- Shaheen (7/5): Great place to stay for a short visit, location of property is convenient, only 15 minutes walk from main attractions l - Good location, only 15 minutes walk to main attractions including San Marco Square. Lovely coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Host was polite and helpful and responded promptly to queries. Downstairs toilet/shower room was not usable. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep and not level.
- AhmedElnaggar (6/5): Loved the neighbourhood - the location is in the best neighbourhood in Venice the place does not look like the photos online. the whole building is under renovation / construction and in order to get in, you need to go through scaffolding the whole building is covered with scaffolding.

- Alpinate (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really spacious, 90 sq m, with a full kitchen, dining room, and two bedrooms. It's a top-floor apartment, no neighbours. Great neighborhood, lively and authentic, close to the Via Garibaldi restaurants, a vaporetto stop, and just 10 minutes from the direct line to the airport (Linea Blu). Lovely canal views from all the windows. 1. The apartment is two flights up steep stairs (the banisters help, but the stairs were still tough for my 80-year-old mom). 2. There's only one A/C unit in the hallway, none in the bedrooms. And you can't really open the windows because of mosquitoes.
- Matthieu (10/5): The genuine Veinize as you would dream. - Very genuine apartment in a quiet location at 10 minutes from San Marco piazza.A great view on small canals. A lot of groceries to buy food . No e restaurants and coffee. One of the best apartment we’ve ever booked.
- Mayur (9/5): Very nice apartment, super nice host and lovely small view of Venice from the window. - The host was super duper helpful, guided me all the time how to access the property and how to check in. Everything in the apartment was great. I enjoyed my stay there even though it was for just 1 night. Bit expensive but as it was last minute booking, so no complains.

- Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not so many tourists around, which gives you a unique experience of living like a Venetian :-) Still very close to Piazza S.Marco - 15 minutes walk or so. The apartment is big, beds comfortable, air conditioning works fine. Apartment is clean and cosy, fully equipped. The owner is extremely nice and helpful
- Khaled (4/5): I do not recommend it. There are lots of other good places and closer to tourist area with samoliar price. - The apartment is clean and comfy. The stairs are very steep slope and very very tight to lift your luggage up. The location on canal view is a joke. The canal water is very dirty and lots of mosquitoes. We got lots of mosquito bites. We had two big suitcases and the distance from Giardiasis bus stop is about 10 minutes walk. It was very hectic to pass 2 bridges with suitcases. The location is extremely outside of tourist area and it is located in a dead area where there are no restaurants nor good stores.

- David (10/5): Exceptional - The location is on the old part of Venice. supermarket very close. the apartment is in peaceful area, not many tourists around. but 5 minutes walk from busy area. the apartment has lots of history. if you want to get the real experience of Venice, that is what you need. staying in the apartment makes you feel like home. if I go to Venice, this is where I would stay. nothing worth mentioning.

- Martin (9/5): Superb - Our host Paolo did everthing to make us feel comfortable, even when we arrived at 10 pm. He came to see us at the ferryboat.. The flat is older but authentic and great with 3 rooms and a big kitchen. So 6 people could have a nice holiday. Very close to both sites of the Bienale, all in walking distance ( 5 Minutes ) Hosterias, cafes , butcher, fishmonger , swimming greengrocer on the canal and a very reasonable supermarket ( where the locals shop ) as well. Even S.Marco is in walking distance, about 25 Minutes. Ferryboat ( Giardini) abou 8 Minutes. We will come back.
