• Zlatina (8/5): Very good - very spaceous place with nice furniture! everything went very smoothely, the hosts were very nice. i had to work from home one of the days, that also went great. the internet connection was very good. there were all kinds of ammenities that we were free to use. the only problem was that there is a loud bar nearby and one could hear people talking loudly when they passed under our windows. i am aware that the host cannot change that, but it is definitely something to consider when booking
• Julie (8/5): Absolutely beautiful. Florence is a lovely and walkable city. Highly recommend this place and our stay! - Lovely place. Great location between train and duomo areas. It’s a quick walk from train station and rental cars. From there it’s a quick walk into the duomo area. Communication with staff in WhatsApp worked great. The place is a cool loft. Kitchen has coffee pot and a fridge and stove… very easy. If you sit out for dinner at one of the restaurants on backside of the building, it’s a cello concert with you meal. The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep with bathroom downstairs— but was fine if you’re careful.

• Steve (6/5): A cool space, very close to Rialto Bridge - it is very spacious..master bdrm, smaller 2nd bedroom, large LR and den area and kitchen. Bathroom was small with a very small shower. Location Very noisy at night.. It is right next to a bar restaurant where they hangout outside pretty late. Bathroom was small with a very small shower stall.
• Edgar (6/5): Location good but poor accomadations - Location was good. Loud restaurant outside until 12pm-1am. Only 1 large bed. 2 twins in other. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Only A/C in master, no A/C anywhere else in house. Other couple roasted. Small coffin like showers that leaked to the floor Many of my previous B&B always supplied towels and service each day. Only 1 towel set per couple for 3 days. Asked at hotel that provided key but did not support towels. Said to wash them yourself and hand dry. Drying is not an option during wet & humid days.Not the right answer. If you are looking for location only and it's cool outside rather than early September, 85 degs, then, the place is OK. Otherwise, pay more to find a better place that cators to service and the client.

• Blessie (5/5): Passable - No breakfast included. Location is great, very central and close to everything including Rialto Bridge No air conditioning, very hot and very noisy. Bed is very squeaky and lots of bugs bite. Bathroom is very small specially the shower.
• Alexandra (6/5): great location however very hot apartment and very noisey until late. - location was good, shower pressure and temperature great. spacious. only one small portable aircon only in the main room - is unable to cool whole property. one small portable fan that does not rotate enough to cover the 2 beds in the second room. very noisey bar downstairs - needed windows open to not sweat all night. PowerPoints falling out of sockets.

• Kim (10/5): Excellen and would definitely stay there again. - The apartment was excellent for a family. It was clean and the art work and decor was lovely. A great location with many excellent eating places and bars close by that were not the usual tourist traps. Reception gave us lots of useful information on ferry passes, where the locals eat. Breakfast was available in the hotel opposite that was reasonably priced. Overall an excellent stay and very enjoyable. It was a little noisy with the bars, but it was expected when you are staying central to all of the action.
