Посудомийка🔥 на відпочинку, душ та ванна 👍Є вся необхідна посуда для приготування їжі, кава і кавоварка. Холодильник і мікрохвильова піч. Кондиціонер ♥️ Спілкування з власницею було ідеальним. Всім рекомендую, це краще ніж їздити з материка що дня. Плюс тепер по вихідним , і деякі місяці потрібно платити за вхід до Венеції, а якщо ночуєш більше 1 ночі на острові, то нічого не платиш, бо платиш податок і так. -

• iosef (10/5): - The apartment is located very close to the city's attractions. There are many places to buy breakfast and there is a supermarket right next door. We had a pleasant stay and the host is very friendly.
• Stephanie (9/5): Logement spacieux au cœur de Venise - L'emplacement est l'atout majeur de l'appartement! Il est proche de tous les lieux importants ce qui nous permet de visiter Venise à pieds sans souci et quelle que soit l'heure. La présence de la supérette face au logement est un véritable plus. L'appartement, très propre et bien entretenu, est spacieux et très bien conçu. Les chambres sont vraiment grandes, les rangements nombreux. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien. Nous avons également apprécié la 2ème salle de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée ( il manque uniquement des verres à vin! 😄 ). Rossella est disponible et répond sans souci à toutes nos questions avant et pendant le voyage. Les échanges se font via whatsapp. Le message d'accueil est très détaillé ce qui a facilité l'installation. ( logement très facile à trouver ). Rossella nous livre aussi ses conseils pour le séjour et se montre à l'écoute si besoin. Un plus que nous avons vraiment apprécié : nous avons pu laisser nos bagages au delà de l'heure de départ.

• Snjezana Susan (10/5): The apartment was superb 👌. - It was quiet, but everything was right there. Big bedrooms, so you can easily pop your suitcases in. Which is a bonus here in Venice. The aircon was high end, worked superb. Washing was a true bonus. Apartment was great.

The communication from Rossella was excellent and we greatly appreciated her recommendations for places to eat and things to do. • Ian (10/5): A lovely apartment in a fabulous location with - The location was excellent with restaurants and a small supermarket close by, restaurant prices were noticeably cheaper on this side of the Rialto bridge with the same high quality. Most of Venice's main attractions were a short walk away so very convenient. The apartment was clean and reasonably spacious and everything worked, although we didn't use the cooking facilities we had no doubted they would have worked. A good place to stay

It was located within walking distance to popular attractions and quieter neighbourhoods as well. Rosella was a great host. She messaged us to make sure we got into the apartment okay. • Matt (8/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of Venice. - Lovely apartment in a great location. Good a/c, a lovely big bath and generally well equipped. A great base to explore all of Venice. A lovely host, who goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. I was happy but my wife wasn't too comfy in the beds, maybe partly down to having only a single pillow. I think the kitchen was well stocked originally but perhaps some items have been broken over time - there was one wine glass left, 2 bowls and 3 tumblers so there was a bit of sharing needed amongst our family of 4.

It just missed a - The location is amazing, very close to the water busses and Rialto which is a thriving area in the centre of Venice. There was a mini-supermarket nearby as well as great coffee / pastry shops, gelato, other shops and more. The apartment manager was amazing to us, she provided us with loads of really great and useful information about the apartment and Venice. It’s nearby to a main path which leads to popular areas where people head out for drinks late at night so you’d often hear loud people unfortunately, this would only be an issue if you were a light sleeper though. Also, the building doesn’t have any access for disabled people and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. A few light switches and door locks didn’t work either but this didn’t cause much of an issue for a family.

