• Thiago (9/5): - Do tamanho do apartamento, localização. Sentimos falta de algumas facilidades como microondas, não tinha torradeira ou misteira, não tinha forno. Pra nossa família que fez algumas refeições na casa ficou um pouco a desejar. Estávamos com uma gestante, duas crianças e dois idosos. E o fato de ser no terceiro andar e não ter elevador não foi muito bom.

• Ankush (7/5): Overall it is in good location and closer to boats or a 1 mile away from centre - It was close to water boat ( from airpot ), Host was helpful and guided me with all instructions Overall it was decent flat for the price we paid. Around a 1 mile to centre if you can walk over all the bridges or 5 mins walk two water boat stations from where you can take water boat to any part of venice. it is on literally on 3 rd floor , but with kind of height of building it is 2 nd floor , but not firstfloor by any chance. Lot of steep steps to climb was expecting some coffee powder or tea bag but None available.
• Claudia (10/5): Wonderful flat, helpful and friendly host - Wonderful flat with a stunning view. Everything we needed was there. The flat looks really like on the pictures on booking.com! It was perfect for our stay with 3 generations. We had no problem with the stairs (52 steep steps). Super helpful and very friendly host!

• Tal (10/5): Great location and great size of property - The property is located in a quiet area of the city and 5 minutes walking from everywhere. it was big enough for 4 people (grandmother, father and two daughters) and all of our suitcases. it is functional, AC was great. we will be back!

• Richard (9/5): A really great value stay, in a comfortable apartment in an excellent location! - A really great value stay, in a comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location - convenient for travel, less touristy but still with a great selection of canal-side restaurants and bars. A short direct ferry ride from the airport, and a short walk from the ferry drop off, and also an easy walk to or from the train station. The host was great - we arrived late but nothing was too much trouble, and they provided good information on the local area to get us up and running quickly. 'Would definitely stay again.

We very much appreciated that it was a nice quiet area away from the crowds. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Our host, Pietro, was very helpful and accommodating, even allowing one of our group of 4 to check in several hours early There are several flights of stairs which would be very challenging for anyone with mobility issues. We were a group of 70+ year old women who struggled with our luggage.

• Dobozy (10/5): Affordable, Good Location, Lovely Apartment - I loved the location: far out from the main tourist areas, so it was quieter and cheaper, and the nearby restaurants and bars were also cheaper than in the heavily touristed areas of Venice. But it was still only a short walk to get to the main attractions (twenty minutes or less). The view from the apartment was also superb.

• Daniela (9/5): Discovering Venice Made Easy: Proximity and Convenience - This Venice accommodation offers an excellent location in a peaceful area, conveniently close to most attractions, making them easily accessible on foot. Additionally, a nearby ferry provides convenient transportation options for guests to explore the city even further. The kitchen is well-equipped with many essentials, yet having a large knife and a bread knife would have made meal preparation even more efficient. Furthermore, a thoughtful provision of extra toilet paper and dishwashing liquid would have enhanced our stay's overall convenience and comfort.

Spacious apartment with good facilities and good bathrooms. No fly screens on the windows and 3 flights up, but this is typical of Venice and Italy so not particularly a problem in relation to this property. It was great that the air conditioners worked well.

• Anonymous (10/5): Fantastic apartment! - The apartment was huge, clean and decorated tastefully. We met the host Pietro, who was very fun, friendly and helpful. The mattress and pillows and towels were of great quality and comfortable. The location was also great and it was easy to get to the train station, the Lido, the airport and St Marks square. Most of the main attractions were within 20mins or less walk or by vaporetto. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location of the apartment is perfect as it's a bit quieter so you can avoid the crowds but within a few minutes walk you can get to great restaurants and nightlife next to the picturesque canals. I would highly recommend this apartment. We had an amazing holiday.
