• Dane (9/5): Well worth the stay, easy to get in and out of the crowds, especially with young children. - Stephon was great, location is great, apartment was stocked full of everything needed, (pots pans, plenty of cutlery and glasses), for us, both beds were very comfortable. The place is located on the second floor with windows looking down on the streets, my daughter enjoyed looking down watching and waving to people walking past below. restaurant below had good food, excellent staff working there, they greeted us everyday we came home, asked how our day was and had a chat, supermarket next door for cheap food, drinks, fresh meats and cheeses was excellent. 5 minutes to St. marks square, less than 5 minutes to Rialto and water bus/taxi. Shower was the only issue. The water temperature fluctuated from normal temp to freezing to scorching hot without touching or moving the handle, all 4 of us experienced this, I did not reach out to Stephon about this, as we are not fussy travelers, I am sure if I did, Stephon would have had a fix. Venice is old buildings, for us just being there with the family was enough.

Wİ-Fİ hiç çekmiyordu. Telefon internetimiz bile neredeyse hiç çekmedi. (Sabah erken saatlerinde bağlanmak kolay oluyordu)

• Christine (9/5): Very nice comfortable stay in Venice - Very nice apartment, central to Venice. Within 15 minutes of major attractions. Half hour walk to train station. Grocery store 10 ft away. Apartment is complete with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable. Wifi good. Secure locations. Many restaurants close by. Clothes Washer is a bonus. Easy to see why this apartment is rarely available. Would stay here again. Bathroom / shower was clean and functional. Shower was ok, but not top, top rate.

• Magda (9/5): Great place in perfect location - Host, location, facilities, cleanliness - all top. Thank you. One thing to keep in mind - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Trash collecting carts/ tourists with suitcases could disturb your sleep then. I appreciated the wooden sun blinds.

• Michael (10/5): This was probably the best accommodation I've every had on a vacation! - superb location, right between Rialto bridge and St. Mark's basilica, very spacious property (bigger than the photos show), very classy decor (elegant furniture), fully equipped kitchen The main (back) bedroom is very quiet, but the front bed-room faces the street, so it's bright and a little noisy at night (ear-plugs and a night-mask are all you need)
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Stefano was extremely helpful, providing much needed guidance on how to get to and from the airport, especially our return flight which was very early morning. Apartment is a great location, very central to all the main sites to see, with a convenience store right opposite. Apartment is very clean, and well maintained, and bed is comfortable. It was cold when we were there but the heating kept it lovely and cosy when we returned from being outside. There can be some noise from outside and the restaurant next door, but its to be expected when in a busy area. The bedroom is out the back though and more quieter, I am a light sleeper though, but nothing that some ear plugs couldn't rectify. I'd highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Venice, and would use again if we returned. Nothing we didn't like.
• Amy (10/5): Comfortable space in a location that allowed us to explore Venice and still return for a siesta. - Located right across from a grocery store and next to many restaurants and bakeries. In between Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Sophisticated decor of artwork and shelves of books line the walls. Water pressure is good. Bed was comfortable enough, but sunk just a bit in the middle. Toiletries are communal.
• Nelliemarie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very central, close to all the amenities, with a good supermarket next door. It is beautifully furnished and very clean. Many bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hosts are very nice and came immediately when there was an issue with the door. If we visit Venice again, we will sure come back to this apartment. Just a small comment about the light in the apartment, we are readers and a good reading-lamp in the living room would make it even more perfect.

The appartment is very comfortable and the hosts very friendly. We were able to leave our baggage in the morning before check-in and also during the day after check-out.

• Mathews (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the hear of Venice - Nice location in Venice. Beautiful, well kept apartment with all needed amenities. Ample space, nice art, plenty of books and close to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Is a trek from the train station if you are walking.
• Maxwell (10/5): Great place to stay - Stefano (host) could not have been more helpful in guiding us to the apartment and how best to get to the airport when we left. His English wasn't great. However, whatsapp communication worked well. The apartment is well located, being close to the majority of sightseeing attractions . It was very clean and had all the facilities available to use, including the kitchen, TV area, bed and bathroom. There is a washing machine to use too. We stayed 2 nights and probably should have stayed longer. There are steep stairs if you're not very mobile. Value for money is subjective, but the premises held no hidden issues.

