• Lorraine (7/5): A reasonable value with an accommodating host family - Decent location, just a bit off the beaten path. Close enough to a Vaporetto stand and a nice Piazza. The host family was nice and responsive to meeting us and visiting us to fix a problem. There is a small “lip” step into the bathroom that is a trip hazard. Would be nice to have a true coffee pot. Also would be helpful to have a list of restaurants and places to see in the neighborhood..
• Michelle (7/5): Good - Location. Wonderful help getting from the train station to the apartment.place was very clean. Incredibly noisy people above us from 12pm til 4 in the morning 5/9 nights. Definitely need new pillows. Place is rather dark though inside. Really pricey.
• Halldór (10/5): The best apartment to stay in while in Venice! - An amazing and cute apartment in Venice, fun to get lost in the streets, amazing art scenery in the neighbourhood and beautiful stores, very close to St. Marc’s square and very close to amazing restaurants! What more can you ask for? 🤩🤩🤩 Loved the stay there for 3 days! Staff very helpful! Nothing at all

• Fatih (9/5): Superb - The house was very well cleaned and everything was thought of in the house. All kinds of food were included, from coffee to jam, fruit and pasta. Live flowers were placed in the rooms and even in the bathroom, there was a 24-hour access to the friendly host Malika. In addition, the location was within walking distance of everywhere, we were very pleased. Only, the furniture was a bit old and the house was not very bright due to its location. However, these are not deficiencies, only; It cannot be said that it is suitable for those who want to stay in a house with plenty of light and newly furnished.

• Doug@ (9/5): Superb - This was an adorable little apartment. The husband (Mimo?) met us at the water bus and guided us to the apartment. I wasn't feeling well so I sat but he spent a good deal of time showing my wife the map and recommended places to go. They provided a bowl of fruit and an assortment of snacks he said we were welcome to. It was such a cute place. We would go back The stairs are steep and narrow and there was no light in the hallway. We had to use lights on our cell phones. It was a bit treacherous at night. We reported it, but was not fixed when we left two days later
• Patricia (6/5): pleased with the location of the apartment but not with the apartment - The apartment was well located within easy walking distance of the main attractions, just off a busy square but very quite at night. the apartment was extremely clean and very confortable bed The apartment was small and .ideally suited for two adults and not four as advertised. The bathroon was cramped with an oversized bathroom suite leaving little circulation space . The shower had hand mixing taps and without warning the hot water would run extremely hot very dangerous especialy if bathing small childern. The kitchen was a disappointment very small no oven as advertised the four ring gas hob left no space for food preparation and had to use the sink draining area the remaining space was taken up by a microwave oven which and left no space for the electric kettle or toaster all theappliances could only be used one at a time as there was only one plug. The kitchen was clealy only meant for short stay use and those used to microwave cooking. Make sure that you have castiron instructions how to find the apartment you will not find it on your own and that your phone is charged and that you get reception if your arrival /reception is based on a phone call

• Pablo (10/5): Very nice appartment for visit Venecia - This accommodation is very well located, just a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, Rialto and the main Vaporetto stops. The room is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is very functional and comfortable. The welcome upon arrival was perfect. Nothing in particular.
