• Diana (9/5): - It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We liked having the full kitchen. On booking.com ,under property details , it listed airport shuttle. This was one of the factors we considered when paying more to stay there instead of at a property that cost less.

• Ellie (10/5): Quiet and convenient - paragraph): The location is very convenient, just off the main street down a small alley and about a five-minute walk in, so it feels much quieter than staying directly on the main road. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Georgia was very kind and friendly, and she explained all the house rules clearly. She also recommended a few restaurants that we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

• Amit Goyal (4/5): Not worth it! - Apartment is clean and spacious.closer to the railway station. Superficially all looks good, but apartment has too many issues for a comfortable stay. First of all, central heating doesn't work continuously. It goes off in middle of the night leaving you cold and shivering in bed. The faucets in shower and bathrooms are very disfunctional. Shower head is bad, half of the openings are jammed, hot water is also a problem from the taps. Beds and chairs creek, water heating kettle is calcified from the bottom, drilling around the place early in the morning.

• Maria Antonietta (9/5): Molto piacevole, tornerò di sicuro - Ottima posizione e appartamento in zona molto tranquilla e di dimensione adeguata. La proprietaria molto gentile ci ha fornito molti consigli per un piacevole soggiorno. Suggerirei qualche piccola miglioria al bagno che renderebbe assolutamente perfetto l'appartamento. Ad esempio la sostituzione del braccetto della doccia perché probabilmente molti dei fori sono occlusi dal calcare, quindi il getto non è sufficiente. Il lavandino, in particolare il rubinetto, sono troppo distanti dal bordo del piano, quindi poco comodo quando si sciacqua il viso. Anche in questo caso il getto dell'acqua sembra essere insufficiente. Per il resto non ho osservazioni da fare, tutto molto funzionale

Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert, Bahnhofsnähe - gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Erklärung zur Mülltrennung und Müllabholung; Keine Filter für die Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (waren leider im Supermarkt auch nicht erhältlich), Ausstattung ganz ok. Den Fliesen in der Dusche gehört etwas Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.

Sumamente atenta, sus recomendaciones fueron certeras, tanto en los lugares para almorzar como en la forma de movernos por una ciudad atípica, llena de canales y callecitas que, a veces, no conducen a ninguna parte. Las instalaciones del apartamento: excelentes. No nos faltó nada. Amplio comedor, cómodos dormitorios, baño en perfectas condiciones, lavarropas, muy útil cuando uno ya está en los últimos días del viaje y necesita recuperar vestimenta. La ubicación, lejos del centro, pero así la elegimos, queríamos un lugar cercano a la estación de tren y esta fue una muy buena opción.

• Richard (9/5): Location, cleanliness, fantastic. Welcoming greeting and all communication from host was perfect. - Location, cleanliness, easy access and short walk to station. Quiet part of town and able to walk own luggage to the apartment which is not always possible in Venice. Great local restaurants and bars. Many thoughtful items for guest use. All good - a fussy person might find issue with any apartments but on holiday this place was just perfect.
• myriam (9/5): Fantastisch en rustig - De locatie was perfect, overal dichtbij en rustig. Alle keukenapparaten waren voorzien, goede matrassen, we sliepen goed. Dichtbij het station, de vaporetto en het centrum was gemakkelijk te bereiken. Een supermarktje vlakbij. Het appartement was gehorig en redelijk donker binnen. Maar dat stoorde niet echt want we waren er alleen 's avonds.
• David (6/5): A decent apartment in a good spot - The apartment was close to the train station and main ferries. It is away from the main street and reasonably quiet. The apartment itself was spacious with decent amenities like a lift and kitchen. The apartment was quite old and dated. The bathroom was small and fairly cramped. There were a lot of mosquito's including inside. The small balcony is aged and not what is pictured. Overall it was very serviceable but tired.

Wygodne łóżka zapewniły nam komfortowy wypoczynek, a dwa balkony i taras były idealnym miejscem do porannej kawy czy wieczornego relaksu. Lokalizacja jest absolutnie rewelacyjna – w samym sercu Wenecji, wszędzie blisko, dzięki czemu mogliśmy cieszyć się urokami miasta bez długich spacerów. Gospodarz przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocny – poprosił nawet o numer naszego lotu, aby śledzić ewentualne opóźnienia, co było niezwykle miłym gestem. Z całego serca polecamy ten obiekt każdemu, kto chce spędzić niezapomniany czas w Wenecji! Brak uwag

• Li Yan (9/5): - Google導航不太精準，花了一點時間才找到正確位置；還好可透過What's APP與負責人員(Giorgia)保持聯繫。 交通地點便利，走路可達火車站與乘船處。 提供的洗衣機與晾衣架，對於長途旅行者來說相當便利。 櫃子裡的刀叉廚具不夠清潔乾淨。 住宿處的電力容量不太夠，洗衣時發生跳電情況。還好有預先得知遇此情況時的處理方式，迅速恢復電力。

• Hollie (10/5): This apartment is large and comfortable. - This apartment is very convenient to the train station (Santa Lucia), and the host provided us with an easy map to find it quickly. She met us at the apartment to give us the keys, and she also gave us some great restaurant and walking tips. The apartment is large, and the beds and AC were comfortable. The washing machine works really well, and there is a big clothes drying rack. If you want to open the windows, it is loud in the morning due to the garbage boat in the nearby canal. The shower head needs to be replaced.
• Hemanth (8/5): Very good - Place was clean. Has Kitchen (Gas stove), Fridge, washing machine, TV, good Wifi and Air conditions (Hall, Master bedroom and Small bed room). There is small elevator to reach the apartment floor. The Host was very polite and friendly explained the rules around house. Very near to Venice Central station, different Boat ride points and street shopping I had more luggage and was with Wheel chair person so reaching the house was bit difficult nothing to do with the Apartment or Host.