• Orhan (10/5): Rossella was really helpful for us. Everything was perfect. - The flat is close to center just 3-5 minutes and really quite. Cleaning, heating, kitchen accessories etc. are perfect.Rosella is helpful for everything and so kind:)
• Catriona (8/5): We had a great few days in Venice and the apartment was perfect in terms of size and location. - Location was great. Very easy walk to the Vaparetto stop which we used a lot. Great to have a supermarket practically on the door step. Very near nice restaurants and shops, yet very quiet for sleeping at night. Well equipped apartment for doing some basic cooking. Great folder full of helpful information from the host Rossella. And she was very quick to communicate with us and sorted a couple of wee problems very efficiently. The toaster needs replaced as most of the elements weren’t working. We were under the impression that there would be some breakfast items supplied as there are a couple of photos on booking.com showing the table with pastries, fruit, milk and juice. And another with a bottle of prossecco on the bed. We arrived after midnight and found the fridge empty. This was very disappointing. So the photos should be removed as they are misleading.

• Li (7/5): Good - Excellent location, can reach most sights within 15-25 min walk. Spacious and big apartment. The host provided cookies and a 20 euro discount as some of the amenities were not available on the first day. Also allowed us to store our luggage until 12 pm which was great! Bedsheets in the main bedroom were musty and could be of better quality. Communication response time was slow. Didn't take payment through Booking.com so we had to arrange another payment - minor thing to note when booking this place.

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen/bathrooms/rooms. Many restaurants/supermarkets in the neighborhood. Ms. Rossella gave us very useful pieces of advice regarding local shops or places to visit. She was very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our staying in Venice, thanks to her and her accommodation.

The owner was responsive to our request for additional towe - Very charming flat- tastefully decorated, good layout, nice artwork! The shower in the main bedroom have a space in the frame that caused water to pour out. It needs to be fixed for future guest or else it will damage the nice floors.

Wobbly handrail leading up to apartment, rubbish bins left on stairs for whole 5 days of visit, broken chair back to one of the kitchen chairs, hand held shower over bath not working, insufficient toilet rolls so had to buy some more, had to carry a lot of euros to pay cash for second part of payment and had to arrange a time to be in for sister to collect, couldn't find the iron or ironing board, electricity tripped soon after arrival and had to wait a long time to be told where the fuse box was located which was hard to access. More details needed to inform how to use equipment eg oven.
• Łukasz (9/5): Superb - Location - basically old town city center yet in the quiet street. 5 min walk to Rialto bridge, 15 min to St. Mark's square, 3 min to waterbus. Flat itself quiet, very convenient and practical, all necessary stuff in there. 2 bathrooms and super nice beds. Contact with the owner really comfortable and quick per whatsapp Internet - practically didn't work. The flat was generally very clean but I still saw room for improvement: under the beds there was a layer of dust and some small dirty stains in the kitchen cupboards. Comparing to the flat in general those were minor details though. I reported that to the owner and she assured that in the future more attention will be paid to these. Only because of those two things I didn't give note 10. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

• Leandra (8/5): Good location - Convenient Location-  a few minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal, this allowed us to explore the city primarily on foot Well-Equipped Kitchen- all  the basics needed for our stay, including coffee maker. We had breakfast each day, plus one takeaway dinner. Good Sleeping Conditions: Ca' Venissa surprised us with its relative quiet. Additionally, the shutters let us get the room really dark, which we prefer for sleep. Unreliable Internet- the Wifi connection  proved to be quite problematic, leading us to restart the device multiple times each day. Even when it was working it tended to be quite slow. Unavailable Laundry Facilities - the washing machine was located in a locked closet, and by the time we figured things out it was too late to start (since everything needs to air dry). Lack of Door in Master Bathroom - we knew this would be an issue when we booked, but we also knew there was a second bathroom with a proper door, so we just used that one. This might be more difficult for those traveling with companions or family members. Dim Stairway at Night - the stairway leading to the apartment was quite dim during nighttime.

• Dawn (10/5): Can’t wait to return! Beautiful apartment! - A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Away from the hustle and noise of the tourist sites (just a short walk)! Gave us a chance for a short stroll through the real neighborhoods of Venice. The hostess was very communicative and accommodating. Had no worries before I arrived and it was the same throughout our stay! Beds were sooo comfortable. The bunk bed was a little high for my cautious kids (and similarly cautious mom), but there was a comfy padded cushion that we unfolded on the floor for our youngest. We were a family of four (kids 11 and 14) and it was perfect!