Would definitely stay again! - The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, etc. (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, umbrella, etc) to suit our needs. Hosts were wonderful and helpful. The apartment was above a wonderful Trattoria (de Gigi) that was one of our favorite restaurants amongst several cities we visited in Italy. There was also a great gelato shop just a few steps away. Superb location within walking distance of many sites. There was also a grocery store steps away. We wish we could have stayed longer. Great AC in the bedroom and there was another AC in the hall that did cool the living room where the fold out couch was, but we may have liked a small fan.
• L (9/5): Great location in Venice with great shower. - It's right in the middle of Venice. Location is great. The apartment is just the right size for us. The bedroom at the back has a window overlooking some grape vines which is quite pretty. The living room is facing the street. The facilities are great with full equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The owner has a good collection of books. It's good to have the owner come meet us to collect the keys. Boat tickets are expensive, advisable to just walk from the train station and have a gelato on the way. The room is a bit dark. This cannot be help due to the low rising buildings in Venice. We wished the check out time is later. 10am is a bit too early for us.
• Sheila (9/5): Fantastic stay with great location. - Great location near Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Very comfortable stay with all the amenities we needed. A Coop market conveniently located just steps away. No screens on windows so had to keep windows closed to prevent mosquitoes from coming in. Although, this was not a problem because the air conditioning works well. Just wanted to let some fresh air in.

• Mark (10/5): Beautiful flat in a perfect location - Perfect location - above a fantastic restaurant, opposite a convenience store, close to the main sights but not so close that you suffer from the crowds - you couldn't ask for more. The flat itself is perfectly appointed and is a good size - the living is particularly nice, cozy and comfortable with a good library. A perfect place to stay in Venice. Nothing.

• Taavi (8/5): Superb location and surprisingly large apartment - Stefano is an excellent host - he contacted me in advance of the trip, gave instructions how to efficiently navigate the maze of streets in Venice and met us in time to show everything. It is quite a difference living in an apartment compared to a hotel room in an oversubscribed tourist location where the value of the offered is at times questionable. WiFi is fast and I used the smart TV as speaker via Airplay - an option missing in most hotels. There are a ton of books on Venice and fiction books though mostly in Italian. The apartment kitchen is well equipped and Coop superstore is in the opposite building. Had we chosen to eat out, there was no shortage of restaurants, offering gluten free options along with traditional cuisine. The towels need sanitising as they tend to start smelling after numerous washes. There was a washing machine, but no drying rack. I would recommend adding a mosquito net for one of the bedroom windows - I prefer to sleep with open window and not to be bitten.

• Maria (10/5): Best Stay in Venice Hands Down - I traveled all around Italy, and this was by far the BEST stay I’ve experienced. The apartment was so comfortable and cozy. It was also immaculately clean. We felt very safe staying here. It felt like home away from home although it was our first time in Venice. It was conveniently right across from the grocery store so that made it easy for us to get things we needed. Furthermore, it was spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We had no issues walking anywhere, every excursion we had was maximum an 8 minute (beautiful) walk away. He provided so many appliances as well. On top of that— the man was so kind. He was very thoughtful and we didn’t need to buy anything extra, not even towels or a wine opener. 11/10. When we come back to Venice, we will definitely come back to this apartment! Not to mention, he had a very well stocked collection of books and wall art which made our stay experience even better. I wish all of the places I stayed in were like this! N/A

• Vladimir (10/5): Fantastic - The apartment is located right in the middle between Rialto bridge and San Marco square and has some of the best places for food and ice cream in the city nearby. Although it's on a very busy street we didn't hear any noise unless a window was open. The place is very clean and cosy, well furnished, full of books and feels like home as it's not sterile like a hotel room.

Street sounds are also heard, but most of all, the sounds from the neighboring apartment were disturbing - someone started walking there from 5 in the morning and the rustle of slippers is heard as if someone was walking around your bed. Some upgrades is required to fix the door in bathroom

• Fallon (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Venice, absolutely perfect location! - The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, right in the centre of Venice just a couple of minutes walk away from Rialto Bridge. 4 of us stayed in the apartment - there was a large bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge that was plenty big enough for my 2 children. There was still plenty of space once the sofa was pulled out. Host was really lovely and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage on departure day until we needed to leave for the airport. Highly recommend this place! Nothing - everything perfect!

• Sara (9/5): To repeat without a doubt - The appartment is very nice. Very cosy and with everything that you need to feel at home. We arrived late due to a flight cancellation. However our host was there to give us the key in the middle of the night. We had to pay a little extra, but still it was totally worth it. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out which was also very helpful. The area is quite busy, with restaurants and shops nearby but you don’t hear anything at all. Excellent to visit Venice, close to Rialto and San Marco. Nothing. It was great.
