• Chanel (10/5): Perfect stay in Venice! - Everything! The location was in walking distance to many authentic restaurants, San Marco's Basilica and square, wine bars, the grand canal, and many more historical sites. The host was most helpful with clear directions from the train and checking in with anything we needed. We loved how close the Vaporetto (water bus) to maneuver travel days with luggage and visiting Lido beach. The home was well equipped, clean, and very spacious. Highly recommend!!!

• Vladimir (9/5): Enjoyed our stay here. Great location, very nice apartment, great host - Great location, 15 min from the train station in one direction and 15 min away from Basilica di San Marco. And at the same time tucked away in a small alley, so very quiet and lovely. The host was great, easy to communicate with, very friendly. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (has 2 bedrooms), clean and cozy. nothing to say here, everything was great!

• VERONIQUE (7/5): Un appartement très bien situé ! - L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, au centre de Venise, tout ou presque peut être fait à pied. L'arrêt de vaporetto est à 5 minutes, et il y a une superette et des restos au pied de l'appartement. L'appartement lui-même est très bien pour 4 personnes, dans une rue très calme. L'hôte Claudia est très à l'écoute (préférer les échanges par what's app plutôt que mail) et répond très gentiment à toutes les questions. Elle a fait en sorte qu'on puisse avoir l'appartement bien plus tôt que prévu, en lien avec notre changement de vol et le temps très pluvieux, et ça nous vraiment rendu service ! L'appartement est équipé au minimum : notamment en cuisine, pas de sel fin, de sucre, d'huile, nombre de couvert minimum, 1 seul torchon, etc. Ce n'est pas grave, mais il faut le savoir surtout si on veut rester peu de jours.

• ROSA (7/5): - En general bien. Ubicación, limpieza y anfitrionas perfectas. La ducha, si eres oversize, la entrada de la mampara queda pequeña. Las camas individuales de la habitación son pequeñas, mis hijos no son altos y eran cortas y estrechas.
• Steve (9/5): Nice apartment in a good area. - Wonderful apartment in a nice area of Venice, central but quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, great air conditioning, clean and a good size. Claudia was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Would be nice if there was some salt, oil and coffee. A washing machine would have made it perfect but we were able to use a laundromat nearby.

We were travelling through Italy as a family (2+2) and my daughter voted this the best apartment that we stayed in on our trip - high praise indeed!
• Hee (9/5): Superb - The location of the accommodation was excellent, the surroundings were quiet, and the interior layout of the house was also very good. Thanks to this, we were able to rest well and sleep comfortably during our trip. Having a supermarket right next door was also very convenient. There were several issues. The TV was not working, and the hairdryer was also broken. In addition, the frying pan was in an unusable condition, and the cutting board was also not suitable for use. Both the frying pan and cutting board need to be replaced with new ones. Mold removal is necessary in the shower, and the drainage problem also needs to be addressed.

• Nirav (8/5): Very Quiet and spacious property , near 5 mins walk to public transport - Location quiet yet very near to St. Toma water bus Size and space in the property fairly good size. Clear and quick communication with host via booking.com and or whatsapp. Its on 2nd Floor , OK for us, but not for old people, if they can't do stairs with luggage. Some mosquitoes at night.

• Susan (8/5): Successful stay! - It was very tricky finding the house, instructions from host were not the best. The location was great. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We had a bit of trouble getting the lock box open but it eventually did. There is no coffee maker but there is a tea kettle so you can make instant coffee. The cups are small, bigger cups would have been nice. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have.

The bathroom was spacious with plenty of bench space (a rare delight)! Airconditioning was lovely (although created a bit of an odd vibration under the sink)! Host was responsive. All great.

A short walk to the nearest vaporetto station. Lots of eateries nearby. There was no washer/ dryer. Thirty-four stairs up to the apartment.