• Steven (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment in a clean building Comfortable furniture and beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. Elevator is small but functional. The greeter was rushed and impatient with us as the building is not easy to find even when you are on the correct street. There were retractable wooden shutters to block out the light for sleeping that we didn't know how to operate until our last day.

• Lisa (10/5): Wonderful Apartment - Very spacious. Walking distance from train. The owner met us at the apartment. She suggested some places to eat. We went to two of them,Pan E Ogio and Pontini which were very good and reasonably priced. She also gave us a suggestion on where to get a gondola ride nearby which only cost 55 Euros which I think was probably cheaper than the ones near the square, but we did not go to Rialto bridge either. Instead we went thru small cozy alleys which I preferred. The walk to St Marco square is about 30 mins or you can take a boat. The location is great because we only walked 5 mins from train and also a quiet area. Overall was a great apartment!

• Haydn (9/5): Big apartment in a quiet corner of town - Easy to meet our host, and liked that our apartment was central but also tucked away down a street so much quieter than having to be around all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Plenty of space. We drove to Venice, so had to park in Tronchetto and walk a while with our suitcases, so definitely recommend taking the boat into the centre, but once we were in, the apartment was in a great spot for walking around and exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

• Judy (9/5): Lovely Apartment, Great Location and Great Host. - Host was great, she met us and let us leave our bags in the apartment even though we got there early. The apartment is in a great location, not far from the train station and a bustling area of restaurants, cafe's, shops and the water bus station on the Grand Canal. A map with a diagram of how to walk to some of the top spots was available along with recommendations of where to eat. There were also lots of other guides for first time visitors to the City. There was a lovely balcony with table and chairs to sit on to soak up the sun. A new water bus stop (S Giobbi) is in place very close to the apartment which takes you to Murano which was really handy, as the directions from the ticket office guided you through the train station. We chose early on to eat some evening meals in the apartment, but didn't realise at first there wasn't an oven - not a massive problem, we got our pizza's heated before heading home. Can't really think of any other negatives.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but only a short walk from the Grand Canal. Local shops, restaurants and all the water borne transport were all within a short walk. Overall a really good apartment in an ideal location.

• Santoshkumar (8/5): overall good stay in a cosy apartment which is very close railway station with lots of dining option - Host's daugher Gia helped us to do check-in and handover the keys. also helped us with recommending a very good restaurant which is 5 min walking distance. accomodation is just 5-7 min walk from railway station. the given address on google map's points the accomodation location to different area which 1.5 km away from railway station. the this google maps problem resulted us in 40 min back and forth walking this address and google maps problem can be avoided if host registeres the locaiton on google maps as most of us use google maps to find the locations

• Hau (3/5): The price of the apartment is unreasonablely high. - The experience of living the apartment is really bad for the following reasons: 1. Within the first hour of my arrival, there is suddenly no electricity in the whole area of the apartment and I need to go down to underground twice to fix the electricity problem by myself at about 21:30; 2. the water, especially hot water from the shower is very weak; 3. the blanket is very dirty (with two red stains); 4. the house owner switched off her phone in order to rejecting help.

It is located within a quiet and safe neighbourhood, few minutes to main street with shops and restaraunts. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. Nothing much except a minor point - we had to dispose the rubbish at a collection point a short distance away from the apartment in the morning. We understand it is a law for the area.

Well stocked kitchen with basics such as oil etc. It was very hot while we were in Venice so the air-conditioning was much appreciated. Lovely balcony with a view. Perfect.

Apartment took you just far enough away from the crowded main streets, but close enough to join in a few steps. Catching a water taxi to get to St. Mark’s Square also close by. We were informed that we could not run all a/c units (3 of them) at the same time due to potential power outage. 1 unit in each bedroom and one in the main room. However, these units quickly cooled down any room, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Couple of minor issues in the apartment that were quickly fixed. Owner was very responsive! Found out upon arrival that that laundry machine was broken. The owner did offer to take our laundry, however we were looking forward to the convenience of doing it ourselves.

You can find everything in house. Well equipped property. No any single thing which is negative to this property.

Just to be aware if you have luggage that there is quite a steep bridge to cross over to get to the appartment if you are arriving on the bus from the airport to piazza le Roma,however I think this is just a feature of Venice.

• Alexandre (8/5): Perfect location, quiet, safe and close to everything. - Perfect location, very close to the Venice train station (walking distance) and also walking distance to anywhere, Close to supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Very nice space with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living/dining room and bathroom. I could checkout and leave my bags for a couple of hours at the apartment, helped a lot for a last walk at the city. Towels were a bit "hard".
