• Carel (9/5): Wonderful apartment for a family of three or two couples. Superb location for any visitor to Venice - Outstanding location. Near excellent restaurants, cafe’s, pastry shops and bakers. It had fabulous facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was perfectly clean on arrival. The lady that greeted me to give me the keys to the apartment was very friendly and helpful; she even advised us on how to work the AC machine in the sitting room. Even though the apartment building is on a busy canal with many restaurants, we dis not hear any noise. The bedrooms would benefit from AC machines in them and the shower water pressure in the en-suite bathroom could be a bit stronger.

Pésima atención del anfitrión,elisabeta,malos modos,apuros,malas contestaciones,nunca tuve en Booking,tan mala experiencia!! Y eso que es un sitio por lo demás confiable

• Andreas (10/5): Wunderbar, toller Palazzo, schöne, großzügige Wohnung, netter Balkon, fantastische Lage. - Ausschlaggebend für die Wahl des Quartiers war die exzellente Lage im Cannaregio, ein wenig abseits, aber doch mittendrin, die Lieblingslokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles gut erreichbar, zu Fuß, aber auch per Vaporetto. Die Dusche im kleinen der beiden Bäder könnte, wie schon einige Male von den Vormietern erwähnt, nachgerüstet werden, das Wasser kommt nur tropfenweise und eher kühl; das große Bad ist sehr okay. Die Kommunikation vorab war ein wenig mühsam: oft nur Anrufbeantworter, kein Rückruf, lange keine Antwort auf Anfrage via booking-Formular bzw. Mail; hat aber letztlich alles gut geklappt.

• Virginie (9/5): An excellent base for our family trip to Venice. Perfect location for us with plenty of space. - Location was excellent. Slightly out of the way of the main thoroughfare, but easy to get to everything. Bars and restaurants down the canal from the apartment. Apartment was perfect for our needs. The views from the windows/terrace was spectacular. Plenty of room for 4 adults. My only niggle was the shower. The main bathroom was OK, but couldn't get more than a dribble out of the other one.

• Artem (10/5): - The best host ever Giuseppe. He gave extremely valuable tips about the city. Nice location. There is supermarket "Spar" near by. Very clean and elegant apartment. Beware of mosquitos. Take with you or buy (in Spar) a repellent for mosquitos. Sometimes could be hot inside apartment.
• Belinda (10/5): - Great stay, easy check in and host was great to deal with. Francesca who met us on site was great and had some great local recommendations. Nice central location, nothing was too far to walk. Would definitely recommend and definitely be back.

• Eva (7/5): Schlüsselübergabe schwierig, Extrakosten für Bettwäsche, viele Gelsen – aber schönes Apartment! - Die Lage war super, das Apartment schön eingerichtet, kleine Dachterrasse zum Raussetzen, aber zu klein, um draußen zu Viert zu frühstücken. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert – wir konnten den Gastgeber weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail oder SMS erreichen. Zusätzlich wurde uns kurzfristig mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment nicht zur Verfügung stehe, obwohl wir eine gültige Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Erst durch die Unterstützung von Booking.com konnte die Situation geklärt werden, was jedoch dazu führte, dass wir den gesamten Nachmittag verloren haben. Wir waren zu viert angereist. Es gab ein großes Doppelbett, ein kleines Doppelbett (ca. 140 cm) und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Doppelbetten waren nur mit gemeinsamen Doppellaken bezogen. Da eine Freundin alleine auf der Ausziehcouch schlafen wollte, baten wir um zusätzliche Bettwäsche – diese hätte jedoch 15 € gekostet. Angesichts der vorherigen Umstände fanden wir diese Forderung unangemessen. Eine Entschuldigung und Erklärung zum Missverständnis bei der Schlüsselübergabe erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage – die Erklärungen waren allerdings nachvollziehbar, so etwas kann passieren, und am Ende ist alles gut ausgegangen; wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein zusätzlicher Hinweis: Unbedingt Gelsenstecker bereitstellen – es gab extrem viele Mücken im Apartment.

• Elena (4/5): Disappointing - Location Cleanliness, not enough linens, towels. Upholstered furniture not clean. Old overused pots should have been eliminated. Mold in bath areas. Dirty and smelly floor rugs!
• Ann (9/5): A lovely apartment in a peaceful and traditional part of Venice - The views are stunning and it’s situated in a wonderful part of Cannaregio with many excellent restaurants/cafes. The surroundings are so peaceful for Venice but easy to access shops/transport.

• Genevieve (10/5): Exceptional - We thought it was a perfect location, away from the crowds, but close enough to shops and food. With gorgeous, uniquely Venetian veiw, the apartment was comfortable and cosy. The communication was excellent from start to finish. We would happily stay here again. Lots of stairs to climb, but that made for the unique view.

• Spar (8/5): Great experience in lovely place with amazing host - - typical and original Venetian appearance of the building - great view - neighborhood amazing, in residential area, but very close to the sights - Alberto picked us up at the train station and walked us to the building. He was exceptionally charming, welcoming and friendly. Very good English 👍🏻 - the owner of the flat was aso in touches with us. - airconditioning in the living room and fans are available (in the master bedroom can be a hotter) - many stairs to the flat, no elevator - water pressure in showers a little bit weak - that they have repair the sink in the kitchen during our stay and it took a while and the whole flat smelled not good because of the sink. - if you always open the windows and the balcony, there will be great chances of having mosquitoes and insects. However we have brought our insect spray 👍🏻
