• Svetlana (8/5): Уютные апартаменты в стиле home-stay - Расположены апартаменты в тихом районе, где много деревьев (в 5 утра поют соловьи). Проживают местные жители. Мы посещали Biennale Arte’26. Очень близко и удобно заходить на выставку с бокового входа. Остановка вапоретто S.Elena в 3 минутах от дома. Близко до острова Лидо. Налево при выходе из подъезда, на углу соседнего дома, расположена маленькая продовольственная лавка. В апартаментах три изолированных комнаты, удобная кухня, санузел совместный, душевая кабина, горячая вода от газового нагревателя. Апартаменты в стиле home-stay (жильё с историей), т.е присутствуют вещи хозяев. В апартаментах нет стиральной машины, т.е она присутствует, но весит объявление чтобы её не включать. Нам она была не нужна. Утюг очень бы пригодился, но мы его не нашли. Гладильная доска была.
• Christophe (9/5): Sejour en famille - Prise de contact avant notre arrivee et disponibilité de notre hôte pour faciliter l'arrivée. Le tout dans notre langue et accueil sympa. Appartement bien équipé et dans un quartier très calme et vert : à venise ça repose !. Et vaporetto a 100 m, saint Marc à 2 arrêts. Bref une bonne expérience

• Natalie (10/5): Alessandro was really helpful. He told us which boats to get and met us to take us to the apartment. He also gave us som - Traditional and very homely apartment in a quiet, leafy area of Venice. Includes everything you could need for a short stay including microwave, hairdryer and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. It is quite a walk into the centre of Venice (about 20mins) however the boat stop is a short walk away if you prefer to use those.

Troppi pochi giorni di soggiorno sarei rimasta molto volentieri anche un mese😂😂😂

• Pedraza Alcalá (7/5): - El personal muy atento y predispuesto a ayudar Nos encontramos mucha suciedad bajo los armarios, una navaja incluida, cosa que nos dio bastante miedo. La primera mañana nos abrieron la puerta de casa porque supuestamente se equivocó la persona de la limpieza, cosa que también nos asustó, ya que no es muy agradable que te abra la puerta con llave un desconocido a las 7 a.m La tercera noche, nos encontramos entre las sábanas una especie de pañuelo que no era nuestro, cosa que nos dio bastante asco ya que ¿Tengo que dar por hecho que han lavado las sábanas? Además, en el check out, nos dijeron que debíamos abandonar la casa a las 10, y la persona de la limpieza llegó 20 minutos antes, sin poder terminar de recoger y revisar nuestros objetos.

Идти до центра с маленьким ребёнком 30 минут, но эта дорога в удовольствие. Хозяин встретил нас у входа, он все рассказал и показал. В квартире есть книги, которым более ста лет.

• Mustafa (8/5): 2 nights in Venice - Extremely clean and big space for us 5 adults. Great hot water in shower and beds were very comfortable We were told beforehand the location is away from the city center . That was the only draw back . 30 min walk to St Mark Square/ city center

• Marc (7/5): Trotz der Mängel hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. - Schnitt und Lage der Wohnung waren super. Waschmaschine war defekt. Kein Mückengitter an den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer. Eine Gasflamme war defekt. Der alte Einbaukühlschrank und -gefrierschrank waren defekt und haben gerochen. Spartanische Küchenausstattung. Es gab keine Weingläser, Handrührgerät, Auflaufform, Schüsseln , Toaster oder Pürierstab.
• Dorota (10/5): Pobyt niezwykle udany - Świetna lokalizacja. Piękny, wygodny apartament. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, dokładne informacje jak dojechać na miejsce. Utrudnieniem była nieczynna pralka i zbyt mało naczyń typu szklanki i kubki.
• Michelle (7/5): Alessandro was lovely and accommodating our stay was okay - The location was good and in a nice quiet area It was very dusty and not clean. The washing machine was not working and we were not told prior to arrival. There should have been an umbrella in property as it rained from4pm onwards and could not leave the property due to heavy rain. I had to ask for new bath towels as ours were stained. I would suggest the owners buy new ones and it requires cleaning. Many cob webs and dust everywhere. Mattresses quite lumpy and when you move in bed there’s a constant squeeke sound
• John (10/5): I can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again! - Imagine staying in Venice in a generously sized apartment in a real neighborhood with large parks nearby. Imagine needing to make only a short walk to a boat-bus station and about a 15 minute walk to San Marco along the waterfront. Imagine having this at a reasonable price. But you don’t have to imagine because you can have it with A Casa di Claudia. Staying here was easily my most pleasant experience ever in Venice.

• Katarzyna (10/5): We had a great time at the apartment and in Venice. - The apartment is very specious, clean and in quiet location, only 25 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes walk from S. Elena boat stop. Has all the features and appliances needed for stay. The host is super helpful and caring, he helped us a lot organising taxi boat for us and gave us many mane useful advices, thank you Alesandro 😊 Highly recommend it Nothing
• Cathal (9/5): Great host and great location make A Casa Di Claudia a great base from which to explore Venice - The location is fantastic, its a quiet safe area which is easily accessable by either boat or foot. There is a small shop next door and a cafe round the corner for coffees in the morning. Its just a 5 mintute walk from the St Elena boat stop meaning Lido and St Marks are just 15 minutes by boat. (But you could easily walk to St Marks if you preferred). The host Alessandro was great - key pick up was complicated by a boat mix up by us but was quickly resolved by Al who was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had - which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Everything was great

• Rhys (10/5): Cozy apartment away from the noise, but close to the action. - The apartment was located in a quiet part of Venice away from the overcrowded and noisy tourist sections. Apartment was very nice and cosy. Area was pretty and had excellent public transport connections back into the city. Bed wasn't the most comfortable/quiet.
• Seid (10/5): Ale's welcoming hospitality and genuine care would make me choose to stay with Ale again in Venice. - Alessandro's warm welcome made me feel like I was being embraced by a family member. He took great care to ensure our safe arrival, guiding us through every step of the process. His attentiveness and caring nature as a host were truly exceptional. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay with Ale again if I return to Venice.

Communication with Ale very warm and Signora Alissa greeted us from the Vaporetto and was charming....my favourite place to stay from now on. .....

The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, and the location is fantastic. Perfect location away from the busy downtown areas but close enough to reach all attractions easily. Highly recommend.

• Hector (10/5): perfect stay - everything! calm location Claudia was very nice with us, worries of our needs. the floor it’s pretty and all the ornaments. comfortable everything was very good! the only detail, it’s that we needed to get the keys in Lido (not a big deal, just one vaporeto station)
