very good, just 3 minutes from the San Stae Vaporetto stop and a 15 minute walk to the Rialto. 4 days in Venice is not enough. We are going back and I hope we can stay at Ca Boldo Terrace 2.0. Thank you Leone! The only thing missing was a box of tissues.

Kitchen has everything you could want- quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to attractions yet not full of tourists. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our host met us at the water taxi to show us the apartment. Very kind. If possible, I would give this an 11/10. Just perfect. Nothing!
• Julie (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Venice - Very spacious and clean appartment on a perfect location. Just outside the touristic area, so it’s very calm and quiet at night but only a 10-15min walk from the main places to visit. Very friendly and flexible host who even leaves you some breakfast and drinks to enjoy during your stay. Would definitely reccomend this place to everyone. Just perfect for a stay in Venice.

It wasn't the easiest to navigate when we first arrived, but our wonderful host came to bring us to the apartment.
• Heiko (10/5): Lovely apartment, lovely owner - The owner offers to pick us up at the arrival station. He was always available for us over the weekend and helped us. Very friendly and nice person. The apartment is very quiet in a part of the city which is a little off the tourist crowds but still in comfortable walking distance to all the sites. Not to mention it was very thoughtfully equipped and clean including very good beds and shower. There was really nothing we did not like.

• Rebecca (9/5): Fabulous gem of an apartment! - Having read the feedback from other visitors, we were very happy to find the apartment just as described. Leone warmly welcomed us off the watertaxi and showed us to the door. We had a fabulous stay. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the bedlinen luxurious! We did not use the kitchen much but it is very well equiped. When it was time for a break, we got round the shortcomings of the lounge chairs and cable tv by camping in bed and running Netflix through the tablet. We loved getting lost in Venice! We walked everywhere and spent two days visiting the islands and surrounding areas on with the watertaxi pass. People are so friendly and welcoming. And there are many amazing places to eat! For an apartment of this quality, a smart TV and a comfy sofa is a must.

He pointed out restaurants, shops and facilities in the area. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed it. We also had use of a rooftop terrace. Being a little way outside the centre was great; a quiet spot but with easy access to transport and restaurants. Thank you Leone for a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing

It’s lively, but not the masses like you see near piazza San Marco and no noise. The host Leone was very responsive and left us some delicious fruits and croissants for breakfast. The apartment was well appointed and the air conditioning was a real plus. My husband found the chairs uncomfortable and was disappointed that there was no sofa. My daughter and I had no problem with the chairs.
