• Imme (6/5): Da gibt's noch Luft nach oben... - Für ein spätes Check-in wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Der Service funktionierte einwandfrei Die Toilettenspülung war zu schwach, um große Geschäfte runterzuspülen. Das war unschön und es musste mit zusätzlich gesammelten Wasser nachgeholfen werden. Die Heizung ging nicht wirklich. Am letzen Morgen kamen unangekündigt 3 Leute, die die Heizung gewartet haben. Sie waren sehr freundlich und entschuldigten sich, das hat aber den Check-out hektisch und unbequem gemacht. Die Wohnung war voll und man konnte sich kaum bewegen, um die letzten Sachen zu packen...
• Gilles (9/5): Un bel endroit pour séjourner à Venise. - Superbe appartement, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Calme et proche des lignes de vaporetto. Un hôte disponible et à notre écoute. il manque peut-être un micro-onde.

• Ellen (8/5): Clean apartment in convenient location - I liked that the property was immaculately clean (linens were crisp and white, and the shower was spotless) and that the apartment was in a very convenient and quiet location. The kitchen was very functional with basics like olive oil and sugar provided which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The toilet didn’t flush properly throughout our stay. We had an extremely frustrating check-in experience because the address of the property that is listed by Booking is NOT the actual address. This meant that when we arrived at the address, we were then told to walk another 20 minutes to the actual location of the property. This was not okay for my elderly father, and was a stressful experience. The actual address should have been communicated well in advance of our arrival.

• Graham (8/5): Very enjoyable - Location, we’ll kept and modern. All you could want for everyday living. Vaperetta close by. Top floor with 3 flights of stairs . Not a problem if you don’t have big heavy luggage . No lift but can’t be expected in old Venetian buildings.

The equipment of the kitchen was good enough for our stay. - The location was totally different from the address noted on booking.com... The address stated it's near the main popular area, but the actual address (provided afterwards) was totally distance from what's stated; I wouldn't have selected this accommodation if I knew. Although the location was still pretty close to other dock, still, my first impression was a bit being deceived... - The water temperature of the shower was super unstable, kept turning cold, I was forced to finish my shower really quick as it was pretty cold at night - The water pressure of the toilet was depressingly weak, it didn't flush very well...

• Christopher (9/5): Clean, well-equipped apartment in great location, perfect for a family to explore Venice. - For me and my daughter, this felt like a lovely big space. It has a kitchenette so we could have some meals at home. Its very clean and well-equipped. The location is great - close to two boat piers for easy access to the rest of the city. Its located in a charming alley with some good shops and eateries nearby, including a well-stocked deli. This is perfect for a family stay. Nothing I can think of that I didnt like.

• Stéphane (8/5): Really nice apartment and hosts, fairly priced but the bed needs to be changed - We really liked our stay in this convenient and spacious top-floor apartment during our 4-night trip. We found communication with hosts good. The double bed actually consists in 2 single beds put together side to side and the mattresses are too soft which we found uncomfortable and regrettable in the long run - we believe the mattresseses should be replaced - a suitable replacement would really make this apartment a gem :)
• Amy (10/5): Perfect Stay in Venice! - We loved everything about our stay at La Casetta! The apartment was quiet, spacious and had everything that you would need for staying in venice! It was easy to get to all the tourist spots, we just loved everything!
• Mary (10/5): Lovely apartment and great hosts - Comfortable and lovely apartment in a quiet and convenient location in Venice. Right near San Samuele vaporetto stop which is only 5 stops from the main railway station and easy access to other lines. Thank you to Marcello for great communication prior to our stay and also sending us info on restaurants, supermarket etc and also details of which vaporetto line to catch from the station. He also arranged for Valentina to meet us at the apartment and she went above and beyond to show us the apartment, give us info on several things in Venice and even came to the vaporetto stop to meet us. Thank you Valentina. We will never forget your kindness. Quite a lot of stairs to tackle with luggage but we thought it was well worth it to stay in such a lovely apartment.
• Saquib (8/5): I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. - Location was great. Plenty of space in apartment which was clean and well presented with all the facilities you could possibly want. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bed frame protrudes out at just above ankle level which meant if not careful you would bang your leg on the corner as you walk past it which is painful.

• Diana (9/5): Very comfortable, highly recommend! - Location was great, everything is very walkable in Venice. The apartment was very quiet. The bed was very soft and comfortable. There were plenty of basic amenities (towels, toilet paper, soap). Apartment was very clean. Host was very informative and provided wonderful recommendations. It was a pleasure to return and relax after long days of exploring. It was not remote/automatic checkin. The host was great and as patient as he could be, but because of the unreliable public transit in Venice, it was difficult to provide a reliable meetup time. This was a problem because the host had to meet other clients for checkin elsewhere. It added a great deal of stress to arrival. That said, it was wonderful to actually meet the host and get a personal tour of the apartment and explanation of guidelines.
