• damico (8/5): Appartement bien situé, propre et l'hôte très gentil - L'emplacement du logement Dans l'annonce, il n'est pas indiqué que l'appartement est situé au 3 éme étage et pour des personnes moins valide ce n'est pas évident. Il n'y avait pas de couvert dans la cuisine.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Toppen läge! - Perfekt läge med nära till allt! Enkelt att checka in- och ut. Välutrustad lägenhet som är väldigt rymlig. Överlag rekommenderar jag boendet starkt till den som vill ha ett prisvärt boende med toppläge! Det som drog ner betyget lite för mig var att vreden för kall- och varmvatten i duschen var väldigt tröga att stänga, fanns risk att man brände sig på hetvattnet då. Inget varmvatten i toalettens handfat fanns vilket också drog ner betyget lite. Duschen hade svartmögel som enkelt skulle kunna skrubbas bort så att det blir en trevligare upplevelse för gäster. Som kvinna hade jag även uppskattat om det fanns separata duschprodukter: schampoo, balsam och duschtvål - och inte en all in one produkt. Vore även trevligt med en spegel i det större sovrummet också. Men det är bara petitesser, allt detta kan man ju leva med om man inte är jättekräsen, men väldigt enkla saker att åtgärda för att få upp betygen.

L’arrêt du vaporetto et du transfert vers l’aéroport est à 5 minutes. Un peu vieillot et présence de petits moustiques voraces

• ROSA MARÍA (7/5): Apartamento en Venecia - Que es céntrico. No hay ruido por la noche. Que los muebles eran muy viejos, e incluso faltan algunos, como en una habitación faltaba una mesita de noche, los utensilios de cocina escasos y le hace falta un microondas. Creo que tendrían que renovar un poco el apartamento. El baño bastante antiguo también. En general le hace falta una puesta a punto.

Regular communication by the host provided helpful information and tips. The washing machine is very old and did not spin effectively.

The white towels were spotless. This property is not good enough to be on Booking.com,or any other site for that matter. The kitchen was poor and not clean.The kitchen tablecloth was filthy. The sheets on the beds were spotless,but the duvet and over blankets were in need of a good wash if not replacing. The bathroom is a disaster zone.No hot water in the sink,a shower head that could not be height adjusted. The shower is disgusting.Black mould everywhere,and in need of a total re-grout.The shower cabinet has seen better days. The floor was the same,in need of a thorough clean and re-grouting. In short,the whole bathroom needs an upgrade. The stairs need a hand rail inside the front entrance. The photos are very flattering,and do not represent the reality. In view of all this,the price was too high. We have used Booking.com regularly and have been happy with choices,but this was a whole new,unwanted experience

When the windows were closed, the soundproofing was great. The property had some mold and an odd smell in the bathroom.

Host messaged us days before with photos of the front door/key pad. Then a video going upstairs to the appartment door and using the keypad for access. The location is excellent, short walk to St Marks Square or back to Rialto Bridge. Quiet, comfortable and good amenities made for a great three nights. Great host. Elevator to third floor, haha. Nothing really

The beds are also comfortable. Facility is clean 👌 If you have big luggage or elderly with you might take a bit of effort since there is no lift.

Alvise has on hand to help throughout our stay, giving tips on where to go for food, supermarkets and places to stay. We couldn’t fault the property.

Comfortable house, could accommodate 4/5 people. Shower in need of maintenance, with damp on the walls, cabin with loose rubbers. No toiletries, just toilet paper. Easy to repair.
• Emma (8/5): A fantastic stay, nice clean accommodation and central location! - This property was excellent, we loved it. it had everything we needed for a short break away, was clean and very comfortable. the location was fantastic. it is centrally located so noise was expected, to be fair we quite liked being amongst the hustle and bustle. There are quite a few steps to climb to get into the property (was being repainted whilst we were there!) we didn’t mind this at all but it’s not ideal for those with mobility issues as no lift! The house manager and owner were also great. No complaints whatsoever. Grazie Miele! -

• Alan (5/5): Passable - I had a very difficult time finding the apartment. The host initially said he would meet me at the water taxi stop. However my first flight was delayed 2 hours and 20 minutes and i was unable to make my connecting flight to Venice. When i called at the water taxi as arranged he said it was my problem that I was unable to get there on the pre-arranged time and he was too busy with other people and I would have to get to the apartment myself which to him was 5 minutes from the water-taxi drop -off(if you know where the apartment is). After checking with a policeman I was able to find the street and then the apartment.The host did answer his phone when i was on the street and i finally found the apartment.

We had a central location, washing machine and small kitchen. The space was appreciated and it suited our needs perfectly! The alleys can be quite populated and boisterous in the late evening.

• Roycljmaco (8/5): Accessibility is the key - The room is centrally located, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, ports going to different islands, museums, attractions & Piazza San Marco. You can even go back to the place to use the bathroom if you have to as there was very limited facilities. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate possibly 6 persons if they allow it. They have a queen bed & sofa in 1 room, the next room had 2 twin beds & a sofa in the living room. The air conditioner units are all functioning well, a much need feature especially on hot summer nights. A round dining table, a fridge, a microwave & stove top for people who would like to prepare their meals. A water kettle is also available. The bathroom is spacious, the toilet has a fancy toilet paper, a bidet, an area to hang your wet clothes or underwear, a sink with a good mirror. The washing machine in Italian but there is an instruction booklet provided by the host with information on how to make it work & other infos ypou might need such as WiFi password & instructions on how to exit at the end of your stay. In order to enter the unit they have provided a locked box, the instruction was communicated thru WhatsApp. We then have to go up to 3rd floor using the stairs while carrying our luggage, we have to hurry cause the light in the stairs was on a timer. If you have limited mobility, this unit is not for you. There entrance looks hideous & dingy but I guess this would not matter if you only stay there for a few days.
