• Carop2010 (8/5): Spacious well located apartment - Spacious apartment, well located right in the centre of Venice in atmospheric neighborhood. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Good aircon upstairs. Owner very helpful and communicative Mosquitos were an issue.

• Eva (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay - fantastic short holiday. Thank you very much, Marco! - The place was very clean and Marco, the host, was very friendly and tried to accommodate to our needs (I could come early to drop off our luggage), leave a bit later at the end of the stay. The flat is well equipped, practical and very well placed, 10 minutes from the train station, in a quiet street, and there is a little Conad supermarket very close. The area is really charming and was not overcrowded by tourists at all (mid of May), charming small campi some minutes' walk away, with cute restaurants and bars etc. As the streets are very narrow, the living room on the 1st floor is a bit dark, but this can be an advantage in hot summer days. It would be great to add some small bedside lamps.

• Craig (10/5): Amazing central location in the heart of Venice all in 10 minutes walk of major attractions. - Our host Marco provided instructions via WhatsApp with the keys to the apartment located in a key box at the main door which was super easy and stress free. We were able to drop our luggage inside the door whilst we went out to explore Venice. Nothing, it was all good.

La climatisation n’est pas efficace et impossible à régler avec la télécommande mise à disposition (absence de manuel d’emploi) et très bruyante. N’avons pas réussi à activer le wifi.

Great Host - It's a 5-10min walk from the train station and 10-20 min walk to all the sights...Rialto bridge, st mark's basilica, the main square, the restaurants. You get the whole apartment with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and a pull out sofa bed on the second floor (main floor). There are 2 bathrooms. Very spacious. The host provided great directions to get to the apartment from the train station. The check in and check out process is easy. I will stay there again when I visit Venice again.

• Allanna (8/5): Great centrally located apartment in the heart of Venice - Amazing location in Venice, 15 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and other sights. Comfortable living area, accommodated 4 people perfectly. The air conditioner was not working and with windows open attracted a lot of mosquitos
• Katarína (8/5): - Apartmán bol veľmi príjemný, v super lokalite. Potešila nás káva, ktorú sme si mohli urobiť. Jediná výhrada, ktorú máme, sú nie príliš voňavé uteráky, odporučila by som nosiť si vlastný uterák. Tu sa sušia vo vlhkom priestore na prízemí a nikdy celkom nepreschnú, potom sú cítiť zatuchlinou.

• Azma (10/5): Lovely Clean Spacious Apartment - This apartment was in a really good location. Walking distance to all main sites. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. It had a lovely traditional Venecian feel to it. Could do with a towel/clothes holder in bathroom near the shower.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Nice apartment in Venice - The location is really good. Everything is within 20 min walking :) I recommend the nearby restaurant (quite cheap with a good food). The supermarket is also quite close. The apartment (in fact it is the whole house) is really comfy. Two nice bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and large dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is basic bathroom mostly used by us as a toilette. The wifi connection quality was very good. The host was very responsive and eager to help. There was no single shelf in the bathroom which is quite strange. I would strongly recommend at least one in the shower area.
• Cintra (8/5): Clean and well equipped apartment and an absolutely wonderful host! - Marco was an amazing host. He waited for us on arrival and he showed us around the apartment. He was easy to reach and always quick to respond. He provided dining options and gave us tips for getting around in Venice. He also brought 2 small fans as soon as we told him about the summer heat in the apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for my party of 5. We had ample space for sleeping and luggage storage etc. It is 2 separate floors. So quite enough space for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is PERFECT -close to grocery stores and restaurants, and a 10 minutes walk to the bus station and also walking distance to St Mark's square The airconditioning is not in the bedrooms. There is 1 unit in the main area of the apartment. This however, does not cool the entire apartment very well in the hot summer. Marco however, was able to provide 2 small fans which helped a little.

• Nadezhda (8/5): Very good - The location is wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable and atmospheric, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The man who met us with the keys was very nice and caring. The price seemed too high for us, and this is the only minus of this apartment. We were in the winter and it was cold in the apartment, we had to dress warmly.
