• JAMES (9/5): Best view ever!! - The view from the huge windows and doors right on the Grand Canal was spectacular! The apartment was huge and comfortable although the bedroom was very small. . Many,many steep steps to get to apartment !! Difficult with luggage. It would have been more comfortable with a few niceties- a luggage rack , Kleenex, creamer packets for coffee.

Настоящий венецианский палаццо на воде с потрясающим видом на канал и собственной терассой. Палаццо имеет вход с воды и я добиралась туда и обратно от железнодорожной станции на водном такси,что стало еще одиним прекрасным моментом в копилку моих воспоминаний об этом сказочном месте. Спасибо Caterina и Pietro за гостеприимство и возможность почувствовать себя частью вашего прекрасного дома! Это не недостаток,а скорее то,на что необходимо обратить внимание некоторым гостям. Здание не подразумевает лифта,. В моем случае хозяйка любезно помогла мне с багажом.
• Betsy (10/5): Incredible! Loved it! - Our hosts were very welcoming, and it was a privilege to stay in their extraordinary family home. Now divided into individual apartments, the space allotted to guests has panoramic views of the grande canal from both the living room’s three 12’x 5’ windows and your own large terrace. I was giddy with joy at the beauty of it all.
• Catherine (10/5): This home made our stay in Venezia extra special. Truly a special place with wonderful hosts. - The house is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The view of the Grand Canal is magnificent. The communication with Caterina and Pietro was super efficient and reliable. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The house was very clean and the decor was breathtaking. I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Caterina and Pietro’s home. It made our stay in Venice extra special and we truly appreciate everything they did for us. Caterina made sure we had a water taxi to and from the airport. She was quick to answer any questions we had about the area and she gave us great recommendations. I hope to get back to Venice again and I would not want to stay anywhere else. GRAZIE! Everything was PERFECT!

Nice terrace, beautiful rooms well decorated. Enjoyed our stay. Construction noise was not expected. More lighting at entrance, lots of trip hazards especially at night.

• Michelle (10/5): It was amazing! Caterina is a wonderful host! - Caterina was extremely helpful! She had tons of recommendations for dinner. We love the gorgeous HUGE apartment and our own private terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Loved the Nespresso machine and little fridge! Several flights of stairs to get to the apartment which was fine for us and it was worth it for the view.
• Olya_anima (10/5): Authentic, cozy and with great attention to details. Wonderful views of the Grand Canal! Great Host! - Probably the most romantic apartment in Venice! This was our first visit to Venice and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The apartment is saturated with the history and spirit of Venice. This is a great opportunity to feel like a real Venetian for a short time. Pass through spacious, bright rooms to a stunning private terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the lively start of a Venetian day. I would like to mention interior details. Every little detail is there for a reason and you can feel the level of care Catherina (wonderful host) puts into this home. Catherina is a very responsive and open person. You can find a small guide with a lot of useful information that she has prepared for her guests. The apartment has a small fridge and everything you need for morning coffee. Nearby there are many small cafes where you can have a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place if you are a couple on a romantic getaway! Or if you are good friends and would like to share the beauty of Venice! The apartment is extremely clean and has a new fitted shower room. Despite it is located on the main "street" of Venice it is very quite and pecaful. I would love to return to this place! Everything was great!

• Naomi (4/5): Disappointing - The unit inside was clean and neat. They could have mentioned that there was major renevations happening. From the entrance it was building materials all over and the terrace looked nothing like the picture. Quite frankly the place looked dingy to me. The host talked the hind leg of a donkey and walked into our unit at 10:55 ready to clear us out. Wish it looked like the picture.

• Bradley (10/5): Beautiful Canal views in authentic Venetian apartment - Beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows in the front room of the apartment with views over the grand canal. Nice, spacious balcony with flowers and furniture to relax with the beautiful backdrop. Perfect place to take your loved one and a special location to propose. You can spend hours just watching the boats on the grand canal. The hosts Caterina and Pietro were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We want to go back :)
