• Edwin (7/5): Fantastisch plek voor mensen die niet al te lang zijn. - Goede locatie. 2 minuten van de vaporette en 4 minuten van bakkerij/ supermarktje. Heerlijk dakterras met bloeiende planten . Topplek voor ontbijt en borrel aan het einde van de dag. Rustig. Zeer gastvrije host, komt je ophalen bij de vaporette ! Te veel spullen in het huis waardoor er weinig ruimte over bleef. En voor ons (1.98 m lang) was het echt te krap, met name voor de badkamer moet je kleiner zijn.
• Lina (10/5): Puikios atostogos Venecijoje - Puikūs apartamentai ramioje vietoje. Bute yra viskas, ko gali prireikti: rankšluosčiai, indai, keptuvės (nesubraižytos!), puodai, šampūnas ir pan. Balkone smagu išgerti rytinę kavą arba pasimėgauti pirmaisiais saulės spinduliais. Buto šeimininkas Agostino labai malonus ir rūpestingas. Jis mus pasitiko prieplaukoje, palydėjo iki buto (2 min.pėsčiomis), viską aprodė ir paaiškino. Rekomenduoju butą ieškantiems autentiškos aplinkos ir ramios kaimynystės.
• didier (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour sans soucis - L'accueille du propriétaire à l'arrivé du vaporetto, les conseils principaux en Français, l'emplacement et le calme de l'appartement, la proximité de tout. C'était parfait je recommande. Un grand MERCI Mes Agostino. RAS
• Claudia (9/5): Tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung. Klein aber fein. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Kleiderschrank und Kommode sind ausreichend groß. Die Schiebetür im Bad bei der Dusche ist genial und die Küche ist ganz neu. Sie enthält alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine Spülmaschine. Da wir die Wohnung im Februar gemietet hatten, konnten wir den Balkon leider nicht nutzen. Dieser ist aber groß genug und dort befinden sich Gartenmöbel. Im Sommer ist das bestimmt ein toller Luxus. Die Kommunikation mit Agostino hat wunderbar funktioniert. Er hat uns am Anleger abgeholt, die Wohnung erklärt, Tipps gegeben und es gab sogar Karten für einen freien Eintag in das Guggenheim Museum. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Lichtkonzept ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier hat sich jemand viele Gedanken gemacht, aber es ist trotzdem schwierig auf Anhieb den richtigen Schalter zu finden. Es roch ein wenig nach Kanal. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob dieser Geruch aus den Rohren kam oder ob der aufgestellte 'Duft', mir unangenehm war.
• Calmette (10/5): - Un appartement parfait pour découvrir Venise, tout en autonomie. L'emplacement était un bon équilibre entre le calme d'Arsenale et la proximité des quais et de la place St Marc. La nouvelle cuisine est très pratique, avoir un salon avec un bon canapé après des heures et des km de marche était fort appréciable. Merci Agostino pour l'accueil et les conseils. ... rien !

• Ursula (8/5): Hat alles gepasst. - Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Matratze war super. Schön war, das die Basics in der Küche waren. Kaffee, Brot usw. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Auch die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war sehr nett. Allerdings wäre eine Keybox auch bei einer späteren Anreise auch nicht schlecht. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Das Sofa ist nicht so gemütlich. Leider kann man kein Internetfernsehen schauen. In den dunklen Monaten ist das Abends doch schon nett.
• david (9/5): - The apartment is situated down a narrow side alley, so probably better to arrange to meet the owner, Agostino, at the Arsenale boat stop, then its only one minute from there. Good communication with the host upon arrival and he took time to show me around the apartment and answer questions. A lovely, cosy one bedroom apartment with ample facilities and a lovely, quiet terrace. A one minute walk to a vaporetto stop and 10 minute walk to P. San Marco. Nothing , all was splendid.

