• Antoine (5/5): Fait le boulot mais c’est tout - Emplacement Odeur de la salle de bain, humidité, pas de service de garde de bagage alors que c’était dans l’annonce. Très cher pour le service.

• Carmen (9/5): fabulosa - La ubicación es excelente, céntrica pero muy tranquila. A 15 minutos andando a la Plaza de San Marcos, cerca de una parada de vaporetto,etc... Irene muy atenta, proporcionó consejos de viaje, nos permitió entrar antes al alojamiento y dejar las maletas el último día. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario y tienen el detalle de tener: azúcar,sal,café,infusiones,etc...
• GAUTIER (7/5): - Le bon contact avec Irene qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour apprecier notre sejour, la tranquillité des lieux, la qualité du matelas et des oreillers, la proximité des choses à voir et à visiter, le quartier authentique calme et avec des commerces. Le dysfonctionnement de la chasse d'eau durant les 5 jours de notre présence.

• Gracia (10/5): Maravillosa estancia - La ubicación muy cerca de la parada de Fondamento Nove como a un paso a pie de la Plaza San Marcos o Puente Rialto. El apartamento es muy grande, en planta baja sin escaleras y todo muy bien equipado y con aire acondicionado y muy tranquilo. La anfitriona, Mónica, muy atenta, servicial y dándonos consejos sobre Venecia.

• Leah (9/5): Lovely stay here. A hidden gem which was so comfortable after a long day of walking. Monica was amazing too. - Fully equipped, 2 beds Aircon seemed to be motion censored so it went off at night which was warm
• Jenny (10/5): Great place to stay - Monica was proactive in her communication and greeted us warmly on our arrival, which included an in-depth introduction to the apartment and area. The apartment had a great sized bedroom and living area, fully functional kitchen and separate bathroom. Having a washing machine was great. The location is still only 10 minutes from St Mark's Square and 6 from the Rialto Bridge as well as close to a few vaporetto stoos but was a lot less busier than the main tourist areas. We saw gondolas pass our window but was very quiet to sleep. Nothing

• Zaffar (7/5): Big apartment, easy access around Venice - The place is very spacious and has a big wardrobe to store all of your luggage. Kettle, sugar and big fridge provided which was very nice. Easy access in and out. It’s quite a distance from Rialto water stop to the place especially if you have quite a bit of luggage. Be prepared for a long walk. You need to remember not to flush toilet paper down the toilet and throw it into the bin. Not a big issue but something you need to bear in mind.

• Marlijn (10/5): Perfect location for a spacious apartment - The apartment was spacious, clean and the location was perfect. Close to all the main sites! Also airco was also nice in the summer. It was a bit noisy with the bedroom next to the main doorway. Also I think the host forgot we were staying their but she quickly arranged everything and we had a great stay.