• marion (10/5): Gelungener Venedigaufenthalt - Das Treffen mit dem Hausherrn Agostino war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, so wie die Kommunikaion vorab. Eine sehr zuverlässige Schlüsselübergabe und freundliche Einweisung folgten. Die Wohnung ist bestens gelegen. Die Einrichtung angenehm, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Heizung und W-Lan, wenn man braucht, funktionierten perfekt. Alle bereits geschriebenen guten Beurteilungen trafen alle zu! Vielen Dank! alles bestens
• Lori (10/5): Perfect Home for Venetian Experience! - Lovely, well appointed Venetian-style apartment with extra touches such as art, CD music selection, and lighting. Perfect space for my husband and I to call home in our brief stay in Venice. Located near the water taxi and in easy walking distance to restaurants and many important historical sites. Agostino was very easy to reach and communicated important details and suggestions before hand and along the way. Not a thing! We appreciated the detail of the umbrellas!
• Dace (9/5): - Paldies par laipno uzņemšanu. Dzīvoklis atbilst bildēm. Ideāla atrašanās vieta, jo neatrodas pie skaļas ielas, bet visur var nokļūt ar kājām. Viss patika, dzīvokļa iekārtojums, gulta, glāzes, interjers, akmens flīžu grīda, terase u.t.t.. Liels paldies!

• Yolandran (9/5): Pleasnt, comfortable and handy. - Location brilliant. Close enough to San Marco but not so close that you are bothered by tourists. Very close to Vaperetto stop. The host was gracious enough to allow us to use one of his museum memberships which saved time and money. A washing machine could be a nice extra touch.

• Elżbieta (10/5): - Przyjechaliśmy do Wenecji o godz. 10, zameldowanie mieliśmy o godz. 15. Poprosiliśmy Agostino o możliwość wcześniejszego wejścia do apartamentu. Agostino przekazał klucze swojemu przyjacielowi, który wprowadził nas do mieszkania od razu po przyjeździe. Patrząc na upalną pogodę, było to dla nas jak zbawienie. Agostino odpisywał od razu na każdą wiadomość, komunikacja wzorowa. Polecam gorąco ten obiekt.
• hallet (9/5): - Position centrale dans un quartier calme et authentique. Terrasse au calme dans une cour intérieure " hors du temps". Climatisation efficace par temps de canicule ( juillet). Suggestion : une petite clim' spécifique à la chambre serait la bienvenue
• CHIENPO (7/5): 這是一個離港口很近的住宿地點，你可以住得像當地人，但是這裡的設備老舊，需要有這樣的心理準備 - 地點很好，距離碼頭非常近 熱水壺無法使用，告知房東並沒有解決問題，只告知不要用 第一晚沒有煮菜的鍋鏟，後面跟房東反應完後有提供 最不能接受的是我們要自己倒垃圾，還是早上8點以前，這對於旅客們的時間來說非常不友善

• Regula (9/5): super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Agostino war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Kommunikation hat - klein, aber zum wohlfühlen, sehr schöner begrünter Balkon im Innenhof, neues Bad (in Venedig eine Rarität;-). Agostino ist ein toller und freundlicher Gastgeber. eine gute Lage für die Biennale, Restaurants sind auch nicht weit. für zwei Personen etwas enge Platzverhältnisse im Schlafzimmer
• Salome (9/5): Great apartment full of charm; great host and location. - The location is fantastic. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights as the last leg of a two-week journey. Host was most incredibly kind and understanding when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment. However, I was met by host within less than 20 minutes with a spare key to be let inside. I was very apologetic, and Agostino the host was only concerned if there was anything else I needed, was I comfortable? And yes, we were. His kind and understanding attitude were a relief. The apartment has some treats like coffee, crackers, cookies that we did not use but it is nice. Tons of great restaurants all around. Very quiet alley even though you are 100 steps from the main action. Area is extremely safe & about 50 yards from Arsenale water taxi stop: very convenient. Because we came from a long cruise, we had large and heavy suitcases. The apartment is on a second floor and no elevator. That was fine for us. (My husband did the lifting.) An older person could find it more challenging. However, host offered to help with suitcases (my husband said he had it under control, but nice that he offered) The price for stay was great as well as location so not an issue for us. Also, Venice is all bridges, so steps up and steps down all day, so just part of the experience. We loved Venice and did not want to leave.

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Attractive, traditional apartment in an ideal location - within just a moment's walk from the Arsenale stop for Vaporetto water busses and airport ferries; selection of nice restaurants and neighbourhood bakery very nearby; only a few minutes lagoon-side walk from St Marks Square. Our host, Agostino, met us in person from the airport ferry to take us to the property and always responded promptly to any messages. We loved our stay here!

• Jp (8/5): Excellent location and amenities. - Excellent location off the crowded paths but central and close to everything, nevertheless. Very well equipped. It’s a bit cluttered. Hardly a space to place your own things. But it’s a matter of taste. Some will appreciate all the books, kitchen equipment, etc.

• Emily (9/5): Cute and quirky property with fantastic location - Plenty of space for 2 people, amazing location and really appreciate the hosts leaving member cards that get you free entry to the Guggenheim collection! It’s also very quiet as the property is not right on the waterfront or next to any bars (but only a minute or two walk away so you’re not far from anything). Shower is quite small and the property is up some stairs so if you have additional access requirements that may be an issue. Otherwise it’s a cute place

• Gerasimov (10/5): Perfect stay - We've stayed here for the second time and hope will have a chance to stay here again and again. Everything is great: location in 10 minutes walk to St.Marc square and 2 minutes from vaporetto stop, hosts are friendly, punctual and helpful. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and the whole apartment is a very cosy and lovely place.

• Paul (8/5): Quaint and convenient, with everything you need. - Really handy for main sights - Doge's Palace and St Mark's Square a 10 minute walk, Rialto bridge a further 10 minutes (depending on the crowds) which also has a relatively large and well stocked (De)Spar supermarket. You can get a waterbus directly from Marco Polo airport to the Arsenale - 15 euros each - 2 minutes walk from there to the flat. The host was excellent, very helpful, and stayed to greet us as our flight was delayed by a few hours. All amenities in the flat worked well, good WiFi, and there was some food there for us - crisp bread butter and jam, which was very handy as most places shut by 10pm. There are some restaurants open to the early hours - but not nearby. Gelato was brilliant everywhere. Balcony was really useful, aircon essential and worked well and the bed incredibly comfortable. Nothing really.
• Ellina (4/5): Black mold and other issues - I liked the location very much, a bit away from the crowded places, this is pretty much why I booked it. The host Agostino met me not far from the apartment and let me drop my suitcase there although it was much earlier than the check-in time - thanks for that. Also explained how things work and answered some questions about the city, which was very nice. Unfortunately there were issues that made my stay not very enjoyable: the worst was the bathroom with lots of stains of black mold on the walls, which is not only not pretty but also simply harmful, I really hope it will be taken care of before other guests will be staying there. The shower itself is really tiny and separated from the rest only by a curtain which sticks to the body while taking a shower, plus water gets out under and all over the floor. Cleaning definitely needs checking before letting guests in: bedside table had sticky stains on it (probably coke), as did some of the kitchen drawers, water glasses covered by stains (all of them), unpacked food items from previous guest, hair-bush on the bathroom floor, somebody's used make-up in the bathroom. There was no blanket on the bed (I found one in a box inside the wardrobe though). Got really loud on friday evening from surrounding houses, till approx. 3 at night. Socket near the bed didn't work, had to unplug the lamp to charge the phone. I was told to bring the garbage out, complicated system of taking different garbage out on different days - which I really don't think is my job, especially for 130€/night. TV has 10 italian channels and only one in english showing old CSI episodes :) Asked at the check-in if I could login into my Netflix account to watch on the TV, Agostino said yes - unfortunately it was not true.. Why I didn't address these issues while still there? Because I don't like someone coming in during my stay without me present, and didn't want to be sitting around waiting for someone to come, as I only had 3 days. All in all I had the impression, the apartment is not cared for, not well attended to. In total, rather disappointing.
• Deborah (8/5): This was an excellent place for our short stay in Venice, well equipped and close to everything we needed for a great st - Fabulous location, near to the centre of Venice, water bus stop, local restaurants and places to visit. Lovely apartment, well equipped, thoughtful owner providing maps and advice about being in Venice. Although generally very clean and well presented the balcony area was not so clean.

• Nanna (9/5): Superb - Great location. Really quiet and was a very charming little flat. Amenities for cooking was really appreciated. The balcony was the best feature. Dinner and breakfast had outside every day. Really nice and welcoming host. Could be cleaner, the bed was also not the most comfortable. The double bed separated in the middle as it was made up of two single beds.

Amazing appartment 4m to the ceiling with wooden beams. Even free tickets to Peggy Guggenheims museum. We recomend this place 100%
